Look no further! CSI did a wonderful job on my vehicle! They effectively communicated every step of the way and I was able to verbally speak with someone each time I called. From drop off to pick up, no issues. I dealt with Jesse majority of the time and I have no complaints. I would highly recommend.

My first time to use CSI and they were wonderful! Great people to work with and my car was very well taken care of. They took their time to ensure everything was done correctly and I received daily updates which I very much appreciated. I highly recommend CSI for your collision needs.

It is amazing to know that Five Star service still exists in Houston in 2024!!Big Texas style thank you to the CSI team for doing a phenomenal job on my mini-van!I received excellent customer service the moment I entered the CSI office from Chuck. The office was clean, bright and inviting. The estimate/repair team did a beautiful job on my vehicle. Adel did an excellent job with taking care of all of the details.Keep up the great work CSI!

After waiting 3 months to finally get my car back a 2022 Hyundai Tucson when I opened it it smells like a dog and I do not own a dog or any other animal because I am allergic to animals. There was also trash and a dog bed in my car and scratches from an animal in the back of my car. This is beyond unprofessional or except able. And the cover for the back of my car is missing. And my navigation screen doesn't work now either. I hope this place burns to the ground or go's bankrupt

Absolutely amazing service. My car recently got hit by a wild boar and the whole front of the car was gone. From the moment I took it to CSI, I knew I was working with professionals. They walked me through the whole process, what was damaged, what new parts to order, how long it will take, every question I had was answered. I dropped the car off on Wednesday and by the same day the parts were ordered. Extremely fast service. I highly recommend

Great service from the team at CSI all out truck came back immaculate as if it came out of the dealer ship.Thankyou tray and jesse for taking care of the truck in making it's way out quick and efficient. Definitely recommended this place for any body work and paint that's needed to be done.

I must say CSI did me right. My car looks fantastic you would never know that I was hit. They keep me updated through the whole process. Jesse and everyone who I dealt with was a complete professional. I would recommend CSI to anyone.

The body shop technicians at GSI do extraordinarily wonderful work. My SUV was hit by a city bus. My vehicle now looks better than when I bought it off the showroom floor. It glistens and it's done perfectly. From day one, CSI kept me constantly informed about the work progress. It was finished exactly on time as promised. The finished product is a work of excellence. Do not use anyone else...use CSI and you will thank me later.

CSI Collision Specialists provided exceptional service for my Tesla. Dropping off the car on Thursday morning, I was amazed when they replaced the glass roof swiftly by midday on Friday. Not only was the job completed efficiently, but my car was spotless and ready for our special weekly date night with my wife. Came to this company after two collisions in a row on both side of my car. After having right side fixed and repaired want to say that everything was done very well and with a great care about car, customer (myself), expectations and notifications about the process. Waiting left side be fixed to finalize the review :)Addition after second repair: all work was done perfectly. Every little detail was fixed, car was washed inside and outside so basically I ve picked up it in a better condition than dropped :) Thank you very much CSI Team for very professional service and customer care. 10/10!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Although the front of our Model 3 was damaged only very slightly, Autopilot, adaptive cruise control and navigation had been compromised and did not work anymore.CSI, which is currently the only Tesla qualified shop in Houston, did an excellent job with the body, fixed all the electronics and returned the car back to us fully functional and very clean as well. We are very happy!

We had some issues with communication towards the end of the work being done. I think if the guy over my case would have communicated the issues of back ordered parts I wouldn't have been so frustrated. I'm not sure if the work being done has a day count, but some insurance only pay 30 days so communication is key when its down to the wire and paying out of pocket for a rental. Trey took over my case and things got done. I had a few back to the shop things that needed to be worked out, but in the end I am satisfied with the work that was done. I also know if I have any issues all I have to do is call and it will be taken care of.

Our overall experience was phenomenal from the moment we walked in to inquire about their services! They are very professional and kept us updated each step of the way! I do have to give a shout out to Chuck and Jesse! This company is very blessed to have such amazing people working for them! Thank you for all your help and I really appreciate everything! Choosing this place to fix my car after my accident was the best decision I made and it took all the stress away instantly! I recommend CSI collision 1000% THANK YOU!!!!

This is the third time I have used them and the experience was excellent! That s why I keep coming back to them. They were professional , prompt and courteous and the job was done on time and as promised. They replaced the trim around the wheel well of my Ford F-150 and the paint matched perfectly! You can t even tell there was ever a problem. We I could not be more pleased and I would recommend them to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The only good thing from here was Chuck at the front desk.Terrible communication, imposible to get a hold of the person in charge of my car, always going to voice mail even after leaving a message I would never receive a call back, same thing with emails and texts.They fixed my car after the insurance sent it there but they ended up doing more damage than the pre existing one, they broke my key fob and blamed me for it, didn t even do a proper inspection before handing it back.Made my suspension stiff after fixing it. I could feel every Little Rock I was driving over.And they took over 3 months to fix it and gave me an unfinished product.I recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else, this place is not worth the head ache.

I only had minor damage but was treated very well from everyone at this body shop my service rep kept me informed through the hole repairs and told me it would be repaired within 24 hours and it was done within the 24-hour period. I would recommend this body shop to anyone that needs repairs hats off to everyone there
