such a GREAT experience with CarStar Elite! I found them as a preferred vendor of my insurance (State Farm) and from start to finish it was a super seamless experience. Maria helped find the rental car we needed (XL SUV) and was informed via text message system throughout the entire process. My Yukon XL was damaged across the back passenger quarter panel and they had to replace the entire thing (before and after pics below). They estimated 2 weeks and got it completed 4 days earlier and it looks brand new - was very happy with the process and the CarStar Elite team. Thanks!

CARSTAR Elite Collision is the best place to take your car/truck! They have the best customer service and body shop service in the bear creek/cypress area. They are quick to respond and fix your issues in no time. Plus they clean and detail it too! I have used them twice over the years and wouldn t go anywhere else.

Had my first accident and I was sad about but already upon walking in, you can feel that you re in a good environment. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful. When they fixed my car, it looked the best it s ever been! My car is old and they somehow were able to make it look new. An amazing shop and would recommend to everyone!

The customer service and atmosphere were amazing! While you re waiting they have refreshments and music for you. Quick turnaround with my vehicle and they communicated every step of the repair. Car came back way better and cleaner when I brought it in

What a great experience from beginning to end, they kept me posted on the progress of the repairs through text messages and when I called, they answered all my questions. They have a great staff answering the phones. I would also add that Robert and Juan in the body shop were very helpful when I talked to them, you need to give those guys a raise. They are a great asset to your company. I would recommend Carstar to anybody that needs to get bodywork done. Thank you very much.

I ve used this location multiple times for auto body repairs caused by wrecks. Each time the location has exceeded any expectations. It s well run by friendly, knowledgeable staff that go above and beyond to help me through my needs. Employees from Maria at the front desk to Edwin in repairs are a shining examples of valuable personnel at this location. They keep you informed and up to date as your repair moves along. The repairs to my vehicles were excellent. The place is always clean and neat. Free refreshment area in the waiting room is always offered and is well stocked. I will continue to use this location for my auto repairs and I highly recommend them for anyone who finds themselves in need of car repairs.

The communication from this team was great! I was told an expected time of when my vehicle would be ready and it was on point. Would definitely recommend this place. What was a bonus was that enterprises in the collision center which made renting a vehicle even easier. Thank you for your help.

Very neat and clean facility! The people there were so professional, courteous and friendly! I felt like I was checking in a luxury hotel.The lobby smelled good, the sitting area was very comfortable and cozy, there was a large selection of complimentary coffee and other soft drinks available.

The work was completed professionally, and expeditiously. The only caution I would give is to make sure it goes to the correct company. There are two shops at this address. CARSTAR was who was supposed to receive it. Once we got it to the correct people, the work was done correctly, quickly, and for the quoted price from the insurance company.

I m having to return due to repairs not being properly. Not a problem except that it inconveniences me! First pic is the left tail pipe that wasn t damaged. Second pic is of right tailpipe where the work was done to the Bumper replacement. Poor QC.

Initially I was reluctant to repair my new car at this facility because I never had any experience, But surprisingly it was very nice and pleasant one. Great service. They share with me updates on the repairs as it went along. Wow! Although my car wasn t ready the day they anticipated it to be - there was a valid reason why. Adrian communicated to me the issues, delays, and work being done throughout the whole process - kept it transparent and simple. The paint was not matching but the crew worked thoroughly to avoid returning my car with two different paint jobs. Everyone was professional from beginning to end.Highly recommend!!!!
