My car had a broken window and trunk. They were able to fix it the same day in less than two hours. The mechanic who worked on my car was kind, professional, and spoke English and Chinese well. The price was also fair and was less than half of what the Hyundai dealership asked for. Thank you for all your help and working with my dad and I. I highly recommend coming here!

Left my alignment bolt loose I drove it for a while and the steering wheel was getting worse not one side but both side can t believe it and the crazy thing is that I pay for the service.

Please! Do not come to this place to get your car fixes. Last time I went to let them check up my car was sharing, they charged me then they still couldn't figured out the problem, and wanted me to pay extra. I do not recommended anyone to come here.

Great service! I live pretty far away from the shop. They worked on the problems of my truck right away and fix them shortly. Therefore I don t need to have another trip.

This is my first time here, and I am not disappointed. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. Shawn took great care of my ancient vehicle. I am very glad that I decided to call about their services. Shawn ordered my parts right away. My vehicle was completed the same day. The environment was comfortable and clean. It is a family own business, and I got to meet the owner. She is a warm and sincere lady. I plan to bring my vehicle again for a full paint job !! She quoted me such a fair price that I am looking forward to coming back next year for the paint job. They seem to do everything at their shop. Great services !! Thank you, everyone, for taking care of my old car. So nice to find good services. Highly recommend this shop.

My family has been using Complete Auto Center for a few years now, from regular services to major repairs to minor body works. And we are very happy with their service. They are very professional and take responsibility for their work. Reasonable costs as well, for sure they don't overcharge. They provide free shuttle and loaner vehicles, which make repairs very convenient. Tony, our usual service representative, is a great guy. He takes care of you.They are completely multilingual, certainly in English and Mandarin but I have also heard them communicating with customers in Spanish.

I went to oil change for my car, they break the oil pad and told me not they are problem,the screw won't tight anymore.they blame last oil change guy make mistake.and I call the BMW dealership ask them about this question,they told me if last oil change guy make mistake,should be oil spill out next few day.so I have to paid them almost $2000 to fix this problem.wont recommend this place and not come back anymore!

I was referred over to complete auto & honestly I m glad I did ! Their staff is very polite & their crew were very efficient. Found out the problem & took care of it right away . they didn t try to rip me off like these other body shops . Our family has been a customer of Complete Auto Center for more than a decade. We come back to the same service center whenever we need to get our vehicles serviced. The owner, the front desk personnel and the service engineers are knowledgeable and polite. Brought my 2016 F150(122k miles) for transmission rear seal and rear differential pinion seal replacement. The Hispanic Tech did a excellent job. As of Today both seals works rock solid great after 1 month. The price is the most competitive in town hands down. Manager and the owner all very kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great service for their prices! I stumbled upon this place while driving when I realized my tire pressure light suddenly turned on. The manager, James, was really helpful and seemed honest when giving me a price. They informed me on my worn out tires that I should take care of. I felt that this was a really sweet gesture as they weren t pushy at all and suggested shopping around for tires to compare prices.Awesome place, would recommend if you re around Chinatown!

I had a transmission flush and brake fluid change done today. This shop's price was very reasonable and service was excellent. In particular, the master technician Riki is probably the best auto technician I have interacted with. His courtesy and professionalism were very impressive.

My family always come to them for service. Their price are unbeatable in town. Their staff are very kind, helpful, professional and responsible. They truly care for their customers because they provide free car rental during the wait time. They also sell used cars. We highly recommend them!

I brought my son s car to them to repair after it had been in an accident. They did an amazing job on the repairs. They were even able to match the paint so that there was no discoloration on the car. If you ever need body work done on your car, I highly recommend this company!!!

I went there to get my bent wheel fixed. Ricky was the one who helped me. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They fixed it so quick, and I was able to leave with my car right away. Highly recommended this auto center. Will be a loyal customer in the future.

I went to complete auto center last week to fix my car. They changed the motor for my car. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The workers did an excellent job. I will definitely recommend to my friends and will come back.

This shop stocks Amsoil for my Lexus and at a fair price. I have used them for oil changes multiple times over the past several years. Great owner and employees that I have run in to so far....Please dont go in expecting a latte, or over the top customer service. This place is a mechanic and body shop in alief..Honest, fair and polite is all I ask forService: Oil change

I stoped by there today let them check out my vehicle, the customer service is thoughtful and the manger is initiating to change oil for me without my asking as soon as they saw the yellow light on.They offer drinks for us, handed drink to my hand. This is my second time being here, always enjoy my time here.

You can not trust them. Worst experience ever.First they sell me a car with savage title without notifying me.Then when they change a bad bulb in the front, they accidentally touch the bottom part of front bumper.The bumper bottom part fall off on the highway, the whole part damaged and it is extremely dangerous.They refuse to admit it s their fault and refuse to change the part.Avoid them if you have other choice.

I always bring my two cars here for service because I trust the owner. He always gives me honest advice and does a careful job fixing my cars. I've tried other places before but I come here now, even if it requires me driving 40 minutes to get here.
