Carlitos is an absolute treasure as long as you are familiar with the area and can get to their location as it is on a one way street and some people get confused. Their service is very honest and straightforward. They helped me install some new tires for an unbeatable price. Service was friendly and I was in and out in less than thirty minutes. Owners were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Very thankful for the men who helped me with a flat after 5:30 p.m. They helped me even when I didn't have the key to the tire locks (yeah, I know!).I was more than hour away from my area and I'm extremely grateful they could get me on the road and out of the city.

i went to the location on broadway !! and let me tell you i was driving to work , and i got a flat tire , i was waiting on a tow truck because i didn t have a spare , luckily i found carlito s shop a few feet in front of me , i decided to walk there and ask for prices, when they told me i was like wow really ? they are so honest and truly seek the satisfaction of their clientele. they serviced my vehicle with urgency , i was in and out ! i totally recommend it here 10000%

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE, EXTREMELY HARD WORKERS. THEY SELL GREAT TIRES, AND THEY FIX JUST ABOUT ANYTHING. THEY WORK IN A VERY FAST PACE. THEY NOT ONLY FIX TIRES OR SELL TIRES, THEY ALSO FIX BRAKES VERY WELL. THEY ALSO FIX FRONT LIGHTS, TAIL LIGHTS, THEY DO OIL CHANGES, YOU NAME IT. I CAN GO ON AND ON. THIS IS THE BEST PLACE YOU CAN COME TO IF U NEED PIMP OUT YOUR RIDE BECAUSE THEY ALSO SELL AMAZING BRAND NEW RIMS. THEY HAVE 20's They have 22's u name it. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYBODY. COME CHECK OUT THIS PLACE FOR YOUR SELF.

Stripped two of my lug nuts on my back right tire causing me a huge expense. The guy that worked on it looked completely lost and couldn't figure out how to put the hub cap on. Will never return to this place and do not recommend it.

They Take Credit Cards. I don't usually review tire places, but these guys take cards and none of the tire places in this neighborhood do so just for that, I give him, FIVE stars!
