Just start couldn t find the entrance . I then realized it was a one way and i couldnt to back so i parked in a garage spot left my car running so i could ask them where the entrance was . And i was walking back to my car which i was only a couple feet away from one of the mechanics started honking obnoxiously non stop until i got into my vehicle thats i barely stepped away from less than a min prior. So i took my business else where. Why would i want somebody like that working on my vehicle.

My main auto repair stop. Moon is always ready to assist as well as providing very detailed explanations of the services provided. He is one exceptionally knowledgeable dude. Thanks to the entire team, including Ricardo.

Great service, honest and great price. These people carer for their customers and keen to provide the best service. They are the best service center I dealt with so far.They saved my car which stopped working and had to tow it to the dealer who kept it for more than a weeks to just diagnose and then told me to wait for 3 days fir spare parts.I called Copperfield tire and Auto and they fixed in one day and their price was much less than the including towing my car and dealer diagnosing service.

Over the years my experiences with this place have always been pleasant, never have I felt that I was being cheated, quite the opposite actually, they seem to always want the best for the customer and are willing to go as far as offer a ride home and back if your car needs time to repair. These men are always honest and hard working always making sure you are satisfied at reasonable prices, Definitely Recommend without a doubt!!!!!

Quality of tires is great however the staff is way too pushy when it comes to their marketing and don't really respect peoples budget. The gentleman who was assisting me kept trying to push the best Quality Tire even when I told him I couldn't afford it. The gentleman also assumed that I wanted to get insurance on my tire when I did not want it. Be prepared do you have a firm attitude to rebut their advances. The service time was quick so that's always a plus.

Came in at 1645 on a Tuesday for a motorcycle inspection; left 10mins later with inspection done & $7.00 lighter wallet.A+ very friendly & effecient.

Amazing people! I called and told them I needed my tire done within 5 minutes of me being in the facility they took my car back to change the tire and was done within 15 mins! My new tire spot!

Went to replace tires and they charged me way more than the price they have listed on their website. The exact tire down the the product number and description costs $101 and they decided to charge me $114.95 in person before taxes and labor fees. Make sure to check the price of the tire online on their website before you allow this store to scam you!UPDATE: talked to the worker who helped me and they said they d be willing to honor the price on the website. Always check the price on the company site

Charged me $20 to plug my tire and the plug came out today. Two weeks later!!! If they were professional and honest they would have told me to buy a new tire instead plugging it knowing it s would eventually come out and have me in traffic driving on a rim on 1960. Trying to make a quick buck like they did.

I've never been to an auto shop that hasn't tried hustling me, talking to me like I was clueless, or simply overcharging me for services not even done... until I came to this place. Came here for the first time today for an oil change and tire rotation, the man that helped me out was super friendly, didn't try to sell me services that I didn't need, they are fairly priced, and on top of all of that, super quick! I was in and out in half an hour or less. I will definitely continue coming here from now on. Hard to find a place like this! Thanks guys!

I had an argument with the manager for their services and instead of offering a solution he was arguing back and speaking to me in a very rude way. As a plus they were charging me for a very high amount of money. I went to another place and they offered me a solution for almost half of the price. 0% recomemded!!!!! No good at all.

I love this place and the crew here. I ve been going to them for many years, since 2004-2005 for me and well before that for the rest of my family, and will continue to do so as long as I am in this area. You can t go wrong here.

I was a regular customer and they provided a bad service. I went to fix a bulb and they broke something else and they were charging me over 600. When I told them what they did, they just argue with me.They also have a sign for not being responsible for breaking other pieces while repairing others!!!

If you live in Cypress/Copperfield area, never take your vehicles to Goodyear Copperfield tire and auto at 8303 Hwy6 N Houston Tx 77095. I brought my car in for new tires, they cracked my front bumper in half instead and refused to pay for the damages. Blamed it on my car when his employee drove the car and happened in the shop.I brought the estimate from a body shop to him and he sent me to his "buddy" body shop cause he thought he could get a lower quote but did not and still refused to pay even half of it. I came in just for a simple job and they stiffed me with a $1700 worth of damages. Bad business=No businessHe even told me the stories of other customers that he screwed over when he was trying to prove his point why he shouldn't pay for the damages. I guess I was not the only or first one they done this to..

Honest people run this business. I thought that I was in need of a brake job and was shocked when they called and told me it was debris on the rotor and no work was needed. So these guys are my go to shop from here forward. Not the cheapest but they do good work and use quality parts.

I have been a customer of Copperfield Goodyear since they opened. I have trusted them with all our family automobile needs exclusively. The fact that they have such staff little turnover says a lot! dishonest store. i will not come back.i went there due to the engine check light is on. i didn't know it's about the engine, i thought it's about the oil change. so i told the person in charge at the counter, i need an oil change.They changed the oil and told me later that my engine check light is on and i need to do engine check. What ! why didn't they tell me , it's engine check that i need to do, not the oil change? very dishonest. they charged $99 for checking the engine, what? just checking. i left and went to another store nearby, no cost for engine check. omg, what a blood sucker.

I feel these elder guys are a lot more trust worthy and honest. I came from firestone and Kwik Kar, firestone in Copperfield does not seem to want my business because every time I need car service, they are full, and Kwik Kar lied to me about my SUV needs new brakes, but actually, this good year store showed me that it was the shocker was broken. So instead of wasting money on new brakes, I had shocker replaced and solved my car issue. I have been bringing both my cars to this store only. Honesty does matter. And you will be serviced first come first serve basis.

Honest repair shop. I've taken all my vehicles there and the technicians are very experienced. I feel confident that when they repair an issue I won't have to bring it back for the same thing.

Tried to charge 800 for my brakes. I went to dealershio where I expected it to be more and they charged only 550 for everything including flush, rotors, pads. etc. Also, state inspection should be same price everywhere, they charge 39.75. ridiculous Money hungry bastards!

Honest and Friendly service. I use them for state inspection after several other area stores gave silly excuses and extraordinary wait times. Came here, in and out, I will come back.

Good customer service. They even offer you a ride home and back if your repairs need time.
