Dave is amazing!!! visited this establishment after experiencing difficulties with my car following an accident. Despite the issue not being related to the battery, Dave provided exceptional assistance by tightening it free of charge. The level of service provided by the staff exemplifies their expertise and dedication to their craft!!! I will come here always and always!

I want to extend my appreciation to the West Galleria branch of Christian Brothers Automotive. I had a positive experience with Mr. Robertson, the shop associate, who provided detailed explanations on various service matters. His insights were valuable in making informed decisions about my car's maintenance.I also appreciated the complimentary 20-point inspection on my aging vehicle, which added an extra layer of assurance regarding its performance.Thank you to the team at Christian Brothers Automotive for the excellent service and attention to detail.

This location is a complete rip off. I took my car in for an issue they told me what the problem was. They fixed it apparently and some other things costing me $2,000 dollars. One week later the same issue occurs, I took it back thinking the warranty will cover it. They told me it was a different issue they never stated the first time around and tried to charge me another $3,000 dollars to fix the problem. I can say that they didn't take me serious as a customer and treated me as if I just didn't spend a lot of money with them. The feeling I had that they gave off to me was not a friendly one seemed like they didn't want me there just trying to get my money. Each and everything they touched has an issue and I have to repair it myself or take it to a different shop. Kind of scared to try a different location, don't want the same outcome. That shop is not for people of my skin tone I wouldn't waste my time. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. Also, I'll upload pictures of my receipt to prove I spent $2,000. I approved all the repairs from my first visit, as stated I will show proof. The second visit I declined all repairs as they were different and not mentioned in the first visit which was a week prior. I don't want nor need free service I want what I paid for.

I've been to CBA a couple times before buying a vehicle. They always do a very thorough checkup and help me feel confident in my decision to purchase the vehicle or not. Very grateful for CBA. They are also very friendly, efficient and professional as well. Thank you.

Had engine repair done more than once here. Several issues. I love the app they use to show you what needs to be done. They inform me very quickly as to what needs immediate repair and the things that are optional (meaning I can wait a bit).They significantly less in than the dealership charges. The front desk is confident in their mechanics and I have always left with my vehicle driving significantly better. In addition, I've never had to return back.These guys run a GREAT automotive business! Go and get it done here first if you can!Service: Engine repair

I felt the need to give half star and one less but they.. THIS SPECIFIC one should receive a ZERO star. I made an apt a day before the man over the phone older guy super helpful sweet and since it was my first time using them though WOW. And NOO I got up early to be there as early bird the nice guy said in the evening day before. Went there was there about 6 minutes early ok I waited..right in front of the office (obviously they can see a car was waiting) and then came 7:01-7:02-7:06 and mind you it was cold- women standing by the car. Disappointed at the service that work crew provided. Even a guy came out garage park their shuttle BUT before he notice us and mind you 7:02 and no Good morning.. nothing.Wow!! Total bad service for their company logo!! Immediately call another of their shops and made another appt for two hours later. I rather GO where I would be treated better. Please DO BETTER HERE!!

I walked in for oil change at 5.05 pm, as soon as i walked in I see bunch of people chatting and then finally an associate asked what I have come for and told him for an oil change and without asking any further details he said we don't do any oil changes after 4.30pm, I told him I have an appointment for 5pm, then he tells me let me check if there is any technician available. While going there was another associate telling the guy why I am coming after 5 and very unprofessional. I understand i was 5 mins late for an appointment but the attitude was extremely disappointing. I will never recommend any of of my friends and relatives to this location ever.

I highly recommend this location. I will always bring my truck to Christian Brothers especially considering how Land Rover tried to screw me, and they did the job at a great price and are honest in their services. My recent visit (second time) for an oil change and engine filter replacement was nothing short of exceptional.From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with a warm and friendly attitude, creating a welcoming environment. I must say this is such a great place to get work done!!! I brought my car in after it being in a literal chop shop for months and within the week they were able to get me back on the road!! Everyone I talked to here was kind and informative, and showed real genuine care about my situation. They worked with me patiently and efficiently and kept me fully informed with everything that happened. They do a full video inspection upon receiving the car and that is something I think more shops should do! I can t thank them enough for all the help and compassion I was showed in what otherwise would have been a terrible situation. Thank you Mark and the rest of your team!! They were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was able to get a quick diagnosis of the problem, even over the phone the guy was able to figure out the problem based on a general description. The breakdown of everything needed was detailed but I also got honest feedback about what was critical and what wasn t so I didn t feel pressured into paying for expensive repairs that I didn t absolutely need right away (I m looking at you engine cover - why so expensive for a small piece of felt covered plastic plating). The lobby was also really clean and comfortable so I didn t feel uncomfortable waiting for my car to be done. I will definitely be taking my car back for future needs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This afternoon I came in for the first time as a customer (5/3/23) for an oil change. I was not certain if a reservation was needed and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to take me in immediately. Exceptional service from the front counter all the way around to the oil change itself! Mr. David Lowery offered me water as I waited in the very comfortable lobby and gave excellent customer service from the first greeting to the conclusion of the transaction. I will definitely be back to this location for future service!

John is the best! The service was respectful, fast, and the communication was clear. I m a space where women are often condescended to and taken advantage of, I was never concerned about that here. I love the online system that shows photos of what was checked, what could wait, and what needed immediate work. It was clear how much everything would cost and I had no surprises. When my check engine light came back on, Christian Brothers did a double check and one quick fix - all at no cost.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change

John and team did a fantastic job! The entire process, from scheduling to pick-up, was smooth and simple. The team was able to identify the problem within a half hour and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. My car is now running good as new. I also have peace of mind knowing that my vehicle was thoroughly inspected, and everything else I DIDN'T come in for is up-to-date/in good shape. I was highly disappointed in the completion of my oil change. I took my own oil and added a replacement oil filter. The total came out to a little over 40$ . Well the guy that changed my oil forgot to screw on the bottom of the front he unscrewed to do the oil change . Well I wasn't too upset because the front desk told me to go back and they would take care of it. I arrived and the same guy that didn't do it right the first time was again working on getting It finished. They were busy so I took that into account. Well this guy completely ignored me when I asked if I could stay in the car or wait inside . I asked him multiple times and every time he refused to answer me . Getting inside all I got was a " sorry about that ." Which was pretty shocking. I expected more and was disappointed. My recommendation if going to this location is to triple check everything is in order before leaving .

The guys in the shop always take great care of us and our car. John and Dave are always quite knowledgeable and they have been especially helpful at providing options for whatever service or repairs we need. The report they provide that shows the various items on the car that either currently need or will need service in the future is helpful for planning for the expense of ongoing maintenance and repairs. It's always a pleasant experience at Christian Brothers, which is sadly a rarity among most automotive shops.
