as multiple people have said, SLOWEST service ever. i checked in at 10am right when they opened for tire balancing. since i was a walk in, they told me they had to squeeze me in between appointments. but they also said i was 1st in line. it s now 2:30pm and i just called to check what the status is and they are still providing vague, unclear answers. i asked at 11:30, and now 2:30 and the answers have been i can t tell you what time it will be done. but you can t even tell me if it s being worked on?? they make it sound like making an appointment is the only way, but based on other reviews that doesn t even help. so just don t waste your time here

Service is slow and phone service is unprofessional they claim they don t patch Pirelli tires and I found a set or 4 Michelin $250 cheaper at Discount Tire also they charge for a flat repair which you must have an appointment I have never used Costco Tire and will never use them I will tell everyone that I think they are trying to make a quick buck from Loyal Costco Customers

A good experience. I called they have a large selection of tyres. The prices are quite competitive. UI phoned several places. The service here was excellent. Telling me that I could save$130 by waiting a day for sale. I was taken on time tyres installed in a timely manner. Techs polite and helpful

Customer service here is horrible because this guy MONTE, please give him some manners and customer service class. Learn respect and talk to your customer nicely. The other guy, Tuan, very kind and helpful. Been at Costco for years, but never thought they would hire someone that is so rude. Sad.

On December 16, 2022, I caught a flat tire on the freeway, already stressed out and overwhelmed. I went to Costco Tire Center to see if I could have the tire replaced after I gave the guy a description of which tire needed to be replaced; he asked for my phone number and told me he would call me when my car was ready. After sitting and waiting for over two hours pushing three, I finally went to the Tire Center counter to verify if my car was ready. The guy fumbled around, finally found my receipt, and said it was ready. When I looked at the paper, it had a time frame of 12:34 pm. I then asked why I had yet to hear back from anyone. Like they said about my tire, the guy could care less and even stated that he did not work on it, meaning it was not his problem. Because I was ill, I did not want to argue; however, when my friend and I were walking to my car, we could both see that the spare had not been changed. I was so upset I then asked the guy Anthony why no one replaced the tire, but he told me my car was ready. He then casually and nonchalantly said it was not him. So I headed back to Costco to speak with the guy who said the tire was not in stock. The customer service could have been better. I would not recommend anyone to go here to purchase tires. No one cared; they dropped the ball and still would not take any responsibility. I spent over three hours waiting unacceptable.

I got my tires here because for some reason my mom likes to get them here. I prefer Discount Tire Co., but I thought I'd give them a try and got run flat tires. My experience was that I went to pick up my car yesterday on Feb 13, 2023, and on the way home, my Tire Indicator came on while entering the highway saying my Driver Front tire had 0 PSI! I made a U-Turn to go back, and as I did, I called them and the gentleman said to drive it 20 more miles and the indicator would go off, which I knew wasn't true because it was pulling left as I drove down the feeder road. I pulled into the bay and the gentleman checked it and filled it with nitrogen. I'm not sure what happened, and he didn't know either. I'm keeping an eye on it to see if it loses air for the time being. Not really a reassuring feeling thats for sure! Just my experience!

My appointment to changed 4 tires was at 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:15pm as they have suggested. It was only at 5:45pm when I got to talk to the reception and leave my key. They only brought my car to the service bay at 6:30pm. At 7:00pm all my wheels were taken off but there was no one working. Now it is 7:46pm and my car is still without a single wheel installed. No waiting area except for a small bench next to the reception. No tv, no magazine, no coffee and refreshments. No more Costco Tire.Btw, they don t do alignment.

Very bad customer service!!! Took my vehicle this morning to do tires rotation and balance. I was third person in line and they promised that vehicle will be ready after 1 hour, at 11am. I was very surprised when I came back at 10:55am. My car was at the same parking spot and they were working on 4 other vehicles, despite I was third one who came this morning to this "nice" place.

