Attention to detail with the combined knowledge of 150+ years will get you a Mustang (and other classic Fords) above the rest. From repair and maintenance to complete restorations these guys can and will do it all. Resto mods, fuel injection, suspension and brakes from the trusted performance names of Holley, Edelbrock, Fab9, Total Control, Chassisworks, Wilwood and many more. If you have a classic Mustang, or other Ford, these guys know it and will treat you right. Just stop in and holler at Wes or Billy. They will hook you right up.

I wanted to let you how happy I am with the repairs you completed. It really is impossible to tell where the repairs have been made as the match seamlessly with rest of the car. The quality of the repairs reflects the passion and attention to detail you have for these classic vehicles.I would like to thank you for the all the work completed on my car during my time in Houston. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Classic Mustang of Houston for any work on vintage Mustangs. I always felt comfortable and trusted your advice on looking after my car and doing the appropriate work needed.

I had a hard time finding a place that would work on my classic Mustang, and not take 40 years to do it. Classic Mustang of Houston did more than I asked, and did it in a reasonable amount of time. Their crew is very knowledgeable, friendly, and will make sure you are happy. If you are looking for some help on your classic Mustang, you came to the right place!

Took my Mustang to get some body work done and I had to call several times to try to get a Estimate and Wes kept tell me he would call me, he hadn t got to it. After three weeks I decided I was going to pick it up.When I came to pick it up I noticed A dent in the chrome piece on the hood above grill that was brand new.I asked Wes what happened and he said he didn t know it s been parked the whole time ever since I brought it. Second complaint is when I brought it he told me over the phone 2500 to fix it after I get to the place of business then the quote is going up but he would have to call and let me know how much more it s gonna be!

Great place to have your classic Mustang repaired. Mr. Billy Watson, family and crew are all blessed, humble people. I had around $7000 worth of work done and my car has never run this good! I was even deployed to Arizona for 2 months and he kept working on my car and had it ready when I got back home. I never let anybody work on my baby but I felt comfort leaving it here. List of replacements/repairs are: new exhaust system, headers, New Holley carburetor, brake master cylinder, ball joint, idler arms, ignition switch, power steering pump, alignment, transmission over hauled, etc.Great place to have your classic Mustang repaired. I don t know why anyone would give 1 star!?Billy, Wes and crew are excellent at what they do. All you have to do is walk around the shop and see all the sweet mustangs. From bones to complete restorations and you can tell they know what they re doing. They have helped me with my 68 fastback from installing parts, ordering parts for me to install and just tuning up the engine. There s never a lack of communication and the work Iv had done has been done promptly. I recommend them to anyone that has a classic mustang.

A little over 5-years ago Billy, Wesley, and their team did a total restoration on my 1966 Mustang. I recently took my Mustang in for service and an oil change. As I drove home, I kept thinking to myself just how strong the car felt; such a great feeling. Anyone can make a car look good but making it mechanically functional and mechanically sound is why I trust them with my car.The people at Classic Mustang do not just work on Mustangs, they OWN Mustangs, they KNOW Mustangs. Their shop is constantly busy, which speaks to the quality of the work and services they provide. There is another Mustang shop closer to my side of Houston, but Classic Mustang of Houston is worth the drive and the only place I ll take my Mustang.

I had a unique experience dealing with Billy and the rest of the guys at Classic Mustang of Houston. I was on a road trip from Washington, DC to Houston and threw a rod on I-10 in Louisiana, about 50 miles from the Texas state line. Gave a call to Classic after hearing good things about them and I could not have been happier from their service. There are three main observations that stood out to me:1) These guys know their Mustangs. I spoke at length to Billy, Jessee, Wes and some of the other guys at the shop, and they really know their stuff when it comes to Mustangs. After detailed discussion of date codes of Windsor heads, I felt immediately relieved when I first dropped my car off.2) They are passionate about their work and care about their customers. After I got my car back from their shop, I drove 1200 miles from Texas to Indiana. Billy took the time to call me multiple times during my drive and when I got to Indiana to ask how things were going and if there were any issues that popped up. As anyone knows in the classic car business, issues can crop up, and the guys at Classic were more than helpful on multiple occasions to answer any and all questions I have. Even when I went to go test drive my Mach 1 after getting the new motor and it didn't sound quite right, the guys chased the problem down. An average shop would have sent me on my way, but Billy took the motor back, fixed the problem, and made it right to where I was extremely happy with the results.3) The quality of their work speaks for itself. Not only was I impressed with the craftsmanship on my Mach 1, I saw a number of cars that were restored by Classic and they are absolutely stunning. These guys do not cut corners and it shows in the final product.Overall, I would recommend Classic Mustang of Houston to anyone looking for anything from simple maintenance on their classic mustang or ford to a full restoration. These guys went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to working on my Mustang and the quality of their work is second to none.

