I recently had my car repaired by Christian's Brother Shop, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. From the moment I brought my car in, I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy. Christian's brother demonstrated excellent communication throughout the repair process, keeping me informed every step of the way. Not only was the work completed promptly, but the quality of the repair exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Christian's brother for anyone in need of auto repair services.

I needed a rear tail light assembly replaced.I bought one but needed installed. I have never been to Christain brothers before this. They were so nice to help me right away . The Honda dealer wanted over $200 to install . I only Paid 80 which I felt was fair . I was also listening how they treated other customers and the way they explain the car repairs. I will be using them in the future and definitely recommend them. Thank you! Debbie Verrett

These folks have great communication skills . I knew each day what was going on. The cost I thought was very competitive. Mostly they had my car completely fixed on the time I needed it.

I made an appointment for a state inspection. Office employee was very professional and precise. Got the inspection done within 20 minutes. It was unlike any other auto shop that I have experienced. Please try them if you haven t for your automotive needs.

I really appreciate their professionalism and politeness. Especially Danielle who explained everything but didn t pressure me into doing more than I could afford right now. She also helped me prioritize other repairs that are needed. I also appreciated they have a shuttle that took me home and picked me back up the next day when the car was done.

Every one is so nice and accommodating. I was really cold and not only did they turn up the temperature, but they took a chair and placed it outside so I could warm up. They did an oil change and an inspection and were very quick.

I recently came to their service to have my car fixed as it had unexpectedly broke down. They ran a full diagnostic test. They were overcharging for something you can get at another place for cheaper. Long story short I was told the Intelligent Module needed to be replaced for $1200+ but they weren t sure if that was the problem in my car and they would be testing it afterwards to see if that was the problem with my 2016 Nissan Rogue, with that being said they weren t sure what it was after charging me 250 for a diagnostic. Ultimately, I took it somewhere else because I thought the price was too crazy for just one little replacement it needed (according to them). The receptionist Danielle instantly changed her tone with me as soon as I rejected the job. She was very rude and quickly wanted to end the conversation for not being ok wit the bill. I ended up taking it to another shop and they found the problem right away that had nothing to do with the Intelligent Module in the first place so that was pretty upsetting. I had it fixed for so much less at another shop and my car feels like new. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP. I m not sure why most reviews at this shop are so positive however many of the low ratings here seemed to have very similar experiences as I did.

The staff was very supportive and prompt and taking care of my issues. Ken kept me informed on the progress of the repairs to my car. He would call and text so I knew what was going on and what I would have to expect for the total cost. I will continue to use Christian Brothers automotive on space Center.

This is the second experience I ve had at Christian Brothers and I am so impressed and happy with how efficient, expedient, and customer-service oriented they are. I was new to this location and needed my car inspected. I made an appointment online and was in and out in 20 minutes. I hope my vehicle doesn t need any expensive work anytime soon but my two outstanding experiences have made me confident that I can trust Christian Brothers to be honest and competent.

Terrible service, I booked an appointment for 2 pm and didn t have my car seen until 2:47. and then they didn t finish until 4pm. My daughter and I were waiting for an hour and a half to be picked up because of this. If you say 2 then it should be 2. Not almost an hour later. Also I was asked if I wanted to book for 5pm the day before and responded with a yes not even 10 minutes later. They said that it was already booked 40 minutes after that.

Courteous and caring. I saw the diagnostic picture of the problem, broken manifold. The car was ready early the next day! I was offered a ride, however, it wasn't necessary.Fantastic work and professional. Highly recommended.

Vehicle inspection fast service, short wait, comfortable and very clean waiting area. Christian atmosphere enjoyed the praise and worship music while waiting. Staff was helpful, kind, courteous and informative. Received a $10 discount on next visit. Will be back in the future. I have a 2011 Subaru Forester. A couple of weeks ago the temp light started flashing sporadically. Topped off the coolant. The problem persisted. A friend swears by Christian Brothers, so I gave it a shot. Had my car back in a couple of days. Very professional and courteous. Fantastic that they have a shuttle service to take back home or to work, also to pick you up when your car is ready to go. Danielle is just the best! My little Subaru has some miles on her, so I will most definitely use Christian Brothers again when it's time.

An amazing company and no better place to take your vehicle. Helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and caring. Had a front end alignment issue. They were very informative and thorough. Provided a shuttle to take me home and pick me up. When job was done, explained very completely what was done and told me what was needed to be done in the future. And the price was very fair..Overall I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again in the future..

Top notch customer service and communication. Initially took our Volvo to Bayway Volvo for AC repair; after 8 days Bayway still had not even looked at my vehicle. They couldn't even tell me when they would; even though I had an appointment from the very beginning. Took the car to CBA on Tuesday and it was ready to go by Thursday. Definitely recommend and we will go back in the future.

I got my front grill active shutter fixed. I knew it was gonna be a while to fix. I dropped it off Monday, got it back Wednesday. The first two places I took my car to went even sure what the active grill shutter was. So when I got the estimate via text with pictures advising it's a 3 hour job, I was pretty relieved. Especially since my inspection sticker expired in 2 weeks. I got the work and inspection done there and couldn't be happier. If definitely go here for future work.

Would like to give a better rating but you didn t earn it. First, you were rude to my wife. That should never happen to anyone. When she told you about the Facebook oil change price, your woman behind the counter got an attitude. If you would look in the history of your customer you would see they always get the Facebook offer. Don t charge $120 for an oil change. Second, she had an appointment for 1. The day of she gets a text that it s now for 3. No phone call to customer to verify. Nothing. This store could be better but the owner lacks when it comes to hospitality. Unless he knows you personally. Things like this is why you will always play second fiddle to CBA Blackhawk.
