I am so glad that I was referred to this business by one of my friends. Initially I called and spoke to Sergio, and he assured me that they would be able to figure out what was wrong with my car. he even found a way to make me laugh! When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Paul the owner. He listened to my concerns and began looking at my car. He was open and honest with me about what It would take to fix my car. He kept in constant contact with me all along the way! They saved me from spending a lot of money that the dealership was going to charge me! They were kind, courteous, and worked very quickly, hands-down! I will gladly refer all of my friends here, and I look forward to doing business with them for years to Come!

Highly recommend! It is so hard to find a repair shop that is honest and also gives great prices! Sergio was so personable and helped me out with a crack in my radiator. I had gotten two previous estimates at other shops that were both way more expensive and they told me I would have to drop my car off overnight. Sergio gave me an amazing price and also had my car done in 2.5 hours! I am forever a customer for all my car needs and so glad I decided to get one more estimate at this shop to realize I was getting ripped off at the other shops. Go here- they are so kind and do great work! Thanks Sergio and your team!!

If you are needing work done on your car with honest mechanics and great prices, RUN don t walk to Car Pro Auto Repair! I had been going from shop to shop trying to get my check engine light taken care of and had been quoted outrageous prices. I called and spoke to Sergio the manager. He offered me a very reasonable price and was eager to help me get the issue resolved. Upon meeting him in the shop, his customer service was top notch They got my repair done plus some additional work I had been needing to get done at the exact time as they promised. I was back on the road in no time. They definitely have found a new customer in me. This place is a heaven sent and I m so glad to have found them.

Exceptional service at Car Pro Auto Repair! When my dealership quoted a two-week wait for a furnace and water pump replacement, I turned to Chappo (Sergio Salazar) and his team. They not only quickly diagnosed the issue but also had the parts ordered on the spot. The underpromise and overdeliver approach sets them apart. My car was ready in 3 hours! Grateful for their efficiency and professionalism I'm now a loyal customer. Highly recommend giving them your business!

I when there yesterday for my Nissan frontier truck getting noise I been several auto place they telling lot of thing car pro manger name is Sergio very knowledgeable he tell me I am so please they fix my truck I never believe this manger Sergio know save my money $1950 they only charge me $125 please I recommend my family and friends try this shop good customer service staff very knowledgeable again thanks manger name Sergio

Performed body work on my Chevy Tahoe. Very poor workmanship. Car Pro did not want to honor the agreed upon price. I will not ever let them do any work on my cars.

The shop hours are 8:00AM to 6:00PM first come ~ first serve. Be their early and they will take care of your car. Neil and his staff are fast and friendly! I would highly recommend this shop for your Automotive Repairs!

I've been combing here for years. I started out taking my POS Chevy aveo there and they always treated me right and kept my POS running. I just took my b8.5 a4 in to get my brakes done and they are always friendly and professional.

I was frustrated with my mechanic I had been going to for over 15 years = new management. Sergio was so wonderful and honest. He explained in detail what I did not need the other mechanic said I did and gave me peace of mind. I now have a new mechanic in Car Pro!! Thank you Sergio!!!

I came in because my AC wasn t working. When I left it was. So far so good.Paul was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Driving up, the shop didn t inspire confidence, but my car was fixed for a reasonable price. I plan on coming back.

Paul & Sergio went above and beyond to make sure my 2006 Lexus GS had a freshly painted bumper and new headlights installed in a very quick turnaround time. The quality of the paint and their install work was great. Paul was more than accommodating and Sergio really put an emphasis in making sure that customers are happy. I recently got a tune up and my front/rear brakes replaced here. Great experience. Car riding smooth and braking lovely. Sergio was funny and professional. I dropped my car off at 8 am and was called to pick it up by 1. Which was perfect for me and what I needed to do that day. Paul really know his stuff. He was able to track down an electrical issue for me and get fix on my car. Brought my wife s camero in to fix a whining noise. Turns out original a/c was going out. Fixed the issue, and warranties his work. Stands behind his warranty as well. Unfortunately same issue popped up. A/C compressor was still under warranty and cost me nothing to get it fixed. Unfortunately even new parts can still go bad. I ve seen it and experienced that in all areas of life. Great work and fair pricing.

I have been fighting to replace an upstream oxygen sensor on my car to no avail. They got it loose and replaced the bad on with the new one in under 1 hour. Today Care Pro Auto Repair is my hero.

When it comes to repair shops quality labor and honesty are at the top of my checklist. I sat in their lobby for 6 hours. During that time I heard numerous phone calls and saw many walk-ins. I was able to gauge that they are competent honest respectful and really want to help their customers. They are not just there to punch a clock and go home . I highly recommend.

First time coming to this shop and the service was excellent! Sergio changed the brake pads and rotors and had my Levante Maserati ready the same day ! The next day I brought in my Ghibli for the same service and it was also ready the same day ! Highly recommend these guys ! It s difficult to find a shop you can trust and Paul and Sergio always come through for me! Very knowledgeable and reasonable. They have decades of combined experience and outstanding customer service. They also do state inspections.

My husband and I, had just been stiffed by a mechanic on Emnora, so I was on high alert. I kind of gave Paul and his Assistant manager a hard time, but they still worked with me and eased my doubts about mechanics. They fixed my shocks and struts all by the end of my work shift and I am very pleased with the job that was done.
