They damaged my fuel pump AND SUPER GLUE THE CONNECTOR , crossed wired wires and taped them up with electrical tape, damaged my EGR COOLER and claimed that my car had 100 codes on it when I DROVE IT to them to simply replace my thermostat. They refuse to take responsibility after I had to tow it to Jaguar because it wouldn t start when they got done with it. Jaguar says $5700 to repair. DO NOT USE CHERRY PARK AUTO, they will not be responsible after they damage your car. AND THEY WILL DAMAGE IT. I had forgotten about the last time I had them to replace my struts on my ford escape I took it to pep boys where they showed me that the struts were mix matched and one was longer than the other. DON T TRUST THEM!

I went in for a repair because my Check Engine light was on and they did a diagnostic test on my truck and gave me an estimate on repairs and after the so-called repairs my check engine light came back on before I got home, I took it back and Todd said it was a bad part and they will replace it and the check engine light will not come back on. They replaced the part and again before my truck made it home the Check Engine light came back on. After returning there 3 times I came to the realization that they don t know what they re doing and requested my money back. I ve been a loyal customer for seven years but I will never return thanks to the new staff and technicians.

As a first-time customer, I was impressed with the honest, professional, and thorough job done by the owner Jamal and his team. Jamal's shop is a little distance from my area, but he is worth the drive, and I will continue to use him and recommend him to others. If you want excellent service, give him a call.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I posted a review years ago but it seems to have disappeared. I took a car in for an oil change and the tech scratched up my fender laying all over it. The owner said I was lying and he would do nothing but he would show me the security tape to prove I was lying. The tape showed the tech laying all over it and scratching it up. The owner then proceeded to still refuse to take any responsibility. No integrity. Just go somewhere else.Service: Oil change

I would have chosen 0 stars if possible!Spent $4000 to fix a part they were certain was wrong with my husbands BMW.. as we drove away the transmission light came on which has never done before so we turned around and took it back. Once they cleared the code for the transmission we drove away again, only to have the car turn off in the middle of the freeway again.. took the car back to Cherry Park so they could reevaluate since we just paid so much money to have this problem fixed and it was still doing it but now worse. They said it would be an additional $2500 to fix the issue that they had said they fixed .. one mechanic said they fixed the wrong thing. The car sat at the shop for almost 3 months. They said the part that was needed from BMW was on back order and was $599 for each part and they needed 2 separate parts plus labor.. so we were looking at another $2000.. I was fed up, I drove to The Woodlands BMW and asked if they had the parts in stock, and they said yes that it would only be $890 for the parts and labor so I took the car from Cherry Park Automotive and drove it to The Woodlands BMW..Also, while the BMW was at Cherry Park someone in a red vehicle hit our car and they claimed to not have done it but requested to look at the camera where they found another customer had hit our car!! Also, while the BMW was in their care they apparently hit several curbs because our rims are bent and scratched severely..We will NEVER go back! My husband asked for a partial refund but they were unable to give a refund do to the parts they initially replaced. Terrible place!

I have been to this shop for a couple small things in the past, but was mainly relying on my dealership for service on my car. Today, I really needed to get the state inspection done (it was past due) and didn't want to spend half my day fighting traffic. When I called, they let me know that they were pretty busy, but they would work me in if I was prepared to be patient. I was, and they did. There was a repair that needed to be done if my car was going to be able to pass and they made time for that, and then completed the re inspection.During the process, Jonathan informed me that my front brakes were down to about 5% and that my oil was desperately needing to be changed. I knew that both were an issue, but didn't know how bad. He put things in perspective by comparing the smaller cost to do the maintenance today versus the bigger cost of repairs if I continued to put things off. He put together a very reasonable quote (remember, I usually go to the dealership) and they were able to get my car into safe driving condition very quickly considering how busy the shop was.I really appreciated the fact that they fit me in. I felt that the service I received was professional and quite kind and can definitely tell a positive difference with the new brakes. The waiting room was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the prices were very reasonable. Overall, I was pleased and have decided to continue to bring my car to this shop for my future repairs and maintenance. Thanks, guys!

I brought my black CTS in need of a new driver shaft and some other things, and they took care of the job. Reasonable ways to negotiate a good price and the warranty plan is amazing! I'll definitely recommend these guys for your mechanic needs.

