Wow, I don t even know where to start! Collision Fix is the most impeccable experience I ve ever had with auto-service. Cleanliness, kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and transparency were top-notch! They were even kind enough to give me daily updates throughout the entire process, so my mind was always at ease. If you re like me and are very leery when it comes to choosing someone to service your car, I highly recommend Collision Fix!

All I can say is great job! Mrs. Denise and her team were amazing throughout the whole entire process. She also was very happy to answer all my questions trust me I had a lot.After the work was completed it looks like my car was never was involved in an accident and she offered to detail and check over their work after a few weeks which is a nice touch I feel goes above and beyond normal service.I hope to never be back but if I happen to need collision repair done again I will not hesitate to drive over to Mrs Denise and her team!

This place really is so honest and willing to work with you. Especially if it s something minor and you don t want to go through insurance. Highly suggest Denise and Joann in the office. Great customer service.

Where do I Begin!!! I have brought two cars to collision fix. I had a 2019 Toyota Camry that had all of my wheels stolen! Their service is absolutely amazing, attentive and very precise! Not to mention they are good trustworthy people. So I upgraded too a 2021 Toyota Camry and unfortunately I got hit in the back, so because of their great service I brought my car back to them. They delivered. Even with handling the difficulties of dealing with payment from the insurance companies I've had to go through both times. My car is brand new and has a very detailed paint (White Pearl) and they made sure they got it done right, by going above and beyond to ensure they had the time to get it right.This place is the go to for any collision repair!!! This place is blessed with skill service and due diligence. I am forever grateful. Thank you again Denise, Erica and Eddie!

I found this place when I put a small dent and scuff backing into a yellow parking pole. I wanted my car repaired without involving my insurance company since the damage was minor. They did an amazing job making it look like it never happened. Communication was great, we scheduled a time to drop off and the car was ready when promised.Thanks Denise and crew.

I have brought two of my vehicles here (both hit and run!) and I ve got to tell you, they re the best around! Everyone is so kind they took such great care of my cars! Denise and the office staff are AMAZING, their guys on the outside, EQUALLY amazing! They even DETAILED my car before I picked it up! I will recommend them EVERYTIME! What s ugly is refusing to stand behind your warranty. Any change in business name & management doesn't justify discarding lifetime warranties. The individual in charge, despite any improvements in management, seems unwilling to uphold commitments made under previous management. Sam was co-owner then and he is co-owner today.

This place is a joke , Denise behind the counter I don t know if she is the owner or just an employee. But with her in charge idk how they keep their doors open . More people need to look at reviews before bringing their vehicles here. She is Rude to clients, customers and Insurance companies. Progressive has stopped working with her and more insurance companies will soon be as well . Please DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I have so much more to tell u but not enough time . From Them fixing windshield, to placement of hoses back . They just don t care about you just the $$$$

I had the misfortune of crashing my 2008 Corvette into the wall on HWY 290 (Houston). My car was towed here, since it was nearby. I'm always hesitant with new / unfamiliar body shops, but the reviews were great, so I thought I would consider it! Honestly, I was thinking I might move the car to a body shop that had done work for me before, but after meeting Denise and her team, and seeing her operation, I decided to leave my car there. Wow! Her passion for cars is evident in her service and professionalism, The staff is for sure qualified and they truly strive for perfection. I can't recommend them enough, and I will make sure that me, my friends and family are all customers. Unprofessional and unethical. My car was wrecked due to another driver 4/12. This shop said they had immediate availability when I called so it was dropped off 4/13 and waited until 4/17 for the insurance to authorize repairs. I was told pickup date was 4/28. I called 4/27 too touch base since I had not been contacted at all to find out they didn't start touching my car until 4/24 and now they were waiting for the insurance again because it may be totaled out now (2 weeks later).. As of 5/1 insurance officially deemed it totaled and I was told I had 3 days before the tow would be schedule and I could sign the release at the shop. So 1 day later the shop released my car to the tow company without any communication or authorization from me. Then when I physically went into their office to ask how they authorized the early release their manager, Denise, came in fuming at me (for being obviously upset my car I left at their business was no longer there even though I was still smiling and polite) and accused me of being "nasty" to her associate and raising her voice at me because I told another potential client in the lobby to go elsewhere. Denise is a peice of work. I called the insurance in her office per her request since they were both just passing liability and there's an excuse or loophole for everything. Absolutely ridiculous. Denise, if you have to tell someone "well we have 50 cars on the lot" as the explanation for why it took so long and I had to be the one calling both the shop and insurance to figure out why my car was still just sitting there chilling for 2 weeks and it took another week before repairs were even started when it could have been worked on totalled out sooner than almost 3 weeks later- maybe you should re-evaluate telling clients you have immediate availability to work on their vehicles. Terrible communication and untrustworthy.

