Didn't finish my vehicle on time as promised. On day of pickup, I was informed no personal check or cash accepted. Facility should inform clients prior to pickup so we can prepare payment method! You can only pay by debit or credit and credit card payments cost 3% more! Facility needs to improve communication

I was guided by the comments and stars of this place and I had a terrible experience!!! They work with my insurance company and they did not do their job. They painted my car in a different color and the secretary, Monica, is too rude. She does not know how to talk to customers, which is why I had to call the manager to fix my car as it should be, they did it because I called my insurance company and complained but I do not recommend this place, they only fix aesthetic and visible parts, not the real problem in my case, I recommend that you can take a mechanic from trust and do not be guided by the score, it is often misleading!!!! Terrible experience!!!

Classic Collision failed to repair my Kia within the promised timeframe, and my insurance stopped covering my rental car. Classic Collision offered to pay for the additional rental days, but never actually paid, causing Enterprise to charge me. I tried to contact Classic Collision for a refund, but they never responded. As a customer, I find it concerning and untrustworthy that Classic Collision would steal $300 from me after I spent almost $4000 on a simple repair.

I had a small accident which required replacing the front pumper. Though it was small scratch on the head light but they decided to replace it. It was working perfectly. I received the car after some delay to find head light not working. Don't know how it passed their quality check. Returned immediately and they had the car after that for several weeks trying to recalibrate the lights. Didn t receive the car yet. I advice if you have a European car that may need any electrical work even changing light, don't go there, they don't have the qualified people to handle it.Revised rating as I received the car and they did good job on repairs despite the long delay.

I drop my car off on Thursday to get my windshield and my grill replaced. Plus, they were inspecting the bottom of the car since a dump truck pulled out in front of me and dumped its load on the road and I had to drive over it to avoid hitting other people. My car was ready the next day, but I couldn t pick it up because I was at work. One of the employees met me at the shop so I could pick the car up even though they were closed. This is by far the best customer service I ve ever had dealing with an insurance claim and body shot. My car looks brand new!!!!!!!! Only place to go for me!!!!

I took my ford suv to get repaired there but not only that the couldn t put the door back in its place to where it s now lacking air but also left the shop with so many sensors on and there driver seat not working. But the body shop didn t take responsibility of a single thing.i Will never do business with them again or recommend anyone to going there.

My experience here was top tier! The repair team did an amazing job - my car looks brand new. They even followed it up with a complimentary detailing. Carvelle Chapelle was outstanding in her customer service, answering every question I had along the way. I hope I don t have to have repairs again, but if I do, I ll be choosing classic collision.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

!Property THEFT! I dropped my car off & when I picked it up I found out that some of my personal belongings were stolen from the trunk. When I spoke to the manager, he gave me a generic response of "we're not responsible for any damages". They offered no kind of reimbursement & sounded like they didn't even care. Go here at your own risk.

Brought our aunt for cancer treatment and had the catalytic converters stolen off our Tundra. State Farm sent us to Classic Collision and the service was phenomenal. Of course it was a Friday, but the parts were ordered and arrived Monday. They rushed the job so we could get back to FL. They worked with Enterprise so we wouldn t be without a car all weekend. They made the process so easy and pleasant. Just plain good people all around.

I took my car here after a small accident to get it repaired. They replaced the brand new grill but they did a poor job of installing it. My light was blown when I came to get it and no one advised me that was the case when it worked completely fine before I dropped it off. I also had to get them to fix my grill cause it s hanging off not installed properly. Months later and now the bottom part of the grill is still hanging off. I have taken it back 3 times already.

I m an attorney in Houston with a large caseload so having my vehicle repaired asap was crucial. My truck was hit while it was correctly parked. The other party was insured so the claim was processed quickly. I was concerned that the repairs would like a long time. Fortunately, Tristan and Premier CARSTAR were excellent. From the first day I walked in to the day I picked up my truck (8 days later), their customer service was top of the line. My concern of being without my truck never became an issue. I would highly recommend.

This company and their staff turned a scary and horrible situation/process into a pleasant and understandable one. The manager is hands on and the estimators are very knowledgeable and professional. The receptionist were also kind. Everything was taken care of by this company from reaching out to the insurance company for additional damages found and payment. Even the rental company was kept informed during my repair process.I will definitely be referring them to my friends and family.Thank you very much for making this process not as scary as it was for my family and I.This coming from someone not knowing what next; Makes a huge difference when the company you entrust your vehicle actually knows what they are doing and cares about your satisfaction. Literally they did such an amazing job fixing my car and they even washed and cleaned the inside of my car when I went to pick it up! Such an easy process and they kept me up to date on how my car was doing and what process they were in and when my car will be ready. Everyone in there is super professional, polite and friendly. Definitely recommend this place 20/10!!

