DANGEROUS! DO NOT STOP HERE. There is no security and before I could start to get gas I was approached by 3 homeless men. One became aggressive asking for quarters and blocked my car door I could not leave or reach my phone to call 911. I went inside and asked for help and the staff to call 911.None of the staff would go outside to help me safely leave. HPD had not arrived when retired cop kindly offered to help. He told 4 (relentless) homeless men to back off. AGAIN, DO NOT STOP HERE.

The disrespect from this clerk was on another level. Plenty of homeless in the area, offered to help someone but the clerk didn't want to take my order for the homeless(Told me it was too late). I'm disgusted that people on earth can behave with no compassion for human life

A Homeless man opened the store door for me and didn't ask me for anything so I asked my son to give him a couple of dollars , we needed to fill the tank and use the facilities, I got the key from the cashier and the restrooms were not perfect but I figured I needed to use it for our long drive home to San Antonio, the restroom only had a hand dryer so I walked out with wet hands and returned the key and the cashier brougt me paper towels, what a Man!

Won t ever stop in here again. The place is a hole. Only serves the purpose of putting $5 worth of gas to get to another much nicer and more importantly, cheaper station. Avoid if you can. Don t say, I didn t warn you.

Walked here from our hotel for a lighter and a drink during the day. We were asked by different homeless individuals for change, cash, and a ride to Stafford. One was in the mart area, employee didn't seem to care.My drink was cold and the light was a BIC and worked perfectly.

This is one of the worst gas stations I have ever been tooYou cannot pump gas without being harassed by individuals who are completely unforgiving when you ask them to politely leave you alone. The attendants do not care about anything.I live fairly close to this gas station, and avoid this gas station at all cost.

These people have no problem ripping you off. I just paid for air, and the machine didn't work. Went inside and they admitted that the machine wasn't working but told me I'd have to pursue a refund through the third party ostensibly responsible for the air machine. Zero integrity.

Attempted to purchase some items for a friend of mine at this location after I had purchased gas. The gas station attendant told me there was a problem with my card, so I called my bank, who informed me that there was no problem with my card, but that there was an issue with the merchant's system. The attendant first told me that he could not enter my number in manually (lie), that he could not print out my receipts (lie), and then that "Transaction Suspended" on the receipts that he did finally print meant that my card was declined (lie- it means that the operator has suspended the transaction and payment isn't processed). He continued this charade for a half hour -wasting my time, and my friend's time, and continued to deny what he was doing. Meanwhile other patrons used their cards. He did this because my friend was down on her luck and he thought that she was homeless. We were purchasing Tide, dish detergent, etc. Absolute shameless bigotry. I work a few blocks away and have come here frequently, but never will again. We took our business elsewhere, and will continue to do so.

Just trying to buy a cappuccino coffee 1 o'clock in the morning the man told me that they do have that. Then the man went back to ignoring me. As I was walking back to my car I noticed the machine right where it's supposed to be. So the man lied to me because he was too lazy and didn't want to get me coffee. I knocked on the window to get his attention and he told me not to beat on the window so I walked away and will never be back to this location again.

The worst place to go for a fill up. This is a hub for the homeless so be ready for at least 2 different panhandlers approaching your vehicle. Ladies, bring a friend or a gun for protection.

It is the worst gas station I have ever visited. They charged me ten dollars more than what I spent with my card. in a few words they robbed me

There is a $99 (Dollar) pre-authorization on card to be able to purchase gas. The Texaco (1mi. away) on 2111 Fannin St, Houston, TX 77002 will authorize with $1 Dollar.

Gross. Stopped here for gas and needed to use the restroom. The women's was locked so I waited until it opened but it was the little fella who works here in the women's restroom and he had urinated all over the seat. Yuck.

Homeless hang out here and will approach you day or night to beg you for money while you are pumping gas. Go somewhere else.
