Horrible service nice people but horrible service. We took my mom s dodge journey to the guy to see why the car wouldn t start. We thought it was the Cadillac converter but he told us that nothing was wrong with the Cadillac converter just to back door and ask for another almost $1000 dollars to fix The Cadillac converter. The car was in the shop for about 2 weeks and by the time we got it back the air conditioning wasn t working and the check engine light is still on in total we paid about $3000 to get the car fixed, just for us to get the car back and it still feels like it did before it went in and still needs to be fixed, there s still shaking in the car as we drive. I m sorry but y all have to do better if y all want that much money fixing cars, we will not go back there again.

I had my car looked at here and it was a mess. They tried very hard to be kind and helpful, but honestly I've never had a worse experience. They kept my car for a week after telling me it would be one day. Once they knew they couldn't fix it I wanted to take it to another shop. I called for several days in a row and did not get a call back. When we did get the car back it wouldn't turn on and smelled like gas. We thought the car was trash so we sold it for parts. When they guy came to pick up the "trashed" car, we found what the problems were. The guy here had broken the hood release, ledmft the fule line disconnected, and we found a can of break cleaner in near the engine. I have pictures to prove this. When I called to speak to the mechanic here, boy was I shocked to hear he'd call me back. He has not. This is crazy.

I trust no one else with my car ('07 Mercedes E-Class). I've been working with "Will" for over 10 years. He hasn't disappointed, truly understands my car and works with reasonable pricing.

This is my second time to take my truck to Car Pros for a problem. The first time I met the owner, Will, and he not only helped with my A/C problem he took video of the pressure gauges to show me what was happening. He was able to help me with my problem quickly that day.This time I called AAA thinking my battery was not working and the AAA tech use to be a mechanic and knew quickly it was my fuel pump. I took my truck to see Will again. He ran the test and it was a bad fuel pump.Here is the awesome part. I called a friend that owns a car repair place way across town to see the cost of replacing the fuel pump. I get the price and when to Car Pros. It ended up being $500 lease then what I was quoted by my friends shop. Will had me in and out in a few hours.I highly recommend Car Pros to anyone looking for a honesty and professional shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my car here because it was running hot. I Had a water pump and timing belt changed. It was said that I had a flush also but there was no thermostat in the car when it was returned. Upon asking about it, I was told that it didn t go with the process of the car running hot. I was originally quoted nine hundred dollars to do the job. Upon completion of the work my total was fifteen hundred dollars. The car still run hot and also has oil residue that s still visible today.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

If I could kiss Will, I would! In preparation for selling one of my cars, I asked Will to take a look at it and make any repairs necessary to maintain a good value. Where other places would have stiffed me with unnecessary repairs, Will fixed some minor issues and kept it to a minimum. He's honest and upfront about any repairs and actively takes your budget into account when looking for solutions to an issue. I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you, Will, for all of the help!

Will is a great, personable guy. Most importantly, he's honest. He gives free estimates, and on more than one occasion he could have lied and told me it was something more expensive.When our A/C compressor went out, he even threw the freon in for no charge. Great service.

Will provide the best experience I have received by a mechanic in a very long time. He has reasonable pricing. Also made suggestions/recommendation of maintenance thought would be needed down the line. If your vehicle is giving you issues Car Pros is where you want to take it.

I will now and forever bring my vehicles here and only recommend this mechanic to all my friends and family. You cannot find a mechanic this day and age that is as honest as Will.If anyone is looking for an honest and great mechanic to have permanently.I couldn't recommend anyone nor honest and knowledgeable.

Will is the Service Manager and he is the nicest around!! Very honest and reasonable!! Been relying on Will for years - he moved over to Car Pros from another repair shop and that is where I first met him.

Will is such a professional. My needed repairs weren't what I thought I needed. Will identified the issue and had me back on the road in an hour. Saved me lots of money compared to other shops, who would have just been after my money.. Super Clean shop and waiting area. Well run business. It's hard to find a mechanic shop that gives you a perception of honesty, professionalism, and fair pricing. Brought my car here for a free A/C check and I was very satisfied with their diagnostic. Will and his team are great.

Will is the man! Treats your car like it s his and he looks out for your best interest. If you liked the service at Cherry Park Automotive, that s because Will was there. Now that he has his own place I m bringing all of my vehicles there for maintenance and repair.

I have never had an untimely diagnostic and the prices are reasonable. I've had different things done here that couldn't be done for a good price elsewhere.

The Professionals at Car Pros completed a total engine replacement in my 2019 F-150 in record time. The best part is being updated without needing to call and ask the status. A+ no. 1 service is very much appreciated. Thanks Car Pros!

They fixed "something" on my car, but not what I brought the car in for. I took it to a different mechanic who found the actual problem, and fixed it. They're friendly enough but I want a mechanic who fixes the issues, without having to come back. Will never know if what they fixed actually needed fixing. I will not be coming back.
