Friendly atmosphere that makes a person want to purchase a new vehicle.Felt a little bit rushed by the salesman and I am not comfortable with it. Exercise caution and don't let them set the pace for the interaction between the two of you and all should be good.

Positive: the people that work here are nice.Everything else was quite terrible. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning after calling first to make an appointment. I had an issue where my car wouldn t shift into certain gears and the engine light was on. The advisor told me that it was possible my car could be done same day but that it might be Tuesday (the next day). They then proceeded to keep my car for over 2 weeks, with extremely little communication. I called the shop nearly every day for an update, but was always directed to a voicemail. I was given a call back 4 days after I dropped off my car to inform me that they still didn t know what was wrong with it. After calling several more times, I was given another call back 5 days after that to say it was with a transmission tech and they still didn t know what was wrong. Finally, 15 days later, they told me they found nothing wrong and I could come pick up my car. Coming from a service center family, I understand that service centers can get backed up but what s severely lacking here is transparency and communication. Fortunately I was out of town for a significant portion of the time that they had my car, but what would ve happened if I had to go to work in town? What does the average person do that drops their car off here and needs a vehicle in Houston to get anywhere? They never offered a rental car or a reasonable date to expect my vehicle to be ready.I highly recommend going to Mac Haik if you need a Chevrolet service center with good service and reliable communication.

Although we had an appointment scheduled several days in advance, we knew what was required. Yet they had not made sure they had the part that was needed, and after 3 hours, I asked what was going on. And that's when I found out they hadn't got the part and hadn't thought to check on it. So I had to make a second appointment for that.

Dropped off my Tahoe a week ago with an appointment. My truck was not inspected until yesterday 6 days later. The communication at this service center is little to none. All calls initiated by me in hopes to get my vehicle soon. My truck is now ready for pick up it was finished last night but no call to inform me the customer. Several emails sent to service center managers without responses. No wonder this establishment has poor service not even management cares to respond to customers.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

The best Chevy service center in Houston. If you are coming in for an oil chance I would highly recommend reserving your slot so you can skip the line when you come in. Also a pro tip from the guys that work there is to come ready early Saturday for super quick service.

Service wanted to charge me $2411. To get the timeing belt and something else when i paid to $200 to get whatever that they said need to be fixed in the first place then it wasnt fix gave me the car like that and had so go back kept my car from 9/30 since 10/8 just so they can charge me $2400.00Never would i come here ever horrible people pocketing money where they can get it

Got my truck worked on they did a good job my truck was okay so fast forward 2 months later now my truck is acting up again it took them 2 weeks to figure out it was a fuse and I wasn't making a big deal about it just fix my truck the person told me that I needed a rear speed sensor I said okay just fix my truck next week later I came and picked up my truck got on the freeway and made it to i10 and Federal hit one little bump and my engine light and ABS light came on I'm like wth so now that all that's on I'm kinda scared to drive it at all I just wanted to share my feelings about this placeServices: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair
