Anthony is absolutely amazing. I have brought my car into him 3 times in the past few months, once for someone side-swiping me and other 2 times for unrelated mechanical issues. Each time he was a pleasure to work with and kept me in the loop the entire time. Would highly recommend here, but even more so recommend anthony. You are in good hands

Car wasn't didn't get an proper inspection, for it was involved in a accident right front headlight assembly is still cracked, right upper control arm wasn't fixed. Still the same one I bought last year have receipts and invoices to prove it. They are great!! My part was ordered and delivered in 2 days. They were very accommodating too. I was able to work in a nice office while my car was serviced. The staff are super friendly. Thank you Mr. Winston!!

Amazing body and mechanic work but wasn't very accurate in much of anything including time frames. Left my car smelling like a ashtray. A 2020 XT5. Throw trash away don't let it marinate for 6 weeks... I don't even smoke cigarettes...

Central Houston Collision did a great job on repairing my Nissan! Mr. Emil customer service was awesome, he updated me everyday on the process of my car being repaired! I will highly recommend this place to all my family and friends!!!Thank y'all so much for a great job!

Wonderful service BUT it would be nice to have older model cars on the lot for those that are elderly but still driving.. these new cars are a little to fancy even for me at 32 lol

My Highlander was damaged. Emil @ Central Collision Center quickly handled my claim professionally, kept me informed frequently, and notified me as soon as the SUV was ready. I am very happy with the quality of the work. The workmanship far exceeds my expectations.

Add a few weeks on to when ever they say it will be ready.. and get it back smelling like an ashtray when you don't even smoke.. i mean premium price for mediocre at best anything.

Mr Daniel with the central Houston collision center took care of my red Nissan Juke, he did an excellent job repairing it and was very friendly and professional. I could get updates on my car every time I called, they usually warranty their work and they offer very a reliable service.100% recommended.

The collision center has changed from some of the negative reviews and is on a new course. My new car was dinged up pretty badly by some unknown person in a parking lot. I took the car to Houston Central Collision and had the car back in two days and with an excellent -- EXCELLENT -- job. I knew where the damage had been but I could not see it at all nor could anyone who did not know where the damage had been. I recommend them highly.

My car was there from February 24th to mid week of May after an accident. Not sure if it was the insurance company who delayed the process but I'm glad to finally have my car.

Horrible service. I called 3 times to check on my car and was forced to leave a voice message which I left along with my phone number. Next day, same thing, no return call. Called again in the afternoon, left message and no reply. Next day I called and told the receptionist I was coming by to see Daniel. Daniel was there and said he hadn't checked his messages for the past couple of days. This is an unacceptable level of basic service.

Deserve no stars! My mom's car drives worse after repairs was done . We had to find another body shop , insurance company had to pay another 2000 in repairs . People think they getting over and in the long run the business loses . My mom was very upset that she took sick because her car just died in the middle of no where after getting out the shop within two weeks. If they didn't have the right equipment , never should have touched the cadillac . This is wrong !!!!! Please do your homework when look for a body shop or you will be losing a whole lot of money .

Didnt get the warm and fuzzy customer experience.. I walked in and receptionist was not at her desk so a gentleman in the next room helped me, was not really personable in my opinion and he told me he was doing a estimate and he will be with me, about 20 minutes later.. Which i understand he was busy.. I guess you get enough business and customers to worry about me .. At the end of the visit he told me we r scheduling out 3 weeks which i understand... I gave u three stars because it was a ok visit not top notch.

Worst repair shop. High turn over. The person overseeing my repair was fired during the process. I have waited over two months for a license plate frame. Today I meet with the director Dimas Kuhl first he says Cadillac doesn't sell frames, he knows because before coming here he worked at the midtown location for 20 years. I tell him yes they do, I have seen there and I proceed to call the midtown location. Eureaka! They have them. He asks who I'm speaking with, I say Joe with elation, he says as a customer service he will give me the frame no charge. Great. He tells me to hang up so he can call...he does and tells them to give me the frame. I say two, too match. He hangs up the phone, "I'm not paying for two". I said the claim is paying for one and you just said you would pay for the other one as customer satisfaction. Dimas Kuhl asks for my file and says he was only doing that because he thought the insurance didn't include it. What, just happened to the customer satisfaction. .it went out of the window... He says it again, I'm not doing customer satisfaction one anymore and stares at me. .. I get up and leave! Dimas Kuhl smells like an ashtray and his customer service STINKS.

No stars , negative one .Please don't go there , big lady that check you in should not be working in customer service . When you find a spot that was not on car when u check in , they escort you out the building . They won't hear anything . Should be audit and investigated . Horrible service from head old man that's the manager( should've retired ) , painters horrible job , to the rudeness at the front desk . Nissan get rid of ALL before they horrible service put the body shop out of buisiness . I had to get a new Toyota truck after they messed my nissan truck up .

Horrible service! Never, under any circumstance bring your car to this location....they have had my car since may and I have had to return it 3 times because something is still wrong with it.....horrible service and Incompetent mechanics

Horrible customer service and below standard repair.. I wouldn't trust them to paint my child's bike. The manager of collision is very disrespectful and should be fired

They used aftermarket parts on my car. The paint was terrible. And it took them forever to finish it. Also the lady at front desk is rude

The Guy named Demas and that lady in the front named Ashley provided me with horrible service I would never bring my car there again
