Terrible experience in Stafford road refused to help me while it's raining in my windshield wiper stopped working didn't have any suggestions thoughts or ideas or even any customer service skills or even any interest in existing me at all I would suggest this place to anybody at all

I wish the ppl they got in here were in all automotive parts store. Quick, easy and down to the point. They don't make places like this anymore. Auto zone and all them other stores can learn from these guys. I'll probably drive across town just to know I'm dealing with ppl who know their craft and not an employee that points and says that's all we got on that wall. Thank you guys.

Plenty of products in a very handy location. I came here just to get some caulking. Not any of the auto parts. The service agent was very friendly. Reminds me of when I was a kid, going to Channelview Auto Parts. That used to be the happening spot for getting parts for the cars in my community. Nowadays were so used to Auto Zone, Pep Boys, and O'Reilly Auto Parts, we can often forget little privately owned places like this still exist. Completely satisfied. No complaints.

I was coming through Houston and my boat trailer hub bearing went out. We went to all the automotive stores with no luck. Just happened to see this store. It look like a place that might have a little of everything. The man at the counter was extremely helpful and got us fixed up. Thanks you really got us out of a bind.

My wiper blade bracket broke while driving in the rain and my wiper flipped upside down on the metal arm causing my wiper to become useless. I pulled into this store to get a new wiper. The nice guy came out and got my wiper and replaced the plastic bracket instead of selling me a whole new wiper. I can t believe he even had one on hand. Saved me money. He didn t even want anything for it. You don t find great customer service like this much anymore these days. Great people here.

Al and his team are professional, courteous and knowledgeable, always finding me the correct parts. Often times parts supplied are OEM parts at a fraction of the cost of what the dealers charge. Thank you Al and team!