Took my horrible Ebay 65 Mustang to Billy for upgrades to motor, transmission, suspension and interior. Also added state of the art A/C and stereo system. Essentially rebuilt the entire car less paint. The labor costs were fair, clearly explained, and worth every penny. After previously having a less knowledgable shop do some work (which had to be re-done by Classic) I will only allow Classic to perform work on my vintage Mustang. These guys know Mustangs. Better than any shop I have dealt with. They are also nice and decent folks. Can't ask for more than that.

These guys have never worked on my car but anytime I have a question or need advise regarding my 68 coupe, they ve always been accommodating. I like to do the work myself which takes away from their business but these guys never mind helping me out. Whether it be verbal help, or guiding me to where I need to go to get what I need. For that, thanks fellas, keep doing what you re doing.

I'm posting to confirm the poor service & quality this shop has. I had brought my mustang to get the suspension and brakes rebuilt in 2008. Paid over $4300 and eight months later the suspension was squeeking. My father advised me to take it to Milstead's Collision in the Woodlands. They confirmed the suspension was not done right. Milstead also replaced the seals on my drum brakes... something CMH should have done.Do not take any of your cars here. They lie to you and they don't know how to do the job right.

Mr.Billy and the entire staff are very knowledgeable about the Mustang line. They rewired my entire car, installed disc brakes and fixed a few minor things on my 65 . I'm very please with the work they have done and I will continue to take my car there. I highly recommend you this shop..

I had these guys do work on my car a few times. The first time, I had them do my front suspension. One of the zerk fittings was broken and just placed in the spot to look hooked up. The car was squeaky when I dropped it off the second time and squeaky when it left. Greasing up the control arms should be something you should do for your customers if it needs it and if they ask for it. That's not a big deal though. The caster angle wasn't correct and the car would drift left or right. When I asked about it, I was just told that's how old cars are.I had the c4 transmission rebuilt with them. The transmission is giving me problems and you can occasionally hear a grinding noise now when it shifts. The car buzzes in reverse still and the car shifts hard in between gears still. All issues I was told would be fixed with a rebuild. I take it easy driving my car and always check the fluid levels once a week. There is no reason why I should have to even get my transmission looked at barely 2k miles after a rebuild. The speedometer cable wasn't even hooked up as well when I picked the car up. Shame on me for using them for that when they wouldn't be able to guarantee it.Last time I picked up the car, I had a radio put in along with a new package tray. The package tray was poorly cut and the dash was just sitting there with maybe two screws holding it on loosely. It had more screws in it before I brought it. I had to buy a screw kit just to have all the screws to properly screw it on.I've thought long about leaving a bad review and I don't enjoy doing it. I just feel ripped off though. These guys don't do work for cheap. I felt like I wasn't given the attention I deserved because my budget was lower. Also, it took over a month or longer each time I dropped my car off. I don't mind the wait if the work done right.

Billy and Wes did a fantastic job on my 65 Fastback. Knowledgable and great recommendations related to what would work well on the car. Completely upgraded the car with Wildwood disc breaks / Borg. steering, A/C, new interior and mechanical instruments, and a Ford 363 crate engine were just a few of the items. Car runs great and looks wonderful. Brought it to Australia where it turns many heads as it cruises downtown Sydney, the North Shore and beaches. Highly recommend CMH for anyone if you want good quality workmanship.

Excellent service! My cars are always fixed right the first time for a reasonable price. I had one car restored and very happy with the results. This is the only place that I will let touch my Shelby's. I highly recommend this company.
