I am extremely happy with the entire team at Caliber Collision. I have never experience such amazing customer service in my life. Felt like royalty. No one wants to come to a place like this because no one wants their car damaged. This entire team made sure I knew what to expect. They kept in great communication with me. They went as far to make sure I had a ride to the rental car and checked in my rental car for me when I was done. I brought my car dirty because I didn't have time to wash it beforehand. They gave me back a car that was washed and vacuumed. The work was amazing. The price is fair. These guys are amazing! Would recommend to any and everyone.So glad to have my car back. <3

This repair shop makes strides to make things right. I initially brought my car here for a repair after my car was broke in to. They had to replace the ignition. Great customer service and craftsmanship.Unfortunately I had an issue with the ignition a month after the repair. The General manager and staff made strides to go above and beyond to ensure my car was taken care of. I sincerely appreciate the work at Caliber. Thank you.

Excellent customer service and quality in workmanship in all areas was experienced, from entering the door at Caliber to picking up the Equinox upon completion. Attention to detail was evident when the job was complete. I would defiantly recommend Caliber Collision!

My insurance directed me to this shop for my auto body repairs. I would recommend this repair shop. They communicate with me ever step of the way and when I went to pick up my car they took the time to walk me through all the repairs made to my car. They let me know about the warranty and encouraged me to reach out if I had questions or concerns about anything!! Top notch service!!!

Getting in an accident before the holidays is a big Inconvenience. Having deal with insurance claims and repair facilities Isn t what I had in mind before the holidays either. I stopped by to get my first and only estimate for my insurance by far the best experience I ve had hands-down, the guy Mark seem very experienced of knowledge, and even based off a visual estimate got pretty good ballpark numbers that the insurance was happy to work with, once I get settled into my rental, I ll make sure to leave it with someone who knows his way around the industry and putting the customer first. Please visit caliber collision behind the mr. car wash and asked for Mark if you want to be handled and treated correctly.

Caliber recently completed repairs on my Hyundai Kona and it's perfect! Shane was instrumental in working Caliber team and the insurance company to complete the work. The communication was excellent and the experience was much smoother than expected. I will definitely recommend Caliber to my family & Friends!

Fender to headlight to bumper not a fit with the paint chipping bumper coming off it s bracket the cuts on the bumper with no sanding which could have been better. The headlight being further back than what it s supposed to and leaving a gap on all sides which is noticeable; but hey got my car back tho.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber was very helpful in completing the repairs on my Sonata. They discovered mechanical issue that could have cost me $1000 or more. Shane worked with their mechanical expert Willy to diagnose the problem. Then they went above and beyond to work with the dealership to get it covered under warranty! I will definitely recommend Caliber!

Caliber repaired my vehicle after a collision on 610. My truck was only 2 months old, they fixed it perfectly. Calibers Shane Kaae texted me every few days to give me updates on it and even gave me an estimated day of completion... it was ready that exact day. Outstanding repair job! Shane was very instrumental in getting it done to perfection. He took a personal interest and went way beyond what was just needed to be done. I had given up hope that my 4Runner could even be repaired, much less drive and look like a new vehicle! Well, it certainly does! Amanda was helpful via phone and in person the day we picked it up. First things first, If I could give 0 stars I absolutely indefinitely would. It saddens me to have to write this message as I rather spend my valuable time doing other things. I chose Caliber Collision because I never had a problem with them in the past. This most recent time I gave my car to Caliber for repair has been the most stressful experience I have endured in awhile. They have returned my car back to me twice in an unsafe bad condition after having it for over a month. After speaking with the location they were fully aware of the sounds my car was making and the front bumper is still falling off from the accident as if it was never touched. They said they would get me a rental and never did leaving me without transportation for numerous days. I call them 5-10 times daily and they never call me back. I can t count on their word nor their service at this point. Keep in mind they have been paid in FULL. Altogether my advisor, Micheal Trotter, has been terrible. The office manager, Amanda Randall, isn t adequate enough to help me, and apparently this issue is not important enough for the GM, Gavin, to give me a well deserved call back. Now they are claiming that there s an issue with my tire or wheel bearing after the claims department from my insurance has reached out??? Originally they mentioned it was the wheel bearing, then it became the thrust, and then finally the struts??? Every diagnostic & repair coming after they had my vehicle and returned it to me. WHICH IS IT? If you couldn t of fixed my vehicle, then why take it in and work on it and receive the deductible and insurance payment? I am confused and I will NOT stop until I m heard and accommodated rest assure. I am very displeased to say the least at their effort to accommodate me and their wrong doings. However, if you wish to be ignored, unaccommodated, left with an unsafe vehicle ,STRANDED, and paying for Ubers to work, then by all means choose them!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