It s hard to articulate just how amazing this place is - or, should I say, how amazing the people who run and work at this place are. Denise is honest, kind, exceedingly helpful, patient, and an absolute pleasure to talk with, and the work coming out of this shop is nothing short of outstanding. I had body work done on my SUV for some old cosmetic damage and wow. They did a really beautiful job. I m incredibly pleased and won t hesitate to use their services again should I need them. I have already recommended them to a couple of friends who need to get work done, and will continue to do so whenever I get the chance. Outstanding service, all around.

I would not take my car here. They did a very poor job on my car. Seems to have no quality assurance. Very disappointed. They offered to address but unfortunately I don't have time to just keep the car there. Someone should inspect the car before returning to the customer!. I have never been so disappointed by a body shop.Update: No rental was offered. I will reach out once I have time since it is still within one year. As stated, there were many things wrong with the car when I took it. I needed the car and I had stated this. No rental was offered to me either.

This place is awesome! After some damage occurred to my car, I did some research on body shops in the Houston, TX area. I received multiple quotes from body shops, but Collision Fix Unlimited gave me the best prices. Not only are their prices fair, but the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable (thanks again Denise!!!!). Lastly, after damage is repaired on your vehicle, you can take your car in 30+ days later for a complimentary detail. Love this place and I highly recommend it to whoever is in need of a good body shop.Service: Body & Trim

They are simply the best collision center in Cypress area. I was looking for a place to fix my car after the accident but Denise gave me the most honest estimate and extremely helpful to support me for any requests. Great service from start to finish! Denise, Erica and the whole crew here do a great job. We had a pretty extensive claim that required a variety of new parts during COVID and the winter storm. We were updated the whole time and they communicated with our adjuster to make the process super easy. They even took delivery of our rental and handled the return with Enterprise. Car looks better now than before with the complete detail. Thanks y all!

I am extremely pleased with the paint repair job that Denise and her team completed on my Toyota RAV4 yesterday. In addition to an excellent paint job, my car was super clean and detailed like new! Denise and her team at CFU continue to impress 10yrs and running. The level of service they provide extend WAY beyond a normal business. They treat you like family. Denise is absolutely amazing. I brought my new vehicle in today, (slightly sulking at my error), her crew did a quick patch job and put my front end back together to almost factory standard so I could drive my own vehicle until my parts come in. I was speechless. This incident is being paid out of my pocket, and CFU went the extra mile to reduce my rental expenses. Unheard of.... You do you, but I'm a customer for life. I do not recommend this place at all. They released my car to me and then threatened me over $142 after I paid them the deductible and Geico paid for the repairs. I still don't agree that I owe them $142 but I paid it because they were harassing me. I do not recommend this company at all. Not appropriate or professional behavior at all. It took them over 2 months to have my car fixed and the gaps were off between the fender, bumper and the hood like it was done quickly not correctly.

I m late as always to post. But Denise is amazing and saved my other baby (car). Back to it s original condition! Her professionalism, character, and morals are few and far between these days. And the fact that she genuinely cares about her customers, and not just a paycheck is also rare in these times. Expected completion date was not on time, and however was not her fault. I know this because she called them on speakerphone while I was on another line and heard this. She is a great person, and one of few still left that does her job and works hard! Scheduled a time to have some minor front-end damage repaired. They ordered the necessary parts; I brought my car in & the next day they contacted me to let me know it was ready to be picked up. They did a real nice job repairing the damage; looks real good! They did the work quickly & charged me what they estimated the repair to cost. I'm VERY PLEASED with the result & I recommend Collision Fix Unlimited to anyone that might need some body & trim work done!Service: Body & Trim

Denise and here team totally beat my expectations. They were professional, on budget and on time. The quality of work was first class and for $200.00 to repair some minor paint damage which was 10% of the price their local competitor quoted, they also included a complete interior and exterior detail.