I had the best experience here. I had my alternator belt changed. The price was the exact same that they quoted me over the phone. Will is a great guy and has the best customer service. Everyone at this organization acts like they want to help you out and seem like they love their jobs. Highly recommended.

took our suburban to get an alignment at another shop and they told us our wheel hub had issues and they couldn't do it. We left there with a $1700 quote for ONE hub. Took the suburban to cherry park and paid $700 for TWO (both were had the same issue). VERY happy with the service and money saved. also, they got it in same day without appointment and were done in 2 hours.

Jamal is great. Anytime something happens to one of my vehicles I can take it to them and expect a honest price to have my vehicle fixed. I don't ever have to shop around because I know I am already getting the best price. Jonathan and Jamal are both very knowledgeable.

I've been car guy from a very early age and do a lot of my own maintenance and minor repairs. But when something is over my head and beyond my capabilities or I don't have time to deal with it, I call in the big guns. Have been taking my cars off and on here for over 10 or 12 years. Jamal and Jonathan are very honest and won't BS you when it comes to giving you the scoop. There's not a lot of places I trust when it comes to my baby's. I trust em so much I even let my wife take her car there!

My wife took her car in for an oil change and they said there was a wear pattern on her tires and recommended a front end alignment. She called and we agreed to not to have them do the work. After checking the tire I didn't feel the wear was bad. Took it over to Cherry Park and he agreed with me. I like their honesty and I know when they do bring up something that needs attention I know it's real. They are the ones we go to when our cars need attention.

These are very honest and hardworking guys. They managed to fix my engine with a broken timing belt! Another repair shop told me that my car was un-repairable and I would need a new engine. These guys were able to fix my broken timing belt and to redo my head valves for the price that some other shops do regular timing belt replacement. What was even more amazing is that they charged me exactly the same amount as they told me on the phone. I called them, received a quote, asked them to pick up my car, they fixed it really fast within their promised terms, and when I came to pick it, they charged what they promised. It is really difficult to find that honest car repair shop. I will be glad to use their service again.

Very dishonest ownership. I used them back in 2011 when I was having issues with my BMW. Every time I would bring my car in, nothing less than $1k to repair the car. They would say it is a sensor that went out. Ok, I paid to get it fix then not even a month later, another sensor...another $1k. Then a THIRD TIME, not even a couple of weeks, another $1k!!! Very dishonest, shady automotive shop. I wouldn t bring any car to this place to get repaired. I honestly think they purposely did stuff to my car to make those sensor lights go out so I could keep bringing my car back. ZERO stars from me. You have better luck bringing it to the dealership! I bring mine to the dealer and have no problems!

Dishonest mechanic shop!My check engine light was on 3 weeks ago, they diagnosed the problem, replaced ignition coil and valve cover gasket. They charged me $400 for that. I checked the ignition coil parts price online, they charged more than double of the online price ($90 versus $40 online), moreover it's not even have a brand name on it! I paid them $55 for the valve cover gasket set versus the online price of $20. Despite to the over-priced parts, they still charged me labor cost of $120.Well, as a lady who know nothing about car, I put my trust on them. I don't mind to pay higher as long as they can do a thorough diagnose and resolve the issue once for all. But, I'm WRONG, 3 weeks later, my check engine light is on again, I went back to them, they told me another problem to fix, now it's oil control valve issue, and to replace the "timing solenoid", they quoted me $300!!! which the online price is ranked from $100 TO $150, and of course the labor charge and the misc which total up to $500!!!They're really blood sucking vampire!!! I questioned them why the diagnose was not done completely 3 weeks ago, as I have been over-paid them last round for the services and parts. They claimed they didn't see it and they can't ensure another issues will come up again. What a lame excuse, they had open up the engine and they were overlooked the oil control valve which is just next to the ignition coil?I tried to get help from another male customer sitting there waiting for oil changed, he told me he just come here for oil change, he never let them do other stuffs of his vehicle. I told me I don't trust them anymore and want to take my car back, but they have broke the timing solenoid, and they just put it back and told me it will be leaking. Very cool blooded, if anything happen to my car when I drive it back (my daughter with me) , they're the murderer!Bottomline, just avoid this shop. Over-priced with bad service, dishonest, irresponsible and blood sucker. One more thing to add on, the waiting room have a broken water dispenser, there is no water, I told the front desk, no water and that's it, they're not going to do anything.. Even I waited and paid for $400.

