Amazing experience at Classic Collison Galleria location. I had this shop recommended through Allstate for the repair of my car after it was T-boned and needed to be repaired. They went above and beyond in giving updates about the work being done on my car and even completed it almost a week early before the estimated time it would be finished. They made the process easy and performed everything in a professional manner. Especially the service coordinator Alex he was so very helpful and pleasant to work with, answering all concerns and questions. Not to mention, the car looks brand new after their repairs which was unexpected as it was basically totaled after the accident. It looks like a brand new car. Wonderful work here cannot recommend this shop enough.Even if I had not gone through insurance for the damage I would recommend this shop if you have to pay out of pocket because they did such a great job. This is the best trustworthy and reliable collision shop I have been to and I have gone to 2 others in Houston for body work after accidents. Thank you to the team and a special thanks to Alex for being such a wonderful coordinator for completing my vehicle in record time and giving me the best outcome for my insurance claim.

Having to go to a collision shop isn't really what people want to do. I've had to go the Classic Collision twice in the past 6 months. I can say that both times I have had a positive experience. Taylor at the front desk was always friendly and personable and able to make jokes with me even thought my car was damaged. Alex always kept in contact with me and worked with me through problems with my insurance company. Both time have have went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was serviced and I had a positive experience throughout the process. They even contacted the rental car company and arranged pickup. I highly recommend Classic Collision if you need any body work or repairs.

My insurance referred me to classic collision and they took care of the repairs of my Yukon , kept me inform and made the experience professional and great customer service. The repairs were awesome and my car looks like new . I was very impressed with the work they did . Highly recommended!

Taylor front receptionist made my life so much easier while I had to take my car to body shop .this company needs more people like her she was very understanding and very honest and she was very professional. I felt comfortable and in the future I would come back here . We need more people like Taylor in the world she made a difference during this difficult time I was having . keep her aboard she was so awesome !

Erick was amazing and able to get my sister car done in an amazing timely manner. Highly recommended shop best customer service. I will be sending more of my family members and family back there. He was also able to attend me right away and send the paperwork to the insurance to get my car fix as well.

Everyone at the office is really nice and friendly. Alex who worked on my truck is beyond awesome and has a sense of urgency when making sure to address your issue. He is really patient and has on of the best customer service I have ever seen. Eric who I believe is the manager is also awesome. When I picked up my truck he made sure to let me know that if anything was wrong I could bring it back. When my truck had a bit of a issue, Eric made sure to accommodate me and explain how they would take care of it. Before taking my truck to this shop I had done my research and they have definitely held up to the standard that I expected. A really good shop.

My husband (who posted a review) and Eric had a misunderstanding of communication initially regarding an issue when we picked up our vehicle. My husband left a not so nice review. But I was able to communicate with Eric (who was willing to talk to me but wanted to be heard, which is understandable) and we both were able to hear each other out and Eric willingly agreed to resolve the issue. Actually Eric said early in our (he and I) conversation that he would resolve the issue immediately. Which I appreciate. Thank you for your willingness to resolve this.

I unfortunately found myself in a situation that left my car needing a repair. GEICO suggested a few shops to me but this was the one that stood out. I was given an estimated finishing time on the 2nd of March by GEICO but Micheal (the person that was overlooking my repair) let me know he ll be working on getting the car back to me in mid February and he did not fail to deliver. Communication was clear every step of the way, phone was picked up every time I called to check in, Taylor was absolutely AMAZING every time I called. I am absolutely over the moon with how everything turned out!!! Thank you so much for having such a wonderful team! And thank you Michael for saving my car! Please, let these pictures talk for themselves!!Forgot to mention how Michael and Eric (the manager) stayed almost 30+ mins after closing as I was stuck in traffic trying to get my car instead of coming the next day!!! Great experience. Overall the entire process of having my car repaired was stress free. My car was hit being parked on the street. I was referred to classic collision galleria from a friend. They broke it down step by step, from getting in contact with my adjuster, to even the car rental. They have a direct line, that got through much quicker then I did. They communicated with me throughout the progress. To my surprise it was repaired in less than a week. Even though it was just the front bumper and fog lights, they washed it, restored all my lights! Above and beyond, Erik was great with getting down to what was most important. Will be back, and I definitely will recommend.

This place committed insurance fraud in my name! Brought it in for a quote and they quoted ridiculously high so I said no thanks. They then proceeded to contact GEICO and have GEICO pay them in cash for them to fix my car. They never attempted to call me once about this and it s been 3 months. Only reason I even knew about this is because it showed up as collision on my carfax. Oh boy are they gonna hear it from me tomorrow I actually can t wait.

I relocated to Houston recently, and soon after was hit in a parking lot, resulting in over 3,000 in damages to my vehicle. Having just arrived, I had no idea who to hire for the repairs. My Allstate agent chose the shop closest to the location of the accident, and lucky for me, it was Classic Collision. Upon arrival to the shop with my damaged car in tow, I was greeted by 3 different people, by name, all of which were most professional and friendly. The woman who inspected my vehicle and got me on my way was so kind and took as much time as I needed to answer my questions. Since then, I have received frequent updates about where they were in the process of repairing my car and as to the expected date of completion. I have never experienced such genuine kindness, professionalism, and efficiency from a collision shop before. I highly recommend Classic Collision for your future repair needs!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Don't waste your time going here.I walked in and asked to get a estimate for repairs. The lady working behind the counter was very snarky and rude with a serious attitude problem.She acted like she was put out because I didn't have an appointment. She said 9 times out of 10 people already have an appointment (I'm guessing thru an insurance company). Then I overheard her telling another guy to come explain something to me "because it's just not working for her!" I'm guessing again, that she meant she wasn't sure how to proceed with the situation where a potential customer comes in and asks for a simple estimate without having gone thru the insurance company appointment protocol. *shrug*To the manager or owner: this young lady needs some classes on customer service, otherwise she will negatively impact your profitability as is the case today. Better yet, put her somewhere that does not require interacting with your potential customers.

I normally do not post reviews online but this is getting so frustrating that I am afraid it might be the only way to get the shop to do something about my still open claim.I had my car repaired at the shop, they said the job was completed but when my husband picked up the car he noticed that there was a piece still missing so the repair was not completed.We have been trying to get that part and a date to go to a shop in our town to get the repair completed but it has been impossible getting in touch with someone to give us an update with the status on that part and a date for the completion of this repair. Our insurance tried reaching them as well, and even with that we haven't been able to get any updates.We have been waiting for more than a month now.It is not a great behavior if you want to be a reliable shop.In addition to that, there were things missing from my car while at the shop, nothing with a lot of value, and I know I signed a waiver about it, but the fact that it happened and the shop is not responding either shows lack of care about the customer's experience.So, for this, I'm giving a rating of one star, and that just because I cannot give less. A frustrated and unhappy customer.
