So after using a mechanic that said he could do the job and clearly couldn't. I went and saw Jack. The owner of cotton bros. They know how to fix it right the first time. Had me back in my truck and turning revenue. Don't mess around with the other "mechanics" take it here. Do it right and get down the road.

Couldn't beat the excellent communication with Jack. He performed exactly what he said he would do and when the work would be completed. Of course, I was hoping for a less expensive bill, but that's always the case with Big Truck repairs. Great organization. I'll be back for any future suspension work that is needed.

I purchased NTB's 5-yr alignment package for my Ram 1500 pickup. However, NTB could not get the alignment just right. They told me I needed to replace several parts. I went to Cotton Bros. for a second opinion. They were very busy with their heavy duty work, so I had to wait several hours. But I came away fully satisfied. The truck is finally aligned like new. And I don't need to replace any parts.

I had an Motorhome repair shop replace 6 tie rods for me along with some other repairs but they did not do alignments so it was way out of wack .Brought my 1996 40 foot motorhome in for the allignment at Cotton Bothers . They did a great job !!Would recomend Cotton Brothers and the owner Jack to anyone.

They really know what they're doing, its my 2nd experience with them making alignment for my trucks and they do it perfectly.they did alignment to my first truck almost a year ago and until now its amazingly doing very good.also they are very friendly and polite the people you enjoy talking to them.i recommend them 100%

Just picked up my motorhome from Cotton Bros. It was leaning 3" on the left side and was very hard to handle on the freeway. I told Jack we had a trip this weekend and he made sure it was out in time despite being very busy. I also told him I was on a budget and didn't want to spend a whole lot. He explained the different options and got me out at a decent price. I was surprised by how much better it drove. Night and day difference. I will be bringing back to have the other side done and have the front and checked out and repaired if needed. Thanks Jack!!

Straight up guy. Doesn't mind discussing problems and will always let you know ahead of time if you need to go elsewhere.
