Took my SUV for body shop work and was very pleased. Jesus did a great job repairing my truck and customer service was excellent! They gave me a loner and had it ready within a week. I came to Jesus my car was parked and I was inside a store. Somebody did a hit and run. I googled body shops. Jesus shop name came up. It was nobody but God that made his shop appear. The reviews were good, when I called he told me to come by. I was greeted by him and Stephanie his reception who was very helpful and the so nice. We made a claim and the communication was superb. He updated me every week of what was fixed and what still needed to be done. He sent me pictures. I never had to call him or question anything. They communicated with the insurance claim agent. It was a smooth, non stressful process. The work was impeccable you wouldn't even know my headlight was busted or paint was scratched. Thank you so much. Jesse is my first call when it comes to accidents. He has helped me and my family in the past with body work & his work is phenomenal. He goes above & beyond to assist you through the whole process. From helping you create your claim with the insurance to delivery of your vehicle. I was in a accident in my Jeep Wrangler. My passenger side fender, bumper, headlight were damaged & he brought her back to life. He did everything he promised & in great timing. As well as took photos during the process & texted them to me to keep me in the loop. I will always recommend him & his company for an outstanding job. Worse shop you could go to! Specially with insurance claims. At first he was professional and all just to get to job, afterwards he would always call us for us to do his job about contacting the insurance when we had given them all the contacts needed. But wait gets better or worse however you want to see it. He said (the owner) that he would be updating us with pictures of damages and parts he replaced which we never got even though I asked him for them, also on the claim he sent he charge for stuff that wasn t even needed to get done, which to my understanding he just wanted to get the most money out of this job and spent so little he only replaced the rim that was damaged and seems like it was a used rim not even brand new. Also I asked him to run a diagnostic and verify everything else was good and not damaged turns out that he never checked it when both of the driveshafts were damaged and would make the truck vibrate later on when he returned the truck back to me. When I told him about a cracking noise and the vibration he said to go drop it off and he was going to look into it all he did was take it to do an alignment, did this 3 times and every time he would say the same thing to take it to alignment so at the end I got fed up with his same old excuse and took it to a more trusting shop down the road which is (la silla motors) that shop/dealer are the best they fixed within 2 days, what this guy couldn t fix in a month and a half he up charge the insurance adding the it need to replace and paint some extra parts that where never damaged to begin with so just keep in mind if he up charges the insurance claims I doubt he wouldn t do it to you guys either and if you want your cars to get fix the right way the first time just go somewhere else I highly recommend (la silla motors) it s located on long dr like 2-3 mins away from him. Also his vocabulary isn t so professional and the cars that he rents you out are trash the inspection sticker are expired and some dont even roll the windows down. JUST STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

Was recently involved in a car accident and within a weeks time my car was ready! Looking great as new! They treated my husband and I very well and took care of the matter at hand. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a body shop. Customer service is great! They call you with the details so you wouldn t be there just waiting and not have a clue. I found CAR GO AUTO SHOP on the internet, searching for someone to touch up the paint on my car. The reviews I read were the deciding factor with me choosing CAR GO. They painted the hood, trunk and buffed the rest of the car. I was given a FREE loaner car while my car was in the shop, a big plus!!!! When the car was ready, I was blown away with their quality of work. The car turned out gorgeous and I am over 100% pleased. From now on, I will only use this company for any needs I may have in the future.. The owner, Jesus, was very professional, personable and explained to me what needed to be done. He was right on point. He also took care of a few other things that he pointed out to me.Trust me when I tell you, give CAR GO a call. great place to come to, if you have insurance, I came to this shop recommended by a tow truck guy, I didnt have insurance at the time and paid of out my own pocket at the time I dropped off my vehicle at this establishment.Jesus took his sweet time to deliver my vehicle, gave me the run around for over 2 months, let me remind yall that I had already paid him with my credit card, yet he kept putting me aside, since he couldnt milk me for more cash, and the amount had been agreed on paper and signed by both of us.I truly question the quality of the parts that he put in my vehicle, if you guys still decice to go to him, make sure to request invoices for every part that he puts in, or I wouldnt be surprised if he uses junkyard items and claims them to be new.If you have insurance he will treat you as a king or queen, perhaps because he is getting as much money out of them as possible, but if you are in a pinch like I was, go somewhere else, Jesus is very unprofessional, will even block your number once you start calling him out, so think about it very well before going to him.

I was pleased when I took my SUV in for body work. Jesus did a fantastic job fixing my blue rav4, and the customer service was really nice! Within a week, they had my vehicle repaired. The Best Place ever. I lefted my bang up car in their hand. They got it looking like brand new. Can t even tell where I got hit at. Thanks so much for all y all done for me. I've always taken my cars to Cargo Paint and Body Shop my dad introduced me to Jesus C to take care of my automotive needs when I got my first car so when my mom had an accident I knew where to tell her to go. They were able to replace her whole back trunk do all the body work, paint and even recalibrate her computer system they even fixed her display screen in her Jeep to say the miles,date and temperature outside! It's the little details that helps make having an accident not seem like the end of world. The excellent customer service, getting our car back like new in a very short time and affordable labor,paint and body work. We couldn't believe it they made sure we were not only satisfied but happy with everything. I ve known Jesus for over 20 years he s not only a good friend. He s very loyal and he s honest and his work is excellent. Mr. Jesus Carmona & staff at Cargo Paint and Body Shop did amazing job on my vehicle as well as providing me with a loaner, I didnt realize I didn't have renters insurance on my new car from my Geico policy and Cargo Paint and Body Shop took that stress off my plate. I now know I can always count on Jesus and his team to provide me with excellent professional service. Mr.Jesus Carmona truly helped my family & I. They even came to my home and picked up my vehicle and brought me a loaner with no hesitation, they even work on weekends! I took my car to the dealership and they told me that my brakes needed to be replaced and it would cost me $400. I went here because they quoted me a much lower price. They test drove my car and checked the brakes and they told me that my brake pads still had more than half of their life left and even showed me that they were in good condition. They didn t even charge me for doing all of this. These guys are honest, unlike my dealership who tried to rob me out of $400. I highly recommend them!!!Service: Brakes

We had a great experience with this company. They did a great job and they got my car back to me very quickly. The work that they did was really first class. You can't tell at all that my car was ever damaged. I would definitely recommend them . The employees and owners were very nice and helpful also. Good place .

Took my Mercedes to him after I had an accident that caused front damage to my bumper, fender, headlight, the wheel, among other things. I looked for body shops in the area based on google reviews and picked Cargo Body Shop. The owner was able to drive to where I had my car to take a look at it and his estimate was very close to what my insurance adjuster had written me for so I gave them the go. Very satisfied with the work and very impressed with the customer service. It's a family business with great people. Would recommend to anyone.
