Lionel is the man. Great experience with this auto shop, and even better vibes lol. These guys will really take care of you and your vehicle. I m a small business owner and all about how I service people so I truly appreciate the service I received from everyone working at the place. Earned a new customer and a 5 star review!

Great and honest place! The people working here are not just mechanics, they help people outside of the automotive business as well! They have been around ever since I came to the states, from school, graduation, and engagement. I appreciate these folks for every step on the way! Definitely recommend it, they are also transparent most mechanics are not! I keep my BMW there for a repair, and I trust them to do an even better job than the BMW dealership!

I stop at Clutch because my daughter highly recommended them to me, didn t know what to expect. I feel blessed meeting Elizabeth and Brian. They were so kind, and helped me get my car back and running in no time. I am so grateful for Brian for taken care of my car with integrity, and giving me a peace of mind. I came in for an oil change. They provided me with information on additional services which would be beneficial to the maintenance of my car. I chose to take advantage of one and delay another until a later time. I did not feel pressured by them to do anything beyond my original service visit. I will definitely use their services again.

Excellent service. Priced 40% less than the quoted price from dodge dealer. Replacement shocks are better than the orginals. Work was perform in 3 hours even though trhy were very busy. Will continue to use this place from now own. Service, cost, and attitude was much better than dealership.

I work right across the street from here and to this day I don t know why I never came here for all my auto services.I did my oil change for the first time and the experience from that point on has been top notch! Extremely friendly, reliable, fast, complimentary shuttle and so much more!I then proceeded to repair some other things i urgently needed and Brian helped me do the claim with my extended warranty. Everything was covered and I m extremely pleased !Lionel the general manager has been stupendous! Thank you! I will keep coming back!Highly recommend these folks!

Went in for an oil change. They automatically applied the current promotion coupon and got me squared away. 5 star service. Also, their lobby has beverages. After chatting with the service manager, they ll try to keep kids entertained. You can request for them to play something on the tv behind the counter if you have to wait.

Glad I went with my first mind. I just needed my taillight replaced and many shops wanted over $100. Even when I had the part. Clutch charged me fair and the work was super fast. Maybe took 10-15 minutes tops. I will return again if I need help instead of going to the dealership or other automotive places in town.

Clutch is very professional, and knowledgeable. They did the requested work plus an over all inspection ,and did not suggest any additional work that might need to be dune in the future. They finished the work in a timely manner and charged just what they had estimated. Very happy.

Superstars in the Automotive Care Industry. In a city with shops with absurd price ranges, plus horrendously inconsistent reviews, it is safe to say I am very particular about the mechanics and shops I let be responsible of my truck. My 4Runner is my world and Clutch Automotive understands that. Brian, the wizard he is, will take care of you from start to finish, and fill you in on general automotive information regarding your vehicle and its specific performance needs. And the pricing? Absolutely fair and equally undeniable in terms of competitiveness. I ve gone to all four corners of this city for a great mechanic shop, so I have been given all types of numbers for a variety of services. These guys shocked me in their pricing in all fairness! So hats off to Brian and the rest of the crew. I am very impressed and they have earned my business for all the services I don t take on myself. We are very impressed with the service at Clutch Automotive. They explain what needs to be done and why. Facility is clean. They explain the cost. They provide transportation back home or where you need to go. They are honest & fair. Clutch is our go to place to have our vehicles repaired.

Leaving a review on my wife s phone since I left one on my phone already. This place is honest professional and clear about what is going. Elizabeth specifically has been nothing but extremely helpful. Car problems are stressful and they do their best to make them less so. They are the best!

Very nice people. Drove all the way from NY to HTX with a Penske truck and car on the back. My car had some catalytic converter problems and they helped me same day! They recommended me to an affordable mechanic who was able to service me immediately. And not to mention they let me park my Penske in their parking lot over night because I couldn t fit it in my apartment complex haha. But overall this place is wonderful and all of the employees showed great hospitality and made sure I was taken care of.

A used car new to me got a change of fluids and inspection in an afternoon. Lyft got me home and back. Great service. Explained some of the unfamiliar technology by coming out and sitting in it a running through the UI of steering wheel buttons. Done. Ready for the road.

These guys are awesome! Friendly staff that is professional and courteous. They provided frequent updates throughout my service/repair and always called to get my permission before performing the work. Austin was super helpful in helping me figure out how to best manage my budget for the needed repairs. Highly recommend them to anyone needing service and maintenance needs.

I am very pleased with both the work performed and the customer service provided by Brian and Lionel at Clutch Automotive. Brian is a very knowledgeable mechanic. I appreciated him taking the time to explain the needed repairs and not trying to sell me on other, unnecessary repairs. This is an honest auto repair shop that does great work and provides great customer service. I went to Clutch because they were offering a coupon with my job. The guy at the front desk was very nice. He thanked me for my service in education, offered me a beverage and my car went right in. I received an oil change and inspection. The waiting area was clean and neat. I was ready to go in no time. This is the first place I have gone to where they did not find something wrong with my car and try go get me to pay for an extra service. I will be back.Updated Review: I went to the DPS website to renew my sticker to find that the inspection was not showing. I looked at my receipt and it shows it was paid for. The nice guy at the front desk said I was ready to go at checkout and everything was fine. He said I should see my inspection showing online. There was no copy of my inspection in my seat as promised but since he said all was well, I figured I would find it online. I called Clutch to inquire about my inspection not showing with DPS only to find out that the person that did the inspection said I failed due to low tire treads on one tire! I was NOT informed of this before I left the shop. The communication from the garage to the register did not transfer. I was told I passed and my receipt did not show a list of concerns from the inspector. I am a little upset about the miscommunication but very concerned about not being told my tire was wearing. That is a safety issue and I could have gotten it fixed right away. I really did not know. Now I have to buy a tire and pay for another inspection. I am not sure why I was told I passed but I actually did not. So I had to update my review. If you get an inspection, make sure you leave with a report in hand! The guy at the desk was still very nice but to find out I was given misinformation is disappointing.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I just left clutch and my experience was great. I went in for replacement of a headlight and they quickly and efficiently took care of that in addition to explaining to me why my current headlights were illegal which I did not know. I also asked about brake replacements and Brian explained to me that I had quite a while to go before I needed to replace them. Anywhere else would have tried to sell me right away. I appreciate the honesty, efficiency and politeness. I will be back for future service. Sincerely, Nancy

Best service and hospitality! They really do such a great job. Not over priced. Very fair! Will personally bring you home if not wanting to wait! A very cute and quaint place to take your car in. Just love them! Hard workers! Also so close to my home.

I ve been using Clutch since early on when it was Cornerstone. I ve always felt confident in the suggestions and satisfied with repairs. The personal attention is rare these days but Clutch offers it. Lionel is still there from Cornerstone days so that s comforting.Anyway had my battery replaced today, 30 minutes and out! Tremendous service. Easy to make an appointment, drop off took two minutes. They ran a full diagnostic report, noted every potential issue and was completely transparent on how much each service would cost. I've been here twice -- once for an oil change and once for an inspection. It's much better than other car shops. They provide great customer service. Their waiting room is nice and clean, and the staff is really friendly. They didn't try to upsell me on services I didn't need.
