Absolutely amazing customer service and quality work. Fernando helped me this time around and he was of great service. He took the time to explain the work and detail exactly why they were recommending the needed repairs. He worked with me on pricing and understood the value of my business. You don't get that from other repair shops. I would highly recommend this automotive company, especially this location, to everyone. Shoutout to Rene as well for providing great service when I walked in the door.

Great and quick service. The staff in this location is very friendly and helpful. They were my life savers since my car wouldn't move at all. They gave me quick solutions and they were very good with their communication.I didn't know any mechanics in Texas, so yelp led me to Christian Brothers and because of my experience with then, now they have another client. I would definitely recommend to whoever needs a mechanic shoo in Texas.

High level reviews are well deserved. My elderly dad took his car there for some issues and diagnostics.They went out of their way to communicate what was needed without drama or scare tactics. Estimate was what we paid, car was done quickly and fixed right.Old folks or those unfamiliar with cars are taken advantage of all the time. CB has a high level of integrity and quality work. This will be our only call for future maintenance and repairs, a big thanks to them.

This was the first time that I visited Christian Brothers Automotive. I work in the energy corridor and I was trying to find a place that was close. I made an appointment for a vehicle inspection and I was very pleasantly surprised. I wasn t rushed in or rushed out. They were very friendly and attentive to my need, I just needed a vehicle inspection. There wasn t a long wait and I just relaxed and felt at home. I ll definitely go back to them again. They deserved five stars

Took my vehicle here for a state inspection (for the 3rd year in a row). They took my vehicle back and had it for about 15 minutes looking at it/working it before I left for lunch (so plenty of time to notice the tint on the windows if that were really an issue). Got a text with a quote for about $350 worth of recommended repairs, which I declined, since I was just there for a state inspection. After I declined those services, I received a call saying they couldn't do the state inspection because of the tint on my windows. Nevermind the fact that they have passed my vehicle there the past 2 years (with the same tint on the windows).Definitely seems like they decided they couldn't do the inspection only after they realized they couldn't make more money off of me. Sad because I go there for all my routine work since I work right next door, but I will be finding another place now. Asked to speak to a manager and was told one was not available, so figured a review was warranted.

Got multiple work done for my car. It wasn't perfect at first. So I let them know of the additional issues, and they did everything to take care of me and minimize the inconvenience. How they handled the aftercare of my car really demonstrated their professionalism and impressed me. Deserving of my first ever review.

After an incident with my oil cap not being replaced after a change, the manager professionally detailed my entire engine, as well as took my car through a car wash and polished the inside. He also gave me a free oil change to make up for the incident. Always love their positive attitudes and great customer service!

This visit felt different, I was quoted a rear break service that I went to another Christian brothers for a second opinion, received the service for 240.00 less.Previous visit was much better than this one. The gentleman that helped me the first visit(2023) was not there and was the reason for returning. He left a lasting impression with me with his honesty.I will stick with Christian Brothers but not this location. Thank you

I've been using these guys for years now and I recommend them highly. They are polite, prompt, and go the extra mile to see that the work is done right. They do a great job showing and explaining any work to be done. My 10yo/125k truck is running great.

Experience great customer service, my warranty company gave them a hard time and they were able to successfully get the parts paid for after the adjuster came to do an evaluation. All customers come support Christian brothers mechanic shop, they go above and beyond to provide excellent service.

10/10! Perfect service as they went above and beyond for me. Not only did they show me specifically an issue that I was not aware of, they even called the dealership to confirm that the repairs could be made at no charge to me (repair needed was under warranty)! I ll definitely return for future maintenance

After much frustration with my dealership for my car repairs I decided to try Christian Brothers after hearing good reviews. The service was outstanding! And the price about half of what my dealership would charge. . Our whole family will now go to Christian Brothers for all our car repairs. The most honest and competent company around!

Today I dropped my car off because I had them put a water pump a few weeks back and my car was leaking again. Yesterday when I came in the manager told me he'll check it out and that it was on warranty. So he called me after they checked it and told me it was 2 hoses and it would be $700! $300 for parts and the rest labor. so I called the dealership to see the price of the hoses for the exact hoses on my vehicle was only $120. I understand business but a 150% mark up on the parts and $400 for labor is crazy and guess what's even worse my car is still not running right I still smell burning antifreeze and my car is driving funny now. They hide behind Gospel music and "friendly" persona to prey on people and over charge them. I probably wouldn't even care if the work was done right but I have to find a new mechanic shop because this is sad

The definition of why people do not trust car repair shops, this place is one of them, find another shop.Brought my car in to Christian Brothers on Eldridge in October of 2023 for a small oil leak, was told it was the solenoid and that it would be~ $750. I thought that sounded high but I was sick of the oil stain the leak was causing so I asked point blank will this stop the leak? the answer was an absolute yes, I then I asked do you guarantee the leak wills stop? , again the answer was an absolute yes so I said go ahead and fix it. It never stopped leaking and I brought my car back there 5 more times, every time they had it for an entire day and said the leak was gone, it was not, the same exact leak continued. The last time (in January)I brought it back it mysteriously developed a different leak that would cost $1,000, and was told specifically that this leak was not under warranty, I told them no I believed it to be the same leak and I would take it somewhere else. Firestone looked at it and told me to take it to Honda and that it was more then likely under warranty, it was and Honda fixed it in one try. I informed Christian brothers that I would be posting my experience online so here it is. My personal recommendation is to find another place to work on your vehicle. UPDATE- you told me the "new" leak was not under warranty - leading me to believe you checked with honda, at the very least this was very misleading. But to be clear, from the first day I brought the vehicle in it never stopped leaking so this tells me you did not fix the leak that I paid $700 for.

These guys are awesome! I needed a starter changed out in a super tight timeframe to get me on the road home-they not only got it done, but got it done cheaper than originally quoted. I ll have anything I need done with them. Great job!! Great experience!!!

I ve brought both of my cars to them multiple times & get my inspection here. They have an incredible staff, are quick with their work, (Multiple times they ve gotten my car back to me within the same day), are honest with what needs to be fixed and provide you a great report breaking down all of your cars needs. They go above and beyond with their service! I would highly recommend taking your car to them!

I found out a lot of not all CBA are owned by Christian s. So each one I go to I get a different take, but this one here! Bibles on Dec, coffee, couches and worship music! I love love love it! I get my oil changed here and everyone I have come in contact with is dope, w/a great attitude. Will definitely return!

I had a very positive experience here needing a full complete brake job on my Lexus ES350! The guys were extremely kind and professional and worked very hard to get my car out in a timely manner and understanding of my concerns of missing work! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Customer Service is not dead! These guys excel at it. They didn t wash and wax my car, or shine my shoes, or walk my dog, but they did everything else that I expected of them. Give them a go, I think you will be happy that you did.

I went to this auto shop today to get an oil change and it was the best service I have ever had at an auto shop the team was super nice and explained everything. They did it within less than an hour and I was amazed. I am definitely coming back and referring this place to my family and friends for sure. Very friendly customer service.
