Came here to get some collision damage fixed, they are the most helpful people we ve dealt with, Raed communicated with us very well and he made sure that everything was done in a way that would allow us to leave the lot satisfied. Definitely helps that it is a family own business and you work one on one with them, if we would ve gone to a bigger shop, who knows what treatment we would ve received. Totally recommend this shop, I m not sure if they do simpler mechanic jobs, like oil changed, tire alignments and what not, but if they do I m definitely looking into them for my next service.Service: Body & Trim

(Check out before and after pics below!)The best and friendliest car guy I ve ever had. He took care of me, made the process seamless, and provided professional service delivery. I was so impressed when I got my car back. I also enjoyed the experience I received from the receptionist. Again, pleasant, friendly, and able to take care of me in a professional manner even when I was confused. This is my 3rd time here and I will def be back when needed!

I had a family member back into my car. To help them out, we decided not to go through insurance and have them pay out of pocket instead. When I first came to this shop, Raed immediately understood and respected that we needed to keep the repair cost within reason for this family member. But his care and customer service didn't stop there.They made sure I didn't drop my vehicle off until they were fully ready to work on it. That caused my vehicle to only be at the shop for ~exactly~ 48 hours. On top of this, he provided a loaner vehicle free of charge. I've rarely, if ever, heard of this.While my car was there, I sent an email asking if they could take a quick look at a small crack on my bumper and tell me an estimate, as I was interested in getting it fixed in the future and wanted to plan my budget accordingly. Raed contacts me and tells me they can repair the crack for no additional charge. Yet again, I was blown away.Of course all of the above is icing, but you also want to make sure the repairs are done well. I've attached before and afters. I've heard from other friends/family that are in the business about complex paint colors, and even Raed expressed that my pearl white is not an easy one, but the photos evidence themselves of the exemplary body work that's done at this shop.I can't recommend this business more - it is so rare to find such genuine and decent people that are willing to do so much for their clients. While I hope to not need to be back for this type of work in the immediate future( ), I certainly know where to bring my business as well as inform all my friends here in Houston.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Wow wow wow! Raed is hands down one of the best people I have met in this industry. He is very personable, honest, reasonable with pricing, and goes above and beyond to help his customers. He really transformed my car and saved me the extra money I didn't have. He also provided me with a rental car so I didn't have to worry about making it around Houston for a week!!! I had an awesome experience at Custom 1 Auto. Everything was very professional & they handled everything w/ my insurance company- which left me stress free! They did a remarkable Job on my 430I 2018 BMW in a short amount of time. My car looks new again. Ray and his employees were such a great help to me & I will return here for any body work in the future. I recommend this place. 5 Stars!

6/18/2020 Update Posted Afterwards: I received a call from Sabrina that advice me about this place and what they offer. I made a decision to give this place a chance to work on my vehicle and first impression of service was great. I met the manager Raed, he explained the process. Cynthia help with all the paper and rental set up. The process was quick and I didn't have any hassle on the rental process and top of that Raed gave me a breakfast taco!!! Right now I feel comfortable leaving it there with them but I await to see the final touches workmanship and report back to update. Right now its 5 stare might change upon final results. #TrueRatingsByJay Please like and Share.****Update: I got my car back July 11and I am very satisfy with the workmanship they did on my car. Raed kept his word in fixing my car right and went beyond my expectations. I give this place more than 5 stars. Good staff and service...Good Job Guys!!!

Raed and his team were very knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair and efficient. I went in for a dent in my passenger door that was on the edge and wouldn t close. I was highly referred to them from another car maintenance shop that couldn t fix it. The customer service was great and friendly, and they repaired it quickly! Rae and his staff go above and beyond to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. The moment I called Rae he told me not to worry that he would take care of everything and HE DID!!!Rae got me a rental car on the spot with no hassle and even communicated with my insurance and sent them additional pictures while I was at work to help speed up the process.His out of pocket repair costs without insurance for minor fender benders is also amazing. He is very fair priced with options on the type of repair you are looking for.Rae communicated with me frequently to make sure I knew the status and timeline of my repair. I couldn't recommend him more for all of your car needs.Call and talk to him about anything going on with your car: Repair, insurance or not, buying a car, enhancing your current car, etc. CUSTOM ONE AUTO DOES IT ALL!! They handled everything with the insurance companies & even gave me a loaner to help me out while insurance figured it out. Ray and his staff are efficient, kind and got my car in tip top shape. You can trust Ray to do the best job on your car. I felt the care from his shop and the work done to my car were better then any other place I have used. Ray and his staff are as honest as you can get. Ray did an amazing job on my car. He was not only extremely professional, he honestly cared about what was going on with my car. I have not had that experience before. Most places don t want to hear your issues and cut you off, he actually took the time to understand what was going on. I highly recommend his auto shop to anyone who needs work done. He is the best in the business!

