I dropped off my new 2022 Mercedes Benz S580 ($120k) with Jacob K, and this man treated my car like it was his own tuned race corvette. Amazing work, start to finish. Ended with no problems whatsoever. Came in with suspension issue and left side damage, and left a very happy man. 10/10 would recommend. These guys did a phenomenal job repairing a significant amount of damage to my vehicle. Great communication throughout the process with all parties (me, insurance and dealership) which resulted in really high-end finish. I'd recommend them without hesitation. Special thanks to Jacob and Deana for going the extra mile, on more than one occasion.

I m pretty sure they added in a $300-$400 tip in with my repair costs, but the mere fact that I was charged $100 to replace the battery in my key fob is equally disturbing. And no I didn t ask them to replace the fob battery. I also had the same sensor issue a few weeks after their repairs. The mechanics on the Northwest have taught me to just go to the dealership, because so far they all have been con artists towards me.

Brought my 2017 SUV here after some crazy woman hit me. I am someone that always takes it directly to the dealership for any reason but this was an exception, and I made the right choice. Jacob worked with me directly since day 1. That woman's insurance company was fighting it but they put pressure and helped me get done faster, not that it's a quick fix. Every time I messaged Jacob, he responded promptly! I was never out of the loop, he always followed up and made me feel comfortable leaving my car at their shop. He even offered a loaner while I got a rental. There's no question that went unanswered. I was skeptical at first but now that I have my vehicle back, I am very happy! Looks great and they're all original parts. I always update my reviews when an update is needed, but if this is still here, I definitely recommend this Carzone location! Jacob is direct and does not play games! Something I liked. I am a very picky person and my car was new, and I have no complaints. Thank you guys! Thank you Jacob! Hopefully I don't see you again! Lol. Buy if it happens again, I know where to go:)

Can't say enough good things about this shop! Been coming here for a while and I can say that they are extremely knowledgeable, proficient and consistent. From collision repair to a new transmission, they've always done great work for me. Jerry is a great point of contact and has taken care of me every time I've needed help, thanks Carzone!

Absolutely FLAWLESS work. 10000/10. Jacob turns your dire blunders into nothing more than spilled milk. This heaven-sent gifted man will take a $6000 repair and make your car look as though it never had an accident for half the price. Hell, even the car will forget what happened. The control arm, axle, ball joint, the rotor, the power steering-all messed up-but Jacob rolled up his sleeves, said Leave it to me and a few months later the car was like brand ******* new. If you ever make a terrible mistake, this place will have your back. Trust me.

I have a 2018 Kia Optima that was stolen not too long ago and was serviced by Jerry and Alex, I had dents and scratches on the outside of the car one of my seats had a hole and they made it look brand new, the day before yesterday I was mortified because I had to replace the knock sensor wiring harness and I called Kia dealership and they quoted me 900! I spoke with Jerry right after and he said since I was a returning customer they could fix it for 250! I was ecstatic, I just picked up my car and it drives like a dream! Thank you Guys for taking care of me you have no idea how much y all helped me out

I highly recommend this shop for any body work. I met Jacob the day of my accident and almost immediately I knew I was in great hands. The work they did for me was incredible! You'd never even suspect anything happened to my vehicle. Perfect body lines, even gap spacing & the paint match was dead on. From beginning to end, this business greatly exceeded my expectations. Jacob went above and beyond to provide me with excellent service. He took care of me and kept me up to date with all aspects of the process (estimates, getting a rental, updates on my truck, insurance etc.) This business does exceptional work and they take pride in their customer service! They did an awesome job getting my Tahoe back to its former glory. I will definitely refer anyone who needs repair work done to CarZone. A huge THANK YOU to Jacob and his crew!!

Jacob was fantastic! He treated my husband and I like royalty. We brought my husbands car here because it was stolen and damaged but now it s getting returned brand new! Thank you Jacob. Could not have received better service! Highly recommend this place. We ll never go anywhere else EVER! Northwest location was friendly and super great service. Trustworthy for sure. They fixed my car after i re-ended someone near the shop, they did a good job body was but as far as mechanical. No I had a trans line not put on correctly and popped off while I was driving which caused me to blow my transmission due to the amount of fluid lost. Only had the car for about a week when this happened. They claim they have life time warranty well their warranty is trash. They tried to make a supplement claim on the same claim from the wreck insurance denied the claim so now they are saying they re not at fault. 1-5 star rating one star very disrespectful people DO NOT DO BUSINESS!

Their bodywork is horrible. They say they give you a lifetime warranty, but when you try to get the warranty, they look for every excuse not to give it to you do yourself a favor go somewheres else they advertise their record drivers all they do is still out of their vehicles.