In an urgent need of skilled management.Technicians aren t trained for Costco-level customer service. Not that close to Discount Tire, either. Always short-staffed and at the same time they aren t diligent.I checked in as third at 10am and had to walk back to check after 2 hours so they just start on my repair on a nailed tire. I watched my rimless tire on the floor untouched for a long time then I decided to stand by shop window so technicians be aware that I m waiting. Once they noticed I was watching, it took them about 20 minutes to finish the job. It should be zero star or one but I count 2 stars for my technician who apologized for delay at check out.

I was Houston for the weekend visiting friends, when I noticed a nail in one of my tires. It was in a place that was not repairable so I needed a new tire. This happened at 5:00 pm on Sunday so everywhere was closed. I was about 225 miles from home. I needed to get home that night so I came to the Bunker Hill Costco.I arrived about 5:45, fifteen minutes before closing time, but the Technician Brea was very helpful. He found the tire that I needed and installed it quickly. I was on my a little after 6:00 pm. Glad that Costco came through when I needed them.

Good service at good price, waiting is not garanteed but can be fast and fit with groceries that can be done in parallel. Lot of tires available. It took about 1h20 between time I walked in and time I left.

Most things about Costco I like but I have to admit their tire service is sub-par. I've had 2 cars' tires installed by Costco. Every time they are reluctant to make appointments and reluctant to commit to dates when the tires will be in stock for service. I had one tire replaced for a road hazard issue (nail in tire) 3 months after install and the team ordered the replacement tire and sent me home with my spare on. The cost for the warranty exchange was fair. But: Costco Tires Center never contacted me after 3 weeks and still did not have my replacement tire in stock yet. One star only because zero is not an option. They need to communicate more frequently and directly. Someone needs to manage customer service here. I"m going back to Discount Tire for my future tires and service. Costco does many things well, but the tire department's customer service is not one of them.

I was sad that they didn't have the tires I needed for my truck, but the staff were friendly and super helpful. I'd definitely go back!

Used to love this place. 2 customers that were in front of me left. Way understaffed. 20 min to balance one tire. Going to have the balance checked. The low pressure light comes on, but only at freeway speeds now. Sad.

Did the job, but frustratingly misleading with timeline (about 2 days = 5 days)... also 10% more expensive than Walmart on my particular set of tires.

Costco store very clean and net everything are order on the shelf nothing everywhere on the floor. All the products are quality and price sometimes when you catch sales then cheap if not expensive.

I arrived here 40 min before they closed on dec 10th to fill air in my tire. The guy talking to the other staff member said we are closed. I went into the wholesale store and came out and the guy at the tire service was still there chatting with his colleague. If you are on the clock why ask customers to come back another time.Poor service and lazy staff

Good service but always so slow - tire rotation seems to take 2 hours with appointment. Nobody staffs front desk, nobody answers the phone. You get quicker service at Walmart tire.

Got new tires in less than 2 hours and they have taken care of any issues that have come up quickly with no hassle. Won't go anywhere else for tire issues again!

DO NOT COME WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT YOU WILL WAIT HOURS ON HOURS AND NOTHING GETS DONE. IF YOUR CAR ISNT WORKED ON BY CLOSE THEY WILL TELL YOU TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND NOT EVEN LOOK AT YOUR CAR. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT OR SUFFER.

Costco tire center has switched to appointment based service for scheduled tire rotation etc.. with the scheduled appointment t in advance it took 2.5 hours to rotate and balance tires... I agree... thi location is in need of new mgmt....

Horrible and rude customer service!It doesn t reflect everything Costco is all about, quality product and customer service!On top of that they will promise 1 hour and take 3! (that is with an appointment and being on time )

Don t bother with an appointment. It took an hour with appointment to tell me tire could not be repaired . They make you pay to repair before they check then you have to go inside to get refund .

Bad customer services. Not friendly, not details for customers. I am not mechanic, I do not know anything about tires. Never come back again.
