A good place.They had a nice coupon to change my oil. They did a complete car check with photos and details. Could get me on the schedule quick as well. Their costs for some things might be a little on the high side, but they weren t pushy and didn t lie and that puts them a head of a lot of auto repair places right there. Nice people. Will call when your vehicle is ready if you don t stay. Have a good coffee setup and wifi if you do stay.

Service is amazing! The staff are really nice and will actually help you with your car. I had an oil leak and immediately took it to them. They helped me out and even explained to me what was going on with the car and how the leak happened. Very grateful for these hardworking and caring staff and mechanics. I highly recommend going to Cliff s if you want to get the job done right. Lastly thank you Candis and Jeffrey for checking my car few mins before y all close. Y all made my car back to healthy again. 10/10 :)

I thought the scheduled maintenance that I had you do was fairly priced and well done the serpentine belt and the hose that was replaced was twice the price of what I could ve gotten for at O Reillys same belt gates with a three-year warranty $70 it doesn t take much to put on a serpentine belt I believe the labor for it was like 280 that did not make me happyI thought the $160 for the diagnostics that you did was fairat other mechanic shops, the diagnostics is typically taking off if you do have the work done at that facilityThat being said it has been about 12 to 15 years since I ve had any of my vehicles at a service facility for work to be done other than Jiffy Lube so I m probably out of the loopWhile my truck was in the shopthey kept me in the loop on what needed to be done, and when it would be ready and it was ready when they said, and I was late picking it up and they waited after hours to make sure I had it for the weekend which I truly appreciated, so yes, I would recommend Clifs and I would go back again!Oh, I almost forgot they did give me a decent military discount. I salute that.

Wow, so happy I came across this shop! I had a minor issue and popped in to ask a question, because it was late and they were closing soon. I didn't expect for it to be taken care of right then and there.Excellent, fast service and very friendly and honest people. I've finally found a mechanic I can trust! Thank you!

Cliff s can be trusted. I took my car to a mechanic and they told me that 3 different things needed to be fixed which were going to cost over $3,000. I got a 2nd opinion with Cliff s. Cliff s told me that 1 problem was emergent but the other 2 problems could wait.They are very honest and professional. I will always take my cars there and recommend them to others.

Wow! Cliff and crew have been servicing our vehicles for over 30 years! I can't believe it's been that long. That is probably over 750,000 miles of road running and 10 cars road ready. Little family on the freeway. Thank you!

I took the kia forte5 in for a rattle in the exhaust system. They replaced the motor mounts ($1400). We still have the rattle, but we have nice new motor mounts. Folks were very friendly though.

Excellent service . Fast and accurate . I had recently done Breaks replacement , oil change and state inspection. No waiting time . Excellent staff and good work. I would definitely recommend everyone just visit once and you will love it and will be your one stop for all auto work.

Y all don t need business OBVIOUSLY!!! Be real. REAL people have REAL jobs.. LOSERS. Why would y all send out coupons to low income communities that are untrue!!! I called and asked if they were open TWICE, took my car up there TWICE, for them to be closed TWICE. Dishonesty is the worst thing CLIFF.

Used to be a great honest place to take your car. Now not sure what happened. Took our car to get fixed and gave us a quote. So we decided to get the financing since the quote was a big amount. So they call us and tell us oh you got approved and coincidentally the original quote was much much higher. All of a sudden things that they didnt charge for are now charging of course without telling us. They are becoming money hungry and throwing out unnecessary fees. Sadly now we're looking for a new mechanic. If you want a honest mechanic do not take your car here go elsewhere.

Highly recommended!!Cliff's Car Tech offers fast and easy service, but most of all honesty and great value!Whenever I come, this shop is able to fix my problem at a fair price and, unlike some other shady mechanics, they don't create your next problem to solve.I moved away from this part of town, but still make the drive for all my important car care needs because of the great value and honest service.

