I called all over to get quotes and Craig's was the most honest answer. He really informed me and took care of us. My wife's happy, so I'm happy.

I brought my Mazda RX eight in to the shop and they were honest and let me know that I would be better taking my rotary engine to a different repair shop someone that is a master technician and specializes in rotary engines. Then they settle the phone for a while and found me a place to take it and had me ready to go in no time. They could have been out for a quick cash grab and just told me they knew how to fix it and then ripped me off, but they didn t; they were honest they were helpful and because of this I trust them and will go back whenever I need any kind of maintenance work on my other car. I really appreciate it the way that I was treated.

They can be a bit terse on the phone, but they are transparent and have always done a good job, and I fully trust them, which is a rarity for car places. Indeed, there has even been an instance when they recommended that I did not go through with a repair/replacement despite my insistence, so I think they try to be sincere to their customers. Additionally, they offer to give you a ride if you have to drop off your car, which is a very nice touch to save you some money/convenience. Their prices are also much better than at a dealership's.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

We trust Craig. We've tried other repair shops that are dishonest and after going to Craig's for a few years, we highly recommend this business. We thought we had a bad alignment problem and brought it in. He was honest and told us an easy solution. Recently we brought another car in and again, thought it was going to be an expensive fix. Craig is absolutely the best! Honest, fair and experienced. We have been taking all of our cars to him for service for more than 7 years. He is friendly, customer oriented and stands behind his work. Craig's Auto Repair Services (CARS) did a great job. The AC on my 15 year old Scion xA stopped cooling sufficiently. I took it in and Craig was able to look at it right away. He was nice and professional and explained to me what he was going to do and then next steps based on what he found. He removed the existing refrigerant from my vehicle (informing me there was only a small amount left) and did a vacuum test on my system to confirm whether i would be able to hold new refrigerant or whether he would need to diagnose a leak. It held the vacuum and he filled it with new refrigerant. A few weeks later and it is still blowing cold. I was in and out in about an hour and the cost was very reasonable. The key item for me is that CARS was honest. The place appears to be run by the owner, and he doesn't try to do repairs that are not needed. I want three things when having auto repairs done. 1) Honest shop that doesn't sell you things or services you don't need. 2) Take care of my car and don't mess it up (scratches or whatever), and 3) Repair done right at a fair price. CARS clearly excels at the first item. My repair was pretty simple, so there wasn't likely to be any concerns with 2 or 3, but the repair was definitely done right and there was no damage to my vehicle. I have a friend who referred me to CARS who has been using him for a couple of decades. He told me CARS has done a good job with his repairs and that he was very honest and the cost was fair. Now that I have used CARS myself, that is my experience. I recommend CARS for auto repairs if you want to deal with an honest shop and get a fair value. Thank you Craig.Service: Air conditioning

Made an appointment earlier in the week for 9:00 Thursday. When I made the appointment the person on the phone was rude and unitereseted in learning who recommended Craig s. But they were recommended so I went forward with the recommendation. After a 45 drive to Craig s I arrive a few minutes before 9:00. Walked in the door and greeted the man behind the counter and told him I had an appointment and then he told me that they had a problem and the car on the machine is stuck and it would be a long while before they could start my alignment. He informed me he did not have my phone number to call ....no apologies just an excuse. Had he been less rude and annoyed with my initial phone call maybe he would have asked for my number or had he listened when I told him who recommended Craig s Then called them and asked for my number. I do not spend my money where people are rude, uncaring, and are full of BS excuses. Will never return or recommend....very very bad customer service.

So I am new to the area and need to get my car repaired I saw the reviews and decided to go with Craig's Auto. I drop my car off and later that afternoon I get a call from Craig telling me the repair would be cover by Hyundai under an extended warranty program. Wow now that an honest business rare to find today. You have a customer for life my friend!

He fixed my car's ac for a reasonable price. Very nice guy. Gave me ride before and after work. I 100% recommend him. He didn't charge me extra for diagnosing the problem either.Honest person.

In shop for master cylinder repair. After four days, I got my car back,with brake warning lights on. Craig charged me over $600. I took it back and Craig didn t remember my car being in there. He said he would check it out if I left it. I took the car to the dealership,where they discovered a Faulty part installed.i went back to Craig for a refund on the faulty part and have been getting runaround . I would not recommend this facility to anyone.several months have passed and still no refund on faulty parts and installation.

Very quick and professional in their work. Perfect place to go for anyone who drives a Mazda Miata, as they have several members of the staff who have worked with that car for years. Will be using them for every issue I have with my car, even though I live an hour away!

My entire family has been coming here for 15+ years. We don t trust anyone else. Extremely professional, fast, nice, caring toward their customers. They will literally personally drive you back home after you drop your car.

Unprofessional and unapologetic. Misdiagnosed an issue, charged $500 for a $10 fix. Tow truck driver was able to identify the actual issue after the car broke down the day we got the vehicle back from the shop.

A shop you can trust to repair your car. I've had my older model SUV repaired by this shop twice about a year apart and for different issues, one was major, and both were successful. They're experts and you get what you pay for - isn't that what we all want.

This guy drove all the way to my house and didn t charge me, just to jump start our car. That has to be such a sweet thing to do we were worried about having to pay for that and extra on whatever the car needed and this guy came through. Check them out!
