Absolutely the nicest mechanic I've ever met. Excellent service, very affordable, a Godsend for those of us on a budget.Robert is definitely my mechanic and I'm sharing his info with my people and Nextdoor.Support your local business's, especially when they're this cool. Good, honest humans are hard to find but I found one here!!

My car broke down on me & he answered the phone for me after business hours, he found the problem right away, communicated with me about my car & he fixed it fast. He didnt over charge me & also hes very educated on cars. I drove off from his shop & the problem was solved. He also fixed something on my mom car for free, literally took him 5 mins. I will call him anytime i have problems with my car.

I had a persistent problem with my Prius for months and I couldn t solve it. Took it to Rob and within a week he had it running like new for an amazing price. I m only taking my car here for now on!

Excellent service! My car was in an accident recently, and Robert took the time to estimate the damage to see what it would take to at least get it running. Luckily,everything ended up being handled by the insurance company. His professionalism is outstanding. He works quickly but thoroughly and is honest with you about everything. I highly recommend him. It's hard to find a mechanic who has the customer in mind when they are going through a rough patch with their vehicle.

Best place and person to deal with. The big auto repair places dont event want to talk as they cannot fix cars and the place they have looks like a junk yard. But this place is great. I would strongly recommend coming to Cox Auto Repair for all of your vehicle services! Thought I had to replace the door b/c it was damaged & had been leaking from the top but Robert was able to fix it on site. He is knowledgeable about what he does & is truly dedicated to his work. This place is great! After driving for 2 1/2 weeks with out AC and a heat stroke (lol) Cox Auto had that car up and running in a matter of 2 days. Wonderful job.., thank you SO much!!

Cox Auto Repair is a one stop shop for all your car repair. Mr. Robert Cox is excellent at his job. He makes sure your car is fixed no matter what. Very professional, extremely courteous and a very pleasant man to work with. He finishes what he starts in a timely manner. Does not rest till your car is repaired. Overall had a wonderful experience with my car being fixed here.

Amazing service!!! Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, quick and super responsive. Quick turnaround and car runs great. I have used Cox auto for repairs on more than one occasion . Always a great experience!!! As a woman I am always hesitant about taking my car to a shop and getting ripped off or being sold on something I don t need. Cox Auto is honest and trust worthy. I never worry I m getting over sold.

I would definitely recommend coming to Cox Auto Repair. I have come to get my oil change & brakes. Whenever I have a problem I come here and he takes care of it. I come in and never have to wait a long time. Wow! What a great experience! I found Cox on google because I was looking for a local mechanic and saw the rave reviews. And I am so glad I found them! Robert and Loc were extremely friendly & knowledgeable. My problem was assessed within a few minutes and they got my parts replaced quickly.I've worked with many knowledgeable and friendly mechanics before but these guys are great because they were very honest and gave me a great deal.Not only that, but as I discussed other issues with my car that I have have been putting off they gave me pricing well below my other quotes. And they fixed some minor cosmetic issues at no extra charge. They treat you like family.I will be going back soon to take care of all the rest of my car issues.They got me back on the road quickly and at a more than fair price.I highly recommend! And they do collision repair too.

This is the BEST mechanic and paint and body shop in Houston, every time I take my vehicle ( for the last 4 years) to Cox I never have to bring it back because the work gets done right the first time. I just want to say Loc and Robert are two of the friendliest people I have ever met that care about their customers needs first hand. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to bring their vehicle to get honest and reasonable quotes on all their work. Great Job guys!

My wife was sideswiped by a dually. I needed the truck to drive that night which wouldn't be able to do without headlights. I stopped by Cox and Robert was able to repair the damage that day so I could drive my truck that night. Same day fix and the best price around! Since that day I've had Robert and Loc work on my cars. Always skillful and knowledgeable and never a wait.

Super cheap and amazing people! My car overheated on the freeway I called them to see if they could get me in. Not only did they get working on my car right away they were super nice. I was greeted by their dog brownie so sweet! They called O'Reilly got the part brought over asap and fixed it in no time!

Robert and his partner are very knowledgeable about many different vehicles. Not only do they offer auto mechanical repair, but they also offer collision repair as well. A great one stop shop for all of ur automotive needs at reasonable rates.

robert is amazing!! this will be my go-to auto repair shop from now on. kwik kar told me my car overheats because of leaking coolant ($279 repair) but came here and it was actually my radiator fan had stop blowing ($80). they treat you like family, won t try to scam/get over on you. i felt leary because i m a young girl so many auto places take advantage but here i definitely recommend. 10/10. oh, and the food was so delicious. thank you for the time, and affordable prices.
