Hands down one of the best hassle-free experiences I ve had getting my car repaired anywhere. Fair, communicative throughout the whole process, and didn t try to take advantage of me as other shops have in the past. Highly recommend CARSTAR!

My truck was only away from me for less than 2 weeks during holiday break which was great, just in time for Christmas! The process was quick and the customer service was great as I received up to the minute repair updates. They even touched up the paint on body of the truck for me. I m very pleased with the services and results, I will be a returning customer.

I had a great experience working with Joel. My insurance company recommended them and I looked at the reviews on Google and they were all good so I went ahead with this shop as it was easy to get to and had good reviews. They made the process so easy, did all the paperwork with the insurance agency, and they have a text messaging system that will provide you with updates on your vehicle of where it is in the repair process and the estimated date of completion. They will be my go to local repair shop!

I had an exceptional experience at this body shop, thanks to Joel and Angel. Despite it being near closing time and a long day for them, they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Their dedication and service deserve a solid 5 stars. Highly recommend!

They all was so helpful especially George and Dillon they ve helped me more than they know. The customer service was impeccable they communicated with me through the entire process. My car looks brand new I would highly recommend them.

This is the best place to get your car fixed ! If I could give it 10 stars I would. The staff is exemplary! Joel is who is took care of my car claim and he was on top of everything and did a great job keeping me in the loop of everything. Angel the manager is the definition of a leader! Everything starts from the top and just like he is awesome the whole Griggs Car-Star as a whole is awesome. They go over and beyond the expectations!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Got rear-ended a couple of weeks back, and usually I struggle finding a place that will work with me regarding times, and updates. I found a few places to look at and came across CARSTAR and spoke with George. All the process from beginning to end was a great experience. From explaining the estimate, how the rental car was going to work and giving me estimated time when my truck was going to be ready.All my questions were answered with no hesitation, and most importantly (for me) George gave me the updates I needed on the process of getting the truck repaired. Definitely good shop and people to work with. Definitely going back for future work.

It s been a while since I ve gotten my car back, but I can honestly say they did a great job! Although the insurance company was slow to respond and slightly difficult to deal with, everyone I spoke with at Carstar was patient and polite. Plus, they even dealt with the insurance company for the additional charges/estimate. I was irritated during the process, as I went a month and a week without my vehicle (not their fault, but the insurance company s instead), but at the end, I was delightfully surprised with the work and the warranty policy. God forbid I ever need bodywork again, but if I do, I ll use them and recommend them to others.

The entire repair process for my vehicle was quick and easy, Joel helped me the throughout the entire process and was very helpful with any questions I had, the entire staff was also super kind, very glad my insurance recommended this facility for my vehicles repairs, thanks you all so much!!!

I had windows, all wheels/tires, exhaust, and multiple panels replaced here. Joel was very communicative and kept me up to date on the progression of the work. The shop got everything done ahead of schedule. Had to bring the car back after pickup to have an issue remedied, but the shop was extremely apologetic and more than willing to make it right. I would recommend this place to anyone needing work done on their car.Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

I busted a bolt in half, holding a spark plug coil onto the manifold. Being a DYI guy, I didn't have a welding machine to weld a nut to the bolt to help me take the broken bolt out.After stopping at 10 other shops, I came across George at AllStar Ambassador Auto Shop on Griggs Road. George was able to get Angel to examine my situation. He asked, "If it was OK if I could come back the next morning?" I thought it was just a quick zap, and I could be on my way.Angel just replied to my desire to get it done by saying, "Let me go set up." Well, I was totally wrong about it being quick. He had to unplug my battery and disconnect anything connected to the manifold as a precaution of using electricity from the welder.Well, when we were done, everyone else had left the shop but not George or Angel. It was a beautiful job to see the welded nut melt onto the bolt and then unscrew the bolt out!When was the last time you experienced a business treat you like a neighbor rather than a customer? These guys have won my trust again in their industry. The next time I need an autoshop, I know where I'm going!As it turns out, Angel is the manager!Thank you so much!Ricky

Everyone at CARSTAR Ambassador Griggs was extremely professional and courteous. Joel was thorough and expedient when helping me get my car fixed. While I was having trouble with my rental car company picking me up, the staff at CARSTAR even offered to drop me off! I was very impressed with my experience.

Insurance stated my vehicle was a total loss so i got my vehicle back and the back bumper was lose they didn't put the bolts on there , they also didn't give me my spare tire that i had at the bottom, tried going back and they sure didn't do anything about it, don't be fooled by all the 5 star reviews , im guessing if your vehicle is a total loss they definitely wouldn't care how they return it back to you.

Great experience in CARSTAR Ambassador Griggs. especially Mr. Joel. His exceptional service, unwavering patience, and positive attitude truly made a difference in my experience. I was pressed for time with a shipping transport scheduled for August 20th and was initially informed the repair would take around 15 days. However, understanding my urgency, they expedited the process and completed the work in just 10 days! I'm truly grateful for their dedication and commitment to meeting customer needs. Highly recommend!

This shop will be my Go To always as long as Angel the manager is still here. He truly lived up to his name and worked diligently to help me. If he hadn t worked so hard to fix my side mirror, I would ve had to spend hundreds at the dealership but they really were all nice and helpful here from the time I walked in. My car was not Driveable because of the issues I was having. I was a walk-in and they attended to me quickly, rolled out the red carpet with bottled water and snacks. In addition to body work, they can also change oil. They were fast and friendly. What else can you ask! Thank you from the bottom of my heart