CarZone left my truck brand new again, like the accident never happened. Jacob handled everything from a-z, he treated me like a brother. I was in a bind and he got me out that bind. Jacob is smart and took care of me for real, he's a man of his word. I am taking my mustang roush for repairs soon and Carzone is my go to place for auto repair. I was in a bad situation and Jacob had a talk with me that made me feel better, telling you they are very in touch with there customers. Jacob will make magic happen for all your vehicles needs. Had my 2018 Kia Soul towed here after getting in an accident. Later that day I came to get some belongings left in the car. That s when I was approached by Jacob the owner of the shop. After a quick discussion I decided to keep my car here for repairs. Jacob really helped me out. He gave me a loaner to use while progressive issued me my rental. Overall it was a good experience. Jacob is about his business, and really seems to care for his clients. I hope I don t get in another accident, but I know if I do I have a shop I can trust.

Do not bring your car here. This place is crooked. We took our truck here for repair and the repairs didn t add up to what they quoted so they tried to add more on by saying the brakes were bad when the brakes are brand new. They also went thru the entire truck and stole $140 worth of $2 bills and our gold chain and ring. I don t understand why you had to be inside the truck looking for items to steal. Pura estafa aqu�.You cheated with the wrong person this time because I will be contacting the Better Business Bereau regarding your shady practices.

Honest people doing good quality work and providing good service. Insurance company dropped the ball and failed to go out and inspect the car which prolonged the process but the shop manager stayed in touch, followed up with the insurance and wrapped up the car in no time and gave it back to me. Quality of work is next to none. I have been doing business with this place for almost 6 years. Greatly suggest this place.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. NO PROGRESS ON MY CAR FOR MONTHS. KEPT ON SENDING ESTIMATES TO MY INSURANCE FOR MORE MONEY EVERY OTHER MONTH AND GUESS WHAT! I NEVER GOT MY CAR BACK I GAVE IT TO THE INSURANCE. IF THEY KNOW YOU HAVE MONEY THEY WILL TRY AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION YOU ARE IN

I am thrilled to have my Expedition back! The night of my accident, I had it towed to their tow lot (thinking it might be totaled). Lucky for me, Jacob said he thought they could fix it. Thank goodness for Deana's perserverance. She battled my insurance company in order to procure decent replacement parts. My Expedition not only looks great, it feels like it did when it was brand new! One more thing that made me feel good, everything I had left in the car was bagged up and left in the vehicle. My hat goes off to this body shop. I was hit by an 18wheeler and the pictures are a before and after. The photos speak for themselves. Even after a firstcar wash I did not notice any flaws. I wish I could leave a 0 star review. The owner is rude and a scam artist. Had my car towed here after a car accident. He told me and my girlfriend we couldn t have our car released until we signed papers in person. I informed him we both have covid and will be able to sign the document s electronically and send them back. He refused and ultimately hung up on me saying stop giving me a headache . Because my name wasn t on the vehicle he absolutely wanted nothing to do with me. We had a tow company go pick up the car but he said it couldn t be released and we had to pay for another night. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERETo the owner: The reason I did not want the owner of the car aka my girlfriend to go to the shop was because she had a fever from her COVID. And because my name isn t on the paperwork doesn t mean I am not also responsible for the vehicle as well as her. It is absolutely my business on what goes on with our vehicle. If you had any sort of business ethics you would treat all clients with respect.

Lately I have been seeing vehicles with electronic driving assistance go bad and did not think I would be having that issue. But sure enough my vehicle did. Usually when the rack and pinion goes out it either drains or kills ones battery but when mine went out it caused serious damage through out my electrical system. Replacing the ECM, TCM, rack and pinion, etc.Jerry over mechanics at car zone took car of my issues.We had to have the extended warranty department of the car dealership I am purchasing the vehicle from pay for these issues. [advice:purchase the extended warranty if offered]. Jerry stood behind me taking care of all the correspondence with this third party warranty department, the mechanic work, towing my vehicle to the shop, etc. Everyone there at Car Zone are really nice and down to earth people. Respectful, quick with solving issues and tackling the job with a worthy effort.We appreciate Jerry and staff with helping us over the Years with taking care of us and treating us as if we were family. Thank you Jacob, Jerry, Dena, and other staff.

My car was towed here after I was hit. The insurance company proceeded to drop the ball over and over. In fact, my car was there for 6weeks before they got themselves sorted out. All the while, I was in touch with Alex and Car Zone. He knew me by my first name and kept me informed about all the ridiculousness! So glad he was taking care of things on his end!!
