My go-to shop for those jobs too big or complex for me to tackle at home. Modern cars are very expensive to repair, since they are designed for crash survival rather than ease of maintenance. What was a simple task 30 years ago can be very complex today, so we face higher labor costs. With Copperfield, I am confident the job will be done right.

I have used Copperfield Automotive several times in the last couple of years for my 2013 Taurus. They are friendly, honest and timely. Tuan is awesome to work with. More importantly, they have instilled their trust in me. Not just me, I have talked to other customers who feel the same way. Kudos Tuan and team. I will never go anywhere else. I have been doing business with this place for several years,but it seems like since they've grown,the $ is all that matters! I spent over 3,000$ 4 months ago and my car is still not right! The owner was belligerent and unprofessional when I voiced my concerns! No customer satisfaction! I guess I'll have to take it to a real shop,the people who built the truck, Chevy! I came in with an "AC not blowing cold" issue. A previous shop had replaced the compressor and condenser, which didn't fix the issue and just threw their hands up and sent me on my way after charging a pretty penny. Copperfield really stepped up to the plate to actually diagnose the issue and got my issue fixed. It ended up being a temp sensor buried in the dash. They kept me informed the whole time, and I received calls with updates. I would definitely recommend, and have many times, this shop to anyone looking for an honest shop that will actually get your issue rectified and not just another place that throws parts at it.

These guys are top notch. They know their stuff and some of the most honest Mach s I ve I ve ever met. They won t push extra work, they re informative, and they are super fair/reasonable on prices. There can sometimes be a wait due to popularity.

These guys are honest. Thought my czar needed a starter and all that was wrong was dead battery. Didn t charge me for towing . Makes you believe there are still honest people left in businesses

What a great experience @ CopperField Automotive. We moved to the area a few years ago, and never thought about going here until recently. I work from home and can literally walk to this place, which is awesome. Saw they had good Google reviews and figured what the hell, they are much closer than my old place of I-10 and Gessner. As for the experience itself, they were fair and honest about replacing my starter on my car. I also got a new key FOB with them too for my car and both were excellent. All told it was less than a week until my car was ready. They even let me walk my dog into their office, since we are literally a 3 min walk on the nature trail away from them which was awesome. Major points for that too as a dog owner! :). To the person that complained about Tuan, I'm not sure where that is coming from. My experience in the same week as that review, was not what that lady went through. Tuan was on top of it from the start, letting me know updates whenever possible on my car and that was greatly appreciated. Didn't have a negative thing to say about him honestly. Some people just like to complain I think.

I was recommended to go to Copperfield Automotive and it was a Great Expereience! From Twan who answers the phone and sets the appointments and works the front office to Richard the Owner, is a Top Notch Organization. I took my Ford Transit 250 Van in for some work and they did A Fantastic Job at a fair price. I would recommend anyone with a car problem to go to Copperfield Automotive to have their car problems fixed! Thank You Very Much! Bill

These guys are some of the best. I've used them for years because they have been able to establish trust and I know they stand by their work/labor. Tuan is patient with all of my questions, and we love that they are an AAA Approved Auto Repair shop! If you have had a negative experience here or have been turned off by the wait/amount of cars in front of you, it's worth going back and giving them another chance.

We have been taking our vehicles here for over 20 years. They are honest about what is wrong with your car. We took our car recently after the guy jumped our battery that it could be the starter. It only needed a new battery. Copperfield Automotive could easily have told us the same and charged for a starter but didn t!

Great group of mechanics. They always provide options for repairs and provide excellent service. Their work is second to none and they stand behind everything they do. They take time to explain what they will do before starting any work. Two people you need in life are a good mechanic and a good doctor...these guy should be your car doctor.

They have a bad attitude on the phone, I spoke with Tuan and I explained to him what I need done and he shouted at me, it will take him an hour to find the parts where they are on the car, that is not very bright.I guess he thought because I am a woman and an have an accent I am stupid, well he is more than wrong. I was recommended to them and I don't know why.I found a perfect mechanic who fixed my car in no time and did not overcharge me. He knew rigth away where parts are, he is western European like myself.If you are a woman and or have an accent don't go there.

Recommended by a friend who has been a loyal customer and we were not disappointed. Very straightforward with pricing and didn t pressure us to get any work done that we didn t want to do right away. Will definitely be bringing our cars back here for any other automotive care.

I love the guys here at Copperfield Automotive. In this day and age, it can be a Sisyphean task finding an auto mechanic who I'd both trustworthy and fair, who won't cheat you out of your money with nonexistent problems or unneeded services. Copperfield Automotive is one of those rare gems. I feel completely at ease every time I need to bring my car in.An example of their services: this morning as I was backing out of my driveway, my tire alarm went off, letting me know that my formerly fully inflated tire had dropped about 10 PSI overnight. The obvious conclusion was that I'd picked up a nail or some other debris. I turned the car around, and headed straight for Copperfield. They had me on and out of there in about 20 minutes. Sure enough, they found a nail. They weren't able to patch it because of its position, but they plugged it and sent me on my way completely free of charge, since they don't charge for tire plugs. Of course, a plug is just a temporary fix, and they let me know that upfront, but I was extremely grateful that they were able to get me back on the road so quickly.The only thing you could knock them for is the fact that their parking lot is cramped and tiny, and oftentimes you might be forced to park somewhere in front of other vehicles just to get yours serviced. But that's never been a big issue, so it's barely worth mentioning.

Best mechanic shop in NW Houston. If you want cheapest or a shop that works weekends this may not be your place but if you want honest, straight shooters that are from the neighborhood, then this is your place. I went here because I heard they were good and I was extremely pleased. The main thing I like about Copperfield Automotive is that they are trustworthy. I ve brought my suburban here before and had an alignment done and was provided a cool print out showing numbers of where the alignment was at prior and after the work was done. We later brought our old diesel ford truck there because we believed it had transmission issues and they checked it out and diagnosed it for free and referred us to a transmission specialist. This place is always packed and I believe it s vecause they are great and have a lot of repeat customers. The guys at the front desk are even very knowledgeable and usually have a good idea of what could be wrong. We are definitely loyal customers now after preciously going to other mechanics that turned out to be not as good.