1. Customer service in the beginning when I dropped of my vehicle was Amazing! Outstanding!2. Turn around rate in completing my vehicle in a timely matter was Great! They even detailed interior and washed exterior which I didn t expect! They went over and above my expectations!3. Pick up, well it was more like my impatience and expectations of great customer service was challenging with the office but their Manager came out and apologized! Which I take that hit cause my mind set is always about Service First and taking care of the customer! Highly recommend! Great repairs from a fender bender, can t tell there was ever any damage. They work with the car rental agencies so everything was so convenient - I could even return the rental to them. I was updated by text throughout the repair process so I knew what was going on. Staff was super friendly and respectful. Added bonus they cleaned the interior of the car too, my car hasn t been this clean since I bought it! I will definitely use them again in the future if needed (*fingers crossed no one else rear ends me*).Service: Body & Trim

Great body shop. Had to get my front bumper, fog light, and a cover replaced on the front of my Honda Civic Hatchback. I went ahead and did it out of pocket because of my insurance deductible. They pre-ordered the parts for me quickly. They had a great price and got the car back very quickly after dropping off. Around two days. Tristan was great to work with. I chose to being my Jeep here after someone hit my car. From the initial phone call, they were responsive and very informative. They were very diligent with keeping me updated about the status of the work that was being done on my car. Tristen was amazing, as well in keeping me updated. The finished product was impeccable! The staff at the CARSTAR are the BEST!!! It all started with Carvell taking my insurance claim, she called to talk to me about how to proceed the claim, was very informative and most of all was polite and patient with some timing issues from me due to work and personal life. She made me feel immediately that everything was fine, and it would be handle on my time as needed. Then Monica greeted me the day i dropped the car off, super nice, practice social distance and explained all the claim and service to me! She was really nice and also met me to pick up my car! Greeted with a smile and ended with a smile! Mo was quick to ensure he would get my car exactly how it was before the claim(s)! I felt very positive after speaking to him and was quick to deliver the estimate of a 2nd claim! He also reassured me of my timing will work out the way i need and they would make sure it happened as i needed! They inform me by text the ENTIRE process from the claim submission to picking up vehicle! This company has the most EXCELLENT customer service i ever saw in any type of establishment! Keep up the great job! I definitely recommend them to anyone needing car repair!! I had 2 repairs, separate of each other and was treated like i was the only customer. Best auto experience ever. I will ONLY use and recommend Premier CARSTAR. Tristan, Carvelle and Monica were the greatest team ever assembled in an office. They worked together like a well oiled machine. The three of them answered my questions, returned my calls and eased my mind on every single issue. They did a spectacular job on my vehicle and the customer service is something to brag about. I cannot be more pleased to have had such a tremendous experience with my vehicle situation. I rate this place 5 stars for customer service! Tristan, one of the service reps, explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. It only took one day for them to repair my car which is the fastest turn around time I ve ever experienced! The work they did looked great, and they even detailed my car. I came through here because I was involved in an accident and this was approved via the other driver s insurance (they were in the wrong). I never heard of the place but from the start the receptionists or customer service person - Monica was very helpful from the beginning. She called and was on it. She was organized on what the steps are, etc and with the rental with Hertz. As for the repair, it looked fine. Bumper is clean. I also noticed when I left that they cleaned the inside of my car. Good vacuuming! I was like something looks different lol. Overall, great experience.Service: Body & Trim

I ve used Carstar twice now, incredible both times. The first was a bumper repair and repaint. The second was a bumper replacement. Both times they have coordinated rental cars for me with either Hertz or Enterprise, gave me timely updates, worked quickly with insurance, and were overall amazing. Accident number 1 they had me done in 3 days, number 2 they completed my repair in less than a day. Cannot recommend them enough!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They exceeded my expectations. My first scheduled appointment apparently wasn t actually scheduled. However, the next day they managed to squeeze me in and took care of me from there. The minute I walked in, it was clean and the staff was friendly. They communicated with me through the process and took care of some of the communications with the insurance company so I didn t have to. My car looked brand new and they even gave a complimentary detail. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone needing body work or simple repairs. Premier CARSTAR did an amazing job on my car!!! They made the process of getting an estimate and getting my car serviced seamless. I was very happy with the results and appreciated the warranty for the work they completed. My car was hit by someone else, and I was able to get my car fixed through their insurance. Their insurance company referred me to CARSTAR, as they are one of the businesses they partner with. CARSTAR told me that they would do the estimate at the time of the drop-off. So, that saved me an extra trip across town, which was very nice. They also sent my information over to Hertz, so that I could set up my rental. I got the text message shortly after I set up my appointment with CARSTAR. I was asked by Hertz if I would need a ride from the shop to the rental place, and I said yes. When I went to drop off my car, I was greeted shortly after by a Hertz employee, who was there to pick up some rentals that had been dropped off there. He then drove me and another customer a short distance to the rental shop. I dropped off my car and got my rental on a Friday morning. I received text messages throughout the weekend regarding the status of my car. My car was ready by the following Tuesday around 4:30pm.So fast!!! I drove to the shop swapped out the rental keys for my keys, and I drove off with a shiny new bumper. Thank you Premier CARSTAR for your great customer service and smooth process!