We had a great experience with Caliber after I was involved in an accident. I was worried my car would be totaled, but their team was able to get my vehicle back on the road and looking like it did before. I would definitely recommend them!

Caliber Collision in Houston repaired our Ford F-350 after being hit by an uninsured motorist. They did an awesome job. The truck had so much damage that we thought State Farm would total it but Caliber was able to restore it to look brand new. If you have major collision damage to your vehicle I highly recommend Caliber Collision!

After a terrible car accident my car was towed to this Caliber Collision even though the accident was terrible the people here were so wonderful and helpful Donya answered the phone so cheerfully, and was so sweet to explain the details of how it all works my estimator Frank walked me through all the damage of my car and gave me so much information on how and when it was going to be fixed they were all so nice, and even tho I am not glad my car was hurt I am so super glad that it ended up here! I would recommend to anybody who wants quick and amazing results!!

I Had my car towed to this location to get body repair done and alignment done due to a hit and run, I went for my front passenger fender repair as well as a alignment/control arm check/repair. To summarize up my experience upon receiving my car it had more issues than when dropped off, my ac wasn t blowing cold air, my custom fog lights and DRLs weren t working, my hood wasn t aligned properly, my car was still pulling an my steering wheel was crooked. How this all happened I have no clue because I KNOW FOR A FACT MY AC WAS BLOWING COLD AIR AND MY CUSTOM LIGHTS WERE ALL WORKING AND MY HOOD WASN T EVEN DAMAGED before having it towed!!! It was a whole confusing and screw up that i decided to have the caliber collision in valley ranch take my car and fix it the proper way! And long story short Mr Travis the Mgr has been very helpful and taking care of my car and making sure it gets done the correct way!Update: I emailed them with my information and i have yet to hear back from them!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Frame replacement!?! Who does frame replacements? Well, Caliber does. And I have to admit that no matter how hard I ve tried I cannot find anything wrong. I am amazed at how it s like nothing ever happened.Edit: well, found out they replaced my catalytic converters with cheaper aftermarket ones that are now toast. $7-8000 coming out of my pocket and of course they deny having replaced them. They say they don t have any records of it but they are the ONLY people who have worked on my truck in the past six years. I m beyond disappointed and maybe looking at hiring a lawyer but I admit that they have the upper hand and they have deeper pockets. So, need a body shop - keep looking if you want someone to stand behind their work as much as they preach it.

I was very pleased with all of my repairs. I was working with Frank Cantu and he helped me every step of the way. He is the primary to Liberty mutual but can work on all insurances and have the same energy and helpfulness. I would definitely bring my business back and I ll definitely be calling Frank if I have any other type of car problems.

We were very satisfied with the service we received both on the body work and suspension damage repair work. My son picked his car up a few days ago and so far so good. It looks brand new again and drives great! Fidel and Wes kept me updated every step of the way answering any and all questions that I had. Save yourself the headache. Go somewhere else. Getting any communication from them was like pulling teeth. They are the preferred shop for my insurance company so I figured they would be good. Two weeks and no quote Later I had to file a complaint with my insurance company in order to get the shop to quote. Finally got the quote and then getting any communication was impossible except for the text message updates that were confusing and sometimes contradicted each other. Every time I called the shop my advisor was conveniently at lunch .I finally got my car back and it does look nice, but now the heater doesn t work. At least they guarantee their work and have to fix it. What s a little longer without my car?
