DON T DO IT! Do not under any circumstances trust them with your car. I drove my car there on West Rd to have my thermostat installed after I purchased it for $180. They charged me $399 for labor to install it. When I didn t hear from them when they said it would be done I called them and was told that they have it installed but my car now won t start. I was told that they suspect it is my fuel pump that they were checking into it and will get back to me. They didn t get back to me so I called and was told that they ordered a fuel pump and it was $700 more dollars. I told them that I didn t authorize them to order a fuel pump and he swore that I did so I just let it go. I waited for them to install the fuel pump and they said it ll be done about 3:00pm. When I didn t hear back from them I called about 3:00pm and they had closed. This was on Saturday so I waited til Monday and called to be told that the fuel pump wasn t the problem and they now have to order a fuel rail. I agreed for them to send the fuel pump back and I would have my car towed $185 to Jaguar. After another $270 to have Jaguar diagnose it this is the diagnosesConcernCriticalCrank No Start-Tow-InCauseCRANK NO START. HAD MULTIPLE CODES IN SYSTEM. CODES FOR NO START WERE P0251-13 AND P0091-11 RELATED TO HIGH PRESSURE PUMP REGULATOR AND METERING CIRCUITS. GAINED ACCESS TO HIGH PRESSURE PUMP AND FOUND BLACK TAPE COVERING INCORRECT WIRING REPAIR AND CONNECTOR FOR FUEL PUMP BROKEN AND SUPER GLUED ON.CorrectionWILL NEED TO REPAIR HARNESS AND BROKEN CONNECTOR AND REPLACED HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP SINCE BROKEN CONNECTOR IS GLUED ON AND CANNOT BE REMOVED FROM PUMP, CONNECTOR HOUSING # T4N 9093. PIN # 418-448, HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP. EGR COOLER TO EGR VALVE GASKET. EGR PIPE TO EXHAUST MANIFOLD GASKET 1, FUEL PUMP DRIVE SPROCKET ACCESS COVER SEAL 1, FUEL PUMP DRIVE SPROCKET NUT 1, FUEL PUMP O-RING SEAL 1, FUEL RAIL SUPPLY PIPE(S) 1, HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP RETAINING BOLTS 1, HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP RETAINING BOLTS 2, COOLANTJaguar wants $5700 to correct Cherry Parks incompetence. Todd is awesome! If you re looking for a helpful, honest shop, come here. My car had some issues and I was given a repair estimate. The next day Todd called me and gave me the good news that less work had to be done and my bill was halved in price. It s such a pleasant experience not to get taken advantage of. Thank you, guys.

I was very pleased with the service I received for urgent repairs. Todd was a great communicator and made me feel as though MY car was a priority in getting the work done. The repairs were completed timely and my concerns were addressed. I needed a serpentine belt, rear brake pads and rotors as well as a gasket replacement for oil that had been leaking all over the engine. Extra attention was given to cleaning the spillage so as not to smell the fumes. I felt like I received honest and fair work for a vehicle with 130K. I'll be back for future maintenance. Thanks!

Tldr; got charged a ton for parts and services I didn't need. The guy quit but still feel ripped off.I took my car in because it was lagging bad starting from a complete stop. Otherwise it was fine. They said it was the transmission, and charged me almost 7k for the replacement. I picked up the car during rush hour so didn't notice a difference. 2 days later I go to take the car out and it's still lagging. I took it back kinda pissed after spending that much and the problem wasn't fixed. I asked to have it actually fixed and to let me know what the issue was. 2 weeks later I have not heard back so I call up there and no one knows what I am talking about. They said they would look into it. A few hours later I got a call back saying it's ready. It was a vacuum leak. The guy who replaced the transmission and took the car back quit the day i returned the car. The whole issue could have been that leak and I paid out the but for a new transmission. I know I may have needed one eventually but I think I was ripped off. It's running now and the guy responsible doesn't work there anymore but I still feel ripped off for things I didn't need.They need to do something to make this right.

Buyer Beware! Avoid this place like the plaque. Recommended 14 items to be serviced or replaced on 2016 Honda CRV, when only 2-3 were needed. Verified at Christian Bros. & NTB, both way more honest & far less expensive. Recommended parts were cheapest, no name brands, at greatly inflated prices. Highway Robbery here. Gave 1 star as the minimum & the people are nice while asking for 3X of what is needed,at 2X the customary price. Imagine the owner will claim innocence or unaware or cannot find this vehicle ever being diagnosed at this store. It certainly was... I am so sick of the many dishonest Auto Repair shops & cannot believe how many people give high ratings to "nice" Service Advisors.

I had my car inspected got an oil change and tire rotated. Then a couple of weeks later my steering wheel locked and I couldn't unlock it. Had the car towed to my guys. As always they were on the ball. I was asked to bring the spare key to the shop. They got in the car and the wheel unlocked. It wasn't a 3k fix which I didn't have so I'm truly thankful for these guys.Thanks again for all of your help. I recently had to take my are in again due to the alternator. Again Todd and his team did a good job. There were a couple of hiccups, but when things aren't in your control what can you do Again thank you for your great work and promptness in repairing my car.

Cherry Park on West Rd has been very good to us and our abused fleet of cars (we have 4 teenagers). They've done intake manifolds, AC replacements, brakes, etc. quickly and at fair pricing. Their communication is awesome. Never had to track them down or wonder about status.

Had a tire with nail in it & slow leak in another.They fixed them both for $25 & have not had an issue since.They also worked on my son's car & did an excellent job.Cherry park does great work at a fair price.I highly recommend them!Services: Tires, Vehicle safety inspection

I had went to another business to get my state inspection done. They told me they weren t able to connect to the port to run the diagnostics and it was an issue on my end and that I would need to go to a mechanic to fix before they could pass my car. When I went to Cherry park automotive they let me know they were able to connect no issue and offered to complete the inspection. I let him know I had already paid the other business unfortunately and he offered to look into it a bit further to confirm nothing was wrong with my car. When he came back he had completed state inspection and refused payment since I had already paid elsewhere. Also I was in and out in under 30 minutes!! I had an oil change on my BMW here. Even though this isn't a big repair, BMW's require synthetic oil and are set up a little differently than most cars. It was much more affordable to do this here than at a dealership or another place nearby specializing in foreign cars. The staff was friendly and helpful. I stopped in without an appointment. They still got it done in an hour.The best part is that when I need any real repairs, Cherry has a certified BME mechanic in the back.Service: Oil change

Had batteries replaced and charging system checked. Also State inspection. Requested check of tire pressure and all fluids. Apparently the oil level was not checked as a few weeks later the oil level was below the dipstick No oil at all on dipstick.
