1 went in to balance my front tires and thanks to Davids keen observation, realized that I was driving on a tire which was ready to blow out. I purchased two tires and was able to keep my family out of scary situation thanks to his expertise and helpfulness! I came back the next week and purchased the other two tires.Great job DH tire!

I guess times are getting harder. Stopped in for a simple tire inflating, and got charged $20. I wasn t informed what was going on with my tire. They didn t ask if I had time to wait. They didn t even check the pressure on my other tires. Avoid this place. Sad to see this place resorting to shady business practices. Not giving this place any more of our business.

My technician name was Buck. He did such a great job. He was fast. He was kind he was done and under 20 minutes he was prepared. I would definitely refer this company to a friend.

This tire shop is a well known in Houston. Providing all your needs from fixing flats to tire rotations...They have a great mechanic on site . And if you need your ATV worked on.... they can do that too...

Always great response and service to needs in the field. We are able to minimize downtime and keep working in the field due to their one of a kind experience. Not to mention two storefront locations with service just as good. They're a force to be reckoned with in the tire industry in the Houston market. Look for these guys to expand even more soon.

We use them for commercial purposes and their response time is always quick! We appreciate that if they can't help the same day, they let us know and they are the there early the next day!

DH Tire is the best! I buy my tires from them personally as well as business. I also use them to maintain my Polaris General 1000. Upgraded my transmission, tires, rims, and lift kit. Awesome work. Ask for James Wilkins!

After explaining my situation this was the only tire shop that offered me to TRY to reprogram my sensors to my new vehicle instead of having to switch out the sensors from my other stock 17s Paul & his crew were fast & great & saved me over $230

I will start by saying I have relied upon DH Tire for a couple tire issues in the past and was led to believe I could trust them. I called 2 weeks prior to schedule an appointment for my brakes on a Saturday because of my work schedule. I also convinced my boyfriend to come get his tires changed because I thought they were reputable. They wrote down my name, said they d call back with options for times to come in, and never called me back. I called a week later and scheduled a brake appointment for me and tire appointment for my boyfriend at 8am on a Saturday. I showed up right at 8am. Several employees were sitting in their trucks or standing outside waiting for the owner to arrive to open/unlock the building. The building did not open until 8:25am. They acknowledged my boyfriend and offered to change his tires but continued to ignore the fact that I scheduled a brake appointment for 8am. After waiting 40 minutes out front, I finally asked them if they were going to look at my car because they were working on other cars in front of mine. A worker told me that the mechanic is never in on Saturdays so they never do brake appointments on Sat. They insinuated I made up my appointment because no one would have scheduled me for brakes on a Saturday. I asked if they would at least look at the brake pads so I knew what I was working with. 50 mins after I arrived, the owner walked over to my car. He said that he only has one mechanic, he is sick, and I need to understand because of COVID. He said he unlocked the door at 8:15. He said that the mechanic is there every Saturday but is sick today which is contrary to what the worker said. He was degrading and rude; he lied to me with no remorse or care. All the while, they are trying to obtain tires for my boyfriend who trusted my recommendation and also sat there with me out in the heat until they opened late. They don t honor appointments and don t seem to care. Instead of acknowledging the issue, they ignored me completely until I asked. I have no tolerance for dishonesty, especially from an owner. I will never go back.

I m adding this To the 5 I already gave them.Outstanding customer service...!!! Had two flat tires on my lady s caddy... took them in to get two more (decent) used tires...what the front counter guy did for us, is unbelievably awesome...!!!I got two tires way BETTER than DECENT...!!! For what I paid!!! THANKS D.H. TIRES !!!!

Always quality work and a professional and friendly staff. Hard to find good quality service at a good price but DH does it every time. Will definitely recommend them to everyone I know for tires and tire service!

Got a flat on the way home stop here have a bmw x5 these guys were professional and even looked up the specs of my car to tighten down the tire properly. Great shop

I had a tire that the tread came off it didn't blow but it had to be replaced fast. Corona has my funds low, no emergency money left. I came in and they were very helpful and was able to work with me and replaced my tire. I'm definitely recommending D.H Tire to everyone one.

This is the best tire company in Houston! Cesar and his crew are always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty whenever we need them. Try them once and you'll never use another tire vendor again!!!

Bit of a wait because they were super busy, but once the work started, they were very quick and efficient. The price for 5 tires installed was the same as a quote I got from somewhere else for 4 installed. Would definitely recommend.

One of our moving trucks had a blowout Saturday afternoon and Paul @ DH Tire had someone out in under two hours to get us taken care of. Houston's a big city to cover, and that's a pretty quick response time. I greatly appreciate their service and help!
