Very unprofessional business. We went to get a stereo system there we got new speakers new screen. Took the car working perfectly doors opened windows went up and down hood of the car open perfectly with latch. Came out the shop with driver side door not opening windows not going down and the latch of car not opening. Not to mention they said work would be done in 1 day literally had the car in shop for 3 days and still didn't leave the car properly. Then asked them to show me how the stereo worked Manager said come back another day were busy or go YouTube it. Got service from them payed everything and don't have time to show????? What type of business is that.

They took out my old tint and educated me on the types of tints I could replace it with. . Left very satisfied with their recommendations. Highly recommend!

I come and tint all of my vehicles here. I always get the ceramic and the job is always performed perfectly. They use suntek which is my preferred brand of tint. I recommend coming to see these people for a job that will be done correctly for a fair price. Other shops might try and rip you off but Carro always comes though. Go see Lety she will give the beat customer service!!!

I called Carlos about my bmw to tint the whole car , all other locations they said $500-$700 to tint 5% black all around home boy told me $250 for ceramic tint, within 2 hours it was done . WOULD totally recommend him because he s friendly and been in the business for 10 years .

Quick service for INSPECTIONS. I bring all my vehicles and bikes here years now. Had tint done to my Solara as well. They did a great job and never bubbled on me.

Fast friendly extra mile service. They have literally come to my house to pick up my car, and stayed open late for me. I have never had an issue but if I had they would stand behind their work

Went in for warranty work on my car tint and spoke with Norman. After looking at the current tinit and informing him that I wanted to install darker tint, Norman quoted me $70 to redo the back two windows and two quarter glass windows. This price included removing the existing tint and replacing it with a darker tint (5%). There was a warranty issue with the drivers side window which he said would be replaced at no charge to the darker tint (20%). The only window that was not priced was the front passenger window. He informed me and my son to come back the following Friday which I did.When I returned that Friday, another guy (short hispanic) quoted me $195. After informing him of Norman's conversation and price quote, he stated that the $195 was the price. Norman was summoned and he initially acknowledged what he told me. He then started to change his story and backpedaled reversing himself to eventually saying he does not remember the conversation we had.Norman lacks integrity and character. His partner or boss or whomever that other guy was (short hispanic) should have honored the price quote that Norman gave. If Norman is giving bad quotes, then it is on the business for training Norman poorly. They should hold themselves and Norman accountable for the mistake but also honor the price that was given to the customer.Red flag on this business. Classic bait and switch. BUYER BEWARE!!!Responding to owner's reply:My review was TRUTHFUL. Your reply totally ignored Normans price quote issue that he gave me and my son. As a man of principle, I will not let a company quote me one price only to let them almost triple it later on. That is why I would not allow you to perform the warranty work on the one window that was free. I do not need your business as there are a lot of other tint companys that are honest and ethical with properly trained employees. That said, you need customers and I hope future customers read my review and stay away from your company.As far as firing Norman goes, the manager/owner should be fired for not training this employee and not honoring quotes that are given to customers. Norman needs to be retrained.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I was trying to get my 22" rims put on my car but it turned out they didn't fit. Without hesitation they attempted to fit them to my car and didn't ask for anything in return. They are very helpful and courteous. Keep up the good work

This place is a scam!! They have employees that lie to see you tint. I told them I wanted my tint legs to ensure I passed inspection and the woman told me I would pass with no problem. After 6 months the tint started peeling up, and I came in and they charged me $80 to fix it. The first year I came in and did pass with no problem, but this year they suddenly refuse to pass it saying the tint was too dark. Their employee set me up for failure when they are supposed to be the experts. Then the guy had the nerve to tell me they will pull the tint off for $60 and then pass the inspection. Don t go to this place unless you want to be lied to and scammed.

I called to get an appointment as on their Groupon page it says call for appointment. Before mentioning groupon the guy said you can walkin any time and we will tint your car within an hour or two. But as soon as I mentioned I have groupon he said there is a month of wait time and next appointment is in august. I was like ok give me appointment, so he was like its extra if you do less than 35% and you need call again later to book that appointment.I did service with them before, but I don't like to go anymore.
