I literally just pulled up for air and man standing outside literally ran in and shook his head no, didn t even look at me.. lol common courtesy and customer service would have been nice.. I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS PLACE AND WILL STEER FAMILY AND FRIENDS as far as possible

I had a flat headed to work this was the closest place to me when I arrived it was 5minutes to 8 when they open up the guy started shaking his head I stepped out he never acknowledged me I sat back in the car like I know they not gonna wait till 8 but kool the guy kept looking at my flat and shaking his head I m like what kind of place is this I drove pretty far on the flat and it had a hole so I couldn t air it up and leave or I would of but the customer service here is terrible I would never go back he kept shaking his head through the whole transaction on top of that I paid 65 dollars for a used tire where it usually roughly cost me about 45 to 55 dollars I didn t really like the tire he brought out I asked if he had another one he said no and refused to get one I asked to speak to management because at this point he pissed me off he refused to get management if I didn t have to be at work I would have left and wait for roadside service don t go there they suck badly one bad apple can ruin a company

NOT customer friendly at all!!!I was at family dollar. I arrived at 656pm and they refused to help! They laughed and kept putting up their tools.ALL I NEED WAS AIR! They gave us the hose... my light never went off. My husband paid them. I WOULD NOT HAVE PAID THEM

Simple: Got a flat, looked up Discount Tire and noticed it was closed. So I search tire shops, and came across this one that was literally 3 minutes away. No gimmicks, just good service and I even bought a tire from them and will be returning for more.

It is nice to know that Castro tire shop has another location in Houston. Same friendly, fast and reasonable price. Tires were great condition like new . Just like their Rosenberg location.

Took car in had a flat repaired and paid for the service. The next day the tire was flat again. Went back to have the tire checked again. I was told this time that the tire was no good because the puncture was in the side. They never offered a refund or explanation.

This place doesn't value "the customer." 1st experience, had a flat at 6 am, this was the closest place to me. I parked and had to wait 3 hours for someone to arrive. 2nd experience, had a flat at 7 am, once again this was the closest place to me. Someone was there, but made me wait an hour to be helped. The time on the door does say 8 am, but y not help, I'm a young women, with my child, in work attire. It just isn't comforting.

Stopped to get some air in a tire, see if it needed a patch or anything, they insisted I needed a new tire. Asked them what was wrong with it, they just treated me like an idiot, "you don't see that?" When I refused to buy a tire without getting a straight answer as to what exactly was wrong with a tire that still had tread, no uneven wear, no exposed wire, no bubbles, and no sharp objects sticking out of it, they agreed to air it up. Half a mile down the road something feels off. I pull over expecting to have to eat some crow. My tire gauge maxes out at 60 PSI. My tire gauge maxed out when I checked the tire. A tire that needs 40 PSI. Gone about 100 miles since then, after deflating it to 40, and it's still going smooth. Con artists.

I have went to Castro tire shop a few times the customer service is always great and they work quickly! This is now my new go-to tire shop
