From start to finish, my experience has been surreal. To start with the facts . My vehicle was taken to ambassador in the beginning of March and I just picked my truck up 3 1/2 months later. When I arrived to pick up my truck, it had the following issues: - [ ] Wires hanging from the back rear bumper- [ ] Stuck in park- [ ] Tailgate brake light-broken and torn out from the wiring harness- [ ] Dent driver side fender- [ ] An assortment of bolts and screws laying in the bed of the truck without label or known purposes- [ ] Driver side door will not close properly-does not fully shut when pushed- [ ] Check engine light is on- [ ] ABS light is on- [ ] Airbag light is on- [ ] Low coolant light is on- [ ] Missing Lugnuts and 2 broken studs for spikes-driver side rim- [ ] Missing driver side bumper molding- [ ] 1 missing bolt from Vicowl windshield protector- [ ] Wires under hood hanging next to battery, unattached- [ ] Winch not connected, not working- [ ] Turn signals not working- [ ] Marker lights on side of bed not working- [ ] Missing rearview mirror- [ ] Dent above rear passenger door near roof- [ ] Missing molding on left roof- [ ] Passenger side, rear wheel molding, brokenUpon further inspection, I found the following additional issues:- [ ] Truck bed missing bolts to attach it to the frame- [ ] Several wire connections not made underneath of bed- [ ] 2 flat tires (inner back tires)- [ ] Fuel inlet, not attached to bed and dangling down in front of the back left wheels- [ ] Random wires ripped and tied off under the bed and along frame- [ ] Vicowl not attached to fender bolt placed in a hole/not secured with nut- [ ] Alignment not made-vehicle pulls to the right. Steering wheel not aligned- [ ] Lugnuts loose on driver sideI was issued a bill that had charges for repairs not made on my truck. For example, I was charged for back glass removal, but my truck does not have a back glass. Similarly they charged me for parts that cost a third of the listed price on the ticket. No one could provide me a sufficient reason for the false charges on my bill however, no one was willing to remove those charges. There is no way I can write this off as negligence or sloppy work This appears nothing short of deliberate and unethical. I ve read the reviews on this company, and there is no way they can be true. I sat in that office for 3 hours, waiting on my truck to be ready, and listened to the staff deal with the customer calls. They did not sound like they were talking to happy customers, but that s just me. I m not interested in putting any negative spin on my experience, nor bashing any person or company. But, after standing in the lobby, looking at a plaque from carwise for excellent service, I felt like it was my duty to at least share my experience.Update 10/5/23I met with management on 7/27 who promised to reimburse the aftermarket parts and fix suspension within 2 weeks. No suspension alignment or repairs were done. Aftermarket parts were received 2 months later.

Got in an accident and so glad i brought my car here. They kept me up to speed on the entire process of my vehicle process and my car was delivered on time. Josh the manager was super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place!

Ambassador Collision is the best place to take your car! The customer service is unmatched. Joshua the production manager is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable which made me feel so comfortable to leave my car. I highly recommend this business for car repair!

Anissa and Eddie were very helpful with the process of handling the repair estimate for my daughter's car. Even though her vehicle was deemed not repairable, CarStar was still very professional and understanding to the end. They communicated with me when they couldn't reach my daughter to keep us updated. I would definitely recommend their business for your collision needs.

Best collision center ever. Staff is responsive, honest, super fast, and they accommodated a lot of extra things for me to get a good deal and save money. Honestly, would recommend this location 100%! I even asked if they only do collision or if I can go to them for all things auto! I trust them with my car.

This place is a hidden gem. The insurance company sent us to them for the repair work, and we were hesitant. One of our doors needed repair and painting due to an accident. We went in for an estimate on 3/25; when we arrived they were ready to start the work and had already started the process for our rental car. The staff was very professional, and explained the repairs that would be done. The CarStar Staff drove us to pick up our rental, so we wouldn't have to wait on the rental company. We were told it would take up to 10 days to complete the body work and paint, the car should be ready by 4/4. We received a call on 4/1 that our car was ready. I am horrible with names but Eddie & Josh as well as the young lady at the desk were exemplary. I hope we don't need collision service in the near future, but if we do, I know where to go... Great Work.. Thank You... (CSI-lol, inside office joke)

I WAS VERY SATISFIED with the the work on my Kia--it lookedLike new! The only concern that prevented my giving a perfect score was instead of notifying me directly, they notified my friend instead of me that my car was ready. Also, when I requested someone to pick me up to finally settle the account so I could drive my "baby" home, the driver was given the wrong address. Which significantly delayed my receiving of my repaired car.

I had taken my car here to get repairs done from an accident ans i couldnt have been more happy with the results. The repairs were done in a timely manner and they were immaculate. Annisa was very helpful throughout the entire process and happily answered any questions i had. Highly recommend

Only exterior was fixed, internal body damage was not addressed, which became apparent under a separate circumstance when assessed by another shop. Also my car was damaged during repairs and I got the run around to fix their mistake. Would not recommend!

They did great work repairing my truck. They communicated through the whole process and kept me informed of any changes. I m very particular when it comes to panel gaps aligning, but they did a great job making sure it looked like nothing happened.

Cheap service. They hold my car for 2 months. Paint job is not bad, but used low quality paint. And they said they only use new parts but they didn t. Never do business with them again.
