THEY LOST MY KEYS AND TOOK MY BELONGINGS! Horrible service ! If I could leave a 0 star I would, I chose this location based on the reviews and had high expectations. It was supposed to be an easy fix, I dropped off my Nissan and gave the front desk lady my keys. From then forth they refused to service my car after they agreed to fix it, and took all of my belongings from my car. Then, after the insurance driver had to pick up my vehicle from being turned down, they never released the keys to my car because they lost them and I never received my original copy of keys which I then had to buy another non original set of keys out of MY OWN POCKET. You're in a car business how do you lose track of your clients keys ?! I never received my beach tent, lawn chairs and all other personal belongings nor my original copy of keys. In addition when my car was returned to me, the windows were rolled down and it was raining that week, I guess they couldn't roll up the windows because they lost the keys. Unbelievable and never returning again please save your time and your car ! If you have progressive they ll probably recommend this place, don t even bother. If they can t fix a couple of scratches, then what CAN they fix ?

The customer service was amazing. The staff was very attentive and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. When I finally got my car back .WOW! You would never think my car was involved in an accident. Amazing job well done!!! So happy to have my car back! Highly recommend to anyone looking to bring their car here.

When I tell you these guys are so great and professional. I got into an accident and they rebuilt my entire front end within a week and a half . They were diligent through the entire process and very communicative ! Detailed my car after and everything I would recommend them everytime !!

They were great to work with, very responsive and helped me keep up to date with my repair process. Helped me get to my rental, front office staff very kind and respectful. Chris was very helpful and my car looked seamless and amazing. They did a light interior clean which was unexpected and awesome. Would recommend them to others this was my first time.

I can't say enough about this shop. I have unfortunately had to use them 5 times for different accidents over the last 4 years. Not all my fault. You will not find a group of people that care about their facilities cleanliness and appearance. To me this says a lot about their work ethic. I have had a 15 year old truck repaired twice with a very hard to match color and their workmanship in matching paint is incredible. I recently had to bring my Jaguar which has an $8,000.00 factory paint upgrade color and they were able to match it perfectly. When I bought the car in, one of my tire pressure sensors battery was dead and the warning on my dash board was on indicating a failure. I didn't realize till after I left that they had changed the sensor and said nothing and didn't charge me to replace it and calibrate it to the car. As I have several vehicles I have never seen such careful attention to the details of replacing parts. Once when I was there, their team was in a class with Chevrolet personal training them in the latest technology in repairing specific body panels where adhesives are used to repair truck fenders attached to the bed of a truck. As they work with many insurance companies. I assume they want and need to be abreast of the latest technology. I really can't say enough about these guys. You have to see their shop and meet them to understand.

We brought our 2021 Mitsubishi outlander in after an accident. We had significant body damage. Our car came out looking just as pretty,if not more pretty than it did before accident. These guys did a fabulous job. Chris was especially awesome. He kept us informed on what was going on with our car. Our car was ready before the date they said. I will be telling my family and friends to use them, God forbid if they need to. Great job Connect Collision.

Amazing customer service! They took me in when my insurance rep scheduled the wrong day with another body shop and didn't want to take me in. Jennifer the receptionist was very friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend this shop for all your vehicle needs. My car looks as good as new!

My car looks amazing. They did a awesome job. They did everything right, there were no hassles at all and it was ready when they said it would be. They were polite and professional and you can tell they take pride in their work. I was rear-ended and they took care of replacing my rear bumper and hatch. They did great work, made it look like new again!Two small complaints, though.1) I understand that these things take time (mine was nearly 2 weeks), but an update here and there would have been nice and eased my anxiety. Maybe just a text or email once every other day. (Example, "Parts ordered", "Matching Paint", "Installing" or something like that)2) The inside of my car was dirty (The outside where most the work was done was immaculate, though). There was a very fine layer of dust on everything inside the vehicle. I assume this was from the rear hatch being removed for a few days. Would have been nice if they gave it a quick vacuum and wipe down, especially the windshield and dashboard.All in all, they are the best collision specialists I have ever dealt with. Very friendly and knowledgeable and did great work on the repairs. Definitely would use them again.

Wow, What a professional organization. The cleanest shop and most professional staff I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend this business. The repairs the made to my F150 was done expertly. After my wheels and tires being stolen for the second time in less than a month and not being happy with the first company that did my repairs my insurance offered to have my car sent to Unique and I am so thankful they did! Jennifer at the front desk was super patient, and kind while I was being that annoying customer with 5000 questions! Lol. My car was ready in a timely manner and everyone was so communicative on what was happening through the process. I'll definitely be choosing this place for any car needs I come across in the future.Service: Tires

Unique Collision took care of my Lexus after getting hit, and I m really appreciative of their work. Cris was very knowledgeable and helpful and was very receptive of my questions and concerns. The team kept great communication throughout the process. Additionally, they took the liberty of detailing my car afterwards. I will definitely be recommending Unique Collision in the future.

The best place on Houston for all of your collision needs. They fix my 2008 Toyota highlander limited edition like brand new after my accident. Progressive listed them on the list they gave me and I am glad I choose them. The manager is extremely nice and even fix my window that progressive refused to pay for saying it wasn't as a result of the accident for free. The lady at the front Jennifer is very nice as well. People if you need your car fix and look brand new again please take it to collision center on pine forest by the race track gas station. Highly recommend.

Took great care of our Mercedes, found previous damage from an unreported accident and fixed it, kept me updated at least three times a week, allowed me to walk the shop and see progress, & finished repairs on their original estimated completion date. I've never been to a "car shop" run this well before. Highly recommend!!

They were very communicative and fast. They are always super nice and have refreshments for guests in the waiting area. My car looks good as new after an accident and I felt very reassured during a stressful time. I would highly recommend them.

I called to get my car fixed and they were transparent. Told me that they could hold someone for me before the staff goes to lunch. I appreciated that so much! The office was clean and distracted! Everyone was wearing mask! Staff was friendly! I would definitely come here again!

Not happy with their service, they switch my LED head light, they DID NOT clean inside the car full of dust, that's the reason i give 1 star to this place , customer service was nice Alex Mancera and Ameleo, both are nice.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

When I got In an accident I thought the damage was really bad. Emilio and Jenny put my mind at ease and walked me through the entire process. When I received my car back it looked brand new like nothing had happened. I definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here. You will not be disappointed!!!

Great experience. I brought my vehicle on Monday to have my back bumper fixed and I got my vehicle back on Wednesday. They did a really good job. Staff was friendly and very efficient.