I was in Houston from out of town for a couple of days and got in an accident that caused extensive damage to my only means of transportation. Cherry Park Auto was nearby.I am young and this was my first time dealing with a mechanic by myself. Will and his team were straightforward and kind, taking into account that I had just been in a disorienting situation in a strange city and know very little about car trouble. They provided a clear and detailed assessment (later, my father confirmed that those costs were on the very low end of what such repairs normally cost) in a timely manner and went so far as to tell me that the cost of repair would nearly match the value of the vehicle when I wouldn t have known any different by myself.I ended up opting out of repair (a decision that prevented me from wasting a great deal of money) and only paid a very reasonable assessment fee. When I cleaned my belongings out of my car I left behind my university parking pass. I received a call from Will less than an hour later letting me know that he had my pass waiting for me if I wanted to come get it.While I can t speak from direct experience to the quality of Cherry Park Automotive s vehicle repair work, I greatly appreciated their integrity and professionalism and will not hesitate to return should I ever get in auto trouble in this area again.

Took over $6,000 from me to replace 1 body panel, 2 rims (powder coated), and a few steering components. My car was in their possession for over 2 months. When i received the car the rims were spray painted, the steering components were original and straightened out and were identified using stock VIN on the parts, under the hood was a mess with rubber tubing and brackets that hold things in place just laying on top of the engine, the under car skid plates are missing, the front left brake was being held on by a hand tightened screw (while the other was missing) - after taking my car back to them 4 times and receiving the same response everything is fine. - i took my car to another shop and they identified all of the issues, and i spent $2,300 to get things fixed just so i could drive my car without issues - i still need to get body pants painted and fix my rims - i strongly advise against using this place (even for an oil change.)I m currently pursuing legal action against this company for what they did to me

Here's what I will say. Their customer service is ok, not bad. The lady at the front was very sweet. I told them my situation. After they were finished with my car diagnosis, they informed me that both my front and back struts were bad. Front was wearing out (recommended change) and back was leaking (definitely needed change). THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE $1100! How ridiculous! After knowing that, I DEFINITELY googled and checked online prices. Rear struts = $550 max and Front struts = $307 max. That is INCLUDING the labor. Once he told me the total was $1100, I was in SHOCK! He even saw. He did not even offer to give a discount or anything. I have ALWAYS gone here because I felt like I could trust them... definitely never coming back. Already got it fixed.. ridiculous.

I took my Mercedes to get a couple new tires installed and asked Cherry Park to check the battery as Mercede's dealership charges way to much. Their response was Mercedes dealerships are crooks and they would take care of me. Later imagine how I felt when they charged me $65.00 more than a Mercedes Dealership. On top of the $365.00 battery (I could have bought for anywhere for $225.00) Cheery Park charged an additional 1.4 hours of labor at $95.00 and hour. I wouldn't have never thought that anyone (trustworthy) would charge more than a Mercedes but I was wrong. It was my fault by trusting Cherry Park but the bottom line is "I wouldn't take a wheel barrel to Cheer Park for a repair" Please Beware! .

Very, very HONEST people. I have had 3 repairs done to my car and they only charged me for 2 of them. The labor charge is very fair, a little on the high side for front breaks, but the associates are very professional.

I came in for an oil change a few years back and They lost my cap and put plastic and rubber band in replacement without even telling me. My dad still goes to this place and we found out today that they put it 4 spark plugs that are meant for Ford vehicles on my dad's Jeep...They are irresponsible and take advantage of senior citizens.

Honest! My check engine light was on and also check brake light. They diagnosed the problem on each issue. There was no charge because brake fluid was low and gas cap was causing the issue with check engine light. As a woman dealing with car issues I plan to be a customer of Cherry Park Automotive. Thank you

I went in for an oil change and noticed oil slowly leaking out of my car for the next few weeks. About a few drips per day was normal. When I found time to go back in and have them look at my car, I was addressed by a very rude front desk employee and was told I would need to pay to replace a part that was leaking. I knew it was not a coincidence that my car started leaking oil around the same time I got an oil change so I took my car into the local dealership and had them check the alleged problem. Apparently my oil change was not done correctly and the dealership fixed the problem and only charged me about $10 to do so. I will forever go to the dealership from now on. I will no longer trust a place like Cherry Park Automotive. How difficult is it to do an oil change correctly?
