Awesome service! Mr. Fernandes allowed me to come in for an oil change at almost 6pm on a Saturday. The gentlemen took great care of my car for an excellent price and with a great attitude. Cardofe was awesome to work with! Friendly face and very fair prices. He will get you taken care of and be honest with you. He did a thorough pre purchase inspection on my Nissan Titan before I bought it for my 16 year old son. He has great attention to detail and explains the issues with your vehicle very clearly and doesn t try to rip you off. He ended up saving me hundreds off the sales price because he identified all the issues before I bought my vehicle. I live an hour away but would honestly consider making the drive for any big repairs to my vehicles because his prices were so fair and he made me feel so at ease. Great guy and business!

I went here on a Saturday morning. Googling the first shop nearest me and took a chance on them because my car breaks where squeaking and I heardGrinding. Knew it was not right. Come to find out my breaks were metal to metal (dear God) they was able to fit me In the same day and worked with me on payment to get the job done. I m blessed to have found them. They were very sweet and showed nice hospitality. I m not from Houston but I live here now and don t trust too many ppl that claim they work on cars. But this place will be my go to moving forward! Highly recommend-!!! I took my 2012 Hyundai Sonata for new brakes. To my surprise- the tech not only completed my brakes & rotors using titanium parts, but he also provided a FREE diagnostic test & basic car wash service. He explained all of the issues and recommended parts. There's nothing more important than honesty and integrity in the auto service industry. I have taken my 2013 Honda accord for repair. He is very genuine and always use best parts those fit for the car. He is friendly in nature. Able to figure out the issue and provide quick resolution. Trustworthy person. I always approach him for any future repairs for my car. He do pre purchase inspections as well. One of the best auto mechanic in the Houston.

I changed all four tires at this shop, but afterwards, whenever the vehicle goes above 75MPH, it experiences severe shaking. I believe they didn't balance my vehicle properly. Later, when I went back to the shop, their mechanic told me it's because I hadn't done a four-wheel alignment and asked me to pay extra for it. However, I consulted ChatGPT and it told me that if the vehicle shakes severely at high speeds but not at low speeds, it's likely not an alignment issue; it's probably a problem with dynamic balancing or suspension. Based on this, I chose to trust ChatGPT and had dynamic balancing done at Discount Tire, which indeed resolved the shaking issue. I believe that if the mechanic's skills were not the issue, then this is a dishonest auto repair shop.

I took my car last week for repair and maintenance; oil changes, electrical diagnostic (filter, tires rotation) and plus car inspection. Fernandes took a great care of my car. Transparent, friendly and convienent service!!! I've been dealing with car problems for 7 months with a lot of stress going back and forth with different mechanics. Thankfully I found Cardofe through google search and visited their center. They listened to my issues and provided exactly what I needed, nothing more and nothing less. They provided diagnostics to read the codes for my car and replaced my upstream and downstream sensor. Domingo's honesty and transparency was super super refreshing. The price was affordable and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they finished with my car. This has by far been the best experience I ve had with a mechanic! He is very patient and informative. I went for one issue and come to find out nothing major was wrong.