I don't normally post reviews but I gotta say I'm very happy with the service provided. They made the whole experience super easy, I was already stressed out by the accident but these guys are pros . They handled everything from A to Z and helped along the way, they put me in a rental and kept me updated about my repairs. The work done was perfect my car looks exactly as it did before the accident, and the paint job was fantastic. Thank you guys for everything you've got a customer for life !

Great customer service and quality work!! I had some work done on my BMW 535 and they exceeded my expectations! They only use original BMW parts and their prices are very reasonable. I felt that they were very honest and addressed all my questions. Tania Montes is always very helpful and makes everything less stressful, which I appreciate since I have a busy work schedule. They were able to get me in quickly and provided a loaner car. They had my car ready on time and did an awesome job detailing it! You can t tell I had any damage done, my car looks like it did originally. Ray, the owner, is very friendly and made sure I was satisfied with their work. I will definitely use them again if needed and refer them to my friends and family!!

Rae is the best!! I recently got into a car accident and the whole right side of my car was scratched pretty badly. He made the whole process very easy for me, and my car looks brand new. The staff has great customer service! They were nice, professional, and answered all of my questions. I came here because I was in an a car accident. The paperwork was quick and easy. They also have a car rental service where you (or insurance) can rent from them on the spot; very convenient. Rental cars are nice cars too! They kept in touch with me about my car. Ray, the owner, even made sure my car was washed and detailed when I picked it up, as well as filled my tank up I was extremely grateful considering the rough couple of weeks I had prior. I would definitely recommend this place for your auto needs. This place is awesome!

Was referred to this body shop in February and I can say I am very pleased with their work on my vehicle! Not only that I had no worries with my insurance claim they took care of everything. I have recommended this body shop to my family and friends. They have the best staff in the trade. They're all very customer satisfaction oriented and handled all the frustration with my insurance company very well. The owner is very charming and pacient with complicated customers like me. He even handled by rental car return for me. Simply, the best service in town!

I brought my car here a few weeks ago for body repair after a minor fender bender. They did an amazing job in a timely manner. Everyone was extremely helpful in answering my questions and their customer service is top notch. Would defiantly recommend to my friends in need.

If I could give 10 stars to Custom 1 Auto I would. The owner Ray is wonderful and is more then willing to help and assist his customers in any way he can. What a stand out guy! 2016 bmw 340i - Took great care of me and handle everything professionally! went to multiple body shops for a quote prior but custom 1 auto was the only place out of the 3 that gave me any incites on my future repairs.End excellent! like I never got rear ended.Yes I would recommend to a friend

Ray, the owner is a rare breed. He is very genuine and just a kind soul. He helped me with my car without hesitation and some of the people he referred me too, were very glad to help me knowing that Ray sent me to them. Awesome experience and will definitely continue to go here for my car needs.

DO NOT COME HERE. They are not professional at all. Brought my car here, they didn't even do the initial inspection correctly and they missed several things... I had to point them out 1 month after the vehicle was "fully repaired". The moment I picked it up I noticed scratches in places that were just replaced so I had to bring it back again to get those fixed. The person that I was dealing with, SEAN, was completely unprofessional... He just lied and lied and lied... Kept saying that the car was ready and just kept postponing week after week. Told him to file a supplement for the insurance guys and he said he did... Talked to the insurance and they told me they never received anything. He just kept lying about it... At the end he told me he didn't file it because he didn't want to file a supplement so I had to go to another shop to do the supplement for me. PLEASE save your time and money and go somewhere else....
