This has been my dealership for years I always have the same service advisor Felipe Haynes and he always ensures that everything is done correctly and your vehicle is the same as when you bought it.I have never seen him in an unhappy disposition even when the customer is not being courteous.He is always the same.Come to Central Nissan and you won t be disappointed.

UPDATE, is been already 3 days, and i haven't heard from the dealership since I wrote the review and send them an e mail It looks like they just reply to the reviews just to pretend they care ...........I had an appointment with JoshuaLetang and he wasn't there, then they told me to stay by your behicle and someone will help you.. they already make you feel like a number already, this person came toMe and ask me how he can help me, and I explain to him I needed a oil change and to see why my car was having issues to start after I had a major repair, engine replaced few months ago he immediately asked me if I gonna be able to afford the 250 dlls diagnostic, and I told him that I still have warranty and I show the paperwork from the other dealership in colorado, he didn't car and I needed to cover those 250 dlls so they can check my truck, I told me no ans I left......... if that is the way they treat us, I don't wanna know how they treat our vehicles. Ery upset because I had to leave my job early to come and do the service...there's nothing or nobody letting know they gonna be charging that, until a bad attitude service person tell you " sorry boss is thePolicy here" terrible...

I'm giving this review for the excellent Service!!! Taylor & Derrian were very accomodating, supportive, straightforward....I really appreciate it...with a costly repair, they made the environment easy to work through!!! Staff at the dealership elsewhere in service, sales, checkout were also very good. Makes me more appreciate the top dollar service/maintenance. Also seems like I can trust the actual maintenance work. Nice to have the laser alignment machine and the good coffee machines!

I had a great salesman Eddie Alvarez Central Nissan and a great sales manager, AlexAyo. The General Manager pissed me off so bad I walked out. I really wanted that car and bought it from another dealership I called. Unfortunately the two guys that worked with me didn t make the commission off the sale because of the General Sales Manger. I bought that SUV, but not from them. It is a shame because the salesman was a great help and so was the sales manager.There was no reason why the general sales manager had to get involved because they didn t at the other dealership. Obviously the General sales manager had to give his approval but didn t need to be face forward in the sale. He offended me. The general sales manager screwed up my deal and he irritated me suggesting I lease. I told him I was a buyer not a leaser, I can t use as a write off in the type of businesss I'm in. I keep a car no less than 10 years and because I an a very low mileage driver. My 2014 Maxim had less than 27,000 miles on it. This is why wouldn t I want to buy. I can t understand why he was so difficult with me because I could easily after that SUV.CHRIS GATES is the reason I didn t buy from Central Nissan.Alex Ayo, was great the sales manager and Eddie Alvarez was a great salesman.This is my second bad experience at Central. In 2014, I was looking for my 3rd Maxim and bad experiences with the sales man. I went online and bought it over the phone at Fred Hass with no hassle.At the other dealship listened my story and said he sends a lot of business because the General Sales Manger is difficult to deal with and unfortunately the hard working salesman loose business because of him. So unfair to them!

The work they did was ok, but I was stunned when it took half an hour for them to find my car after I paid. Had to stop random service employees and ask for help. Finally the 4th guy we asked actually went and found my car. No one wants to stand around for that long waiting. I'll be taking my car elsewhere.

UPDATE 2: They never fixed the EV chargers. I was told I could charge at Nissan when I bought the car, but that is not true. I won t consider a Nissan for my future vehicles and cannot recommend them either. Shame.UPDATE: They do read these! Got a call and email back saying they would look into fixing the EV chargers - nice! Bumped up to 4 stars, will make 5 if they fix the chargers.Hope the folks at Nissan read these :)Several of the EV chargers are broken and have been for a while - please please get these fixed.It would also be a huge upgrade if they installed shade parking for the EV chargers (and elsewhere). All the spots are in the sun, it takes a bit to charge, and it s 100�F+ for the foreseeable future. Solar panels, maybe?Chargers are free which is amazing!!

Me and my family have bought three new cars from this dealer in the past two years... Rigo Gutierrez is the best sales representative ever and they all are super friendly and helpful, they will do almost anything to help you get the car you want... and the Service Dept is great also, very knowledgeable and reliable.

I had the pleasure of working with Rigo (Rigoberto Lopez) for the last year and a half. I can honestly say that he goes above and beyond for his customers. Every time I have a scheduled appointment, he is very punctual. Quotes you the best prices available for the service you're receiving and he makes recommendations as to what should be done and within what time frame. Always extremely professional and most of all has a smile on is face! I went in for service due to my car air conditioner not working. They charged a $186 fee for diagnostics. However, after performing their initial diagnostics. After 2 hours of waiting, they said they needed to perform a secondary diagnostic test to determine if their was a leak in the air conditioning system for which they charged another $400+. Thus, all in all they were asking for $600+ without having told me what the problem with the air conditioner was. That estimate did not include any repairs that would need to be done if there was a leak. Their services are significantly overpriced and I question the practice of charging a diagnostic fee without having provided a diagnosis for the issue. Overall, I do not recommend Central Nissan Service Center.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I got a leased car from here and ridiculously they don t support the maintenance. They charge you $100 for just a tire rotation. I already posted a review few months ago but today after four months I called the salesman I leased the car and I asked him why the routine maintenance is not covered and he said the maintenance is covered but not the damages. And I told him tire rotation is not a damage and he got mad and so rude that it is what it is and you can t demand what is not covered. I can t understand how a tire rotation and alignment is damage because of me.Please don t go to Nissan. I have leased car 3 times with Hyundai and Toyota and none of them said anything ridiculous like this. HorribleI didn t expect my salesman to be rude

I have been to 2 different Nissan locations and I have to say that Central Houston Nissan is by far the best of the 3 locations I've dealt with.From the phone call to make my appointment for service to the moment I picked up the vehicle.1. Excellent customer service!2. Detailed explanation of what was going to be done by my advisor (Tin).3. My car had many issues and they had it fixed in a timely manner.4. When I went to pick up the car The same person (Mr Tin) greeted me and walked me over to the cashier.He explained in detail what was done and an extra bonus was that my car was washed and cleaned out.I really appreciated that!The best part was that the experience was painless.I highly recommend this Nissan location!If you're looking for a great experience you know who to call!Thank you Nissan Central!

The service was horrible...I went for an oil change and tire rotation and they said they couldn't find me in their system because I have 2 years free oil change service with them and I was told to speak to the manager which I waited and waited and never spoke to anyone before they kept telling me he was busy and I just left... Never will I go there again...still haven't done the oil change but I will be going to another dealership with my papers where it says I have 2 years free oil change...I bought the car there and this is how they treat their customers..

It s only my second time here at central Houston Nissan and their exceptional service has impressed me once again. I had JC handle my appointment this time. He was very professional and informative and even went above and beyond to meet my desired price! Very pleased with this dealerships service.

Super friendly and helpful, really helped me out in a bind. There were many same day appointments available and they even washed my car before I left! I was very pleasantly surprised with the service here!