The main issue I had with my car was the front brakes were squealing really loud. My neighbor referred me to Cliff's, and I could not be happier with the level of professionalism and service I have received to date. All the staff, from the owner down to the technician, have treated me like family. The technician was very thorough when he walked me through each item on my vehicle that needed attention. The entire team expertly identified the more pressing issues that needed immediate attention. Their input was essential to my deciding which services I was to complete now and which could be done at a later date. Their prices were comparable to other estimates I had received, and for some services they were actually lower. As an added bonus for me personally, I am glad to support a business owned by a military family. I strongly recommend Cliff's Auto Repair for getting your vehicles repaired and maintained.LT A. J. I've taken my car to Cliffs for a few years now. They were recommended by a neighbor. Its a warm welcome as soon as you walk in and the guys behind the desk are ready to help. I found them to be honest and extremely knowledgeable. They keep you informed about your vehicle and always trying to save you money with options. Today was my first time visiting Cliff's Auto. I dont normally write reviews but felt it was well earned by this business. My truck was having some engine problems so I took it to Cliff's for diagnostics and advice. Unfortunately, there was nothing they could do short of replacing my doomed engine for nearly 10K which I could not afford. Cliff's still made me feel like family in the interim with a loaner vehicle, honest communication, and alternative advice. They even waived my diagnostic fees as they were sympathetic for my situation. I left Cliff's with no work done and my doomed truck. Although I did not pay for any work, their honesty and customer service will make me a return as a customer for years to come. As soon as I get another vehicle it will be going to Cliff's for evaluation and any needed preventive maintenance. Thank you Cliff's for making an already rough expierince better than it could have been.

Great experience with Cliff s place; they help me with an immediate issue and very reasonable price. I called around to other shops and Cliff s was the only one that was true and honest upfront on the phone. I was still skeptical when taking it in about a bait and switch but they didn t and kept to their word. I ll definitely be using them again for other services.

Head light repair, quickly , efficiently and with amazing customer service both from the tech and front office. Cliff is a great guy and he only hires the best people. So I trust this brand and business. They take care of their customers like family. Thanks I returned to Cliff's because I trust no one with my car the way I trust Jonathan,Thomas ,Brian and the rest of the crew . I had alternator issues. They got me in did a diagnostic let me know what it was fixed and got it back to me. Cliffs Auto Repair is the only place that take my vehicles to. They are trustworthy and fair. I have taken my vehicles there for over 10 years. My daughters Chevy Cruz turbo charger failed and Cliffs Auto was amazing with the timing and price. Love their shuttle service as well. They are all so knowledgeable!! We love the personal service.It s great to have a family owned business around the corner that we can trust!

I definitely recommend this repair shop. They replaced my shock & strut assembly and replaced 2 engine mounts and completely solved my problems. Jeff was very helpful in explaining all that needed to be done and they had me back on the road in no time. Excellent work and very trustworthy friendly people.

My vehicle had had issues with the AC cooling. I put it off a full year knowing that I likely needed a significant amount of work. Cliffs auto took my car on the day I was ready, and replaced my condenser/compressor in ONE DAY. I have several jobs & told them that I would need to figure out transportation to my second job of the day if it wasn t ready - they offered me a complimentary car - if mine wasn t ready. Fortunately it was ready in the same day. I was incredibly grateful and look forward to being cool in the hot Houston heat! They also gave me a list of items that I need to fix on my car with no pressure to get them done there etc all interactions were respectful & supportive. Highly recommend Cliffs for quality work.Service: Air conditioning

There are not enough words I can say to describe how amazing Cliff and his mechanic crew are. I had engine issues oil pressure issues air conditioning issues and Cliff s provided me at no cost a loaner vehicle and worked diligently to fix my suburban back to running better than before. I had taken my truck to another local mechanic who I had some issues with and I am so glad I brought my truck here. Andrew did a fabulous job! My car wouldn't start. Got a jump and took it to Cliff's. They were able to replace my battery that was still under warranty. They're very thorough and explain everything. I appreciate it.
