I was satisfied with the repair itself, they used the same color and a new part as I wanted. I liked the treatment that Mr. Yury gave me, he kept me informed the entire time of the repair process. But at the same time I was disappointed with Caliber collision, Since I never asked them to polish the entire car, they never even contacted me to ask me if I wanted the car polished, since the car did not need it, it is a 2024 that damaged the car and will need polishing. The result of The polishing was disastrous, now the car is all scratched and it is even more noticeable due to its light color. It is really something that I don't know how to explain my disappointment. There are photos of how the bumper turned out, which was the part they repaired and an example of how the car looks in most parts after polishing.

I would like to share my 5 stars service experience to all in and around Caliber Collision Copperfield location. They exceeded my expectations. My vehicle was repaired, and service was done with quality care in a timely fashion. The teams' greeting was pleasant from the first day to the last day.Thank you for being a place to trust. I want to thank Pedro and his entire team for the great work they did on my Lexus RX 350. They were kind, trustworthy and very competent & professional. I picked up my Toyota Tacoma last week . Pedro and his crew went up the extra mile to get my expectations. Pedro was very knowledgeable and professional. Maintain communication all along the time of the repairs. I also meet with the technicians Domingo and the painter and thank them for the amazing job they did on my truck. Definitely, I will use Caliber Collision on future repairs and recommend them to the people I know.

I received great service from Caliber. They stayed in touch with me the entire time-even texting me on Christmas Day. The shop crew got my vehicle looking like nothing happened and did it quickly, considering that it was the week before Christmas. My car was even washed inside and out!

Fantastic customer service, made a bad situation bearable. Nicole my customer rep was very friendly and kept me well informed. The manager Pedro was on top of things and the work done to my car by the body/paint shop techs was perfect!! Very accommodating and totally made this whole experience easy. My car was stolen and damaged by a bunch of kids going for a joy ride. My insurance company sent us to this Caliber location for the repairs and for that I'm very thankful. Yuri and the office staff were so friendly and professional they kept us up to date with any changes and the car was completed a week a head of the estimated time.

Pedro, Nicole, Adrian, Sandra and shop team are amazing! My insurance recommended a list of network repair shops and among the many caliber collision listed near me I chose this location because most reviews named Pedro as doing great, quality work. And let me tell you, my car looks phenomenal! Pedro and his team are true professionals! Great communication throughout my entire experience and they worked diligently to get my car back to me asap. Very happy and grateful!

Highly recommend this Calibur Collision location for all your vehicle repairs. Pedro and his crew handled the insurance and rental car companies for us. The repairs were completed before estimated time and the vehicle was returned to my daughter very clean and with all repairs completed.

This is the best experience I ve had with Caliber Collisions! There is actually a Caliber Collisions near my house however, they failed to assist me with the issue I was having. I called this location on Addicks Satsuma and I was immediately transferred to speak to the GM, Pedro Marquez. Without hesitation he told me to stop by and he would have his team look at the vehicle. They took care of the issue and my car is looking great again!The personnel that work here are fantastic and great to work with! If you re looking for great customer service and great technicians, come to this location! Highly recommend!

Living in Houston most of my adult life I have dealt with several car repair places. This location by a long shot was the best I ve ever been to. They keep us informed of progress the entire time. They were fast and the customer service was fantastic. If you re in an accident and are looking for a repair shop go see Yury, he s the best.

I took my Escalade ESV to Caliber Collision for body repairs and painting. The paint is a pearl white and can be difficult to match. They matched it perfectly. They did an excellent job on the repairs. They exceeded my expectations. They are a thorough and a detailed oriented shop which is professionally run. The work was completed on time and I was kept up to date on the status of repairs as the repairs were being made. I highly recommend this shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My experience with caliber Collision was great! I had a broken passenger side window with glass everywhere. I attempted to clean my car before the service but they assured me cleaning the shattered glass wasn t necessary. My vehicle was ready within 8 days & rest assured they cleaned my car so well. It seemed like it was fresh off the car lot.10/10 would recommend Caliber Collision.

Excellent customer service by Daniel Thompson! The car was ready 4 days before the originally quoted day, and just in time for the weekend. The work was done nicely! This car repair place was the BEST! My insurance company gave me a list of vendors to select from, and after reading their high review ratings I gave them a call. The receptionist, Kiah was kind and helpful, and Daniel, the repair manager, was professional and attentive. They understood I was from out of town and needed the repairs asap to return to work. Their communication during the process was excellent! I received my vehicle when promised and it looked like new! I m very pleased with Caliber Collision-Copperfield, and though I hope to never need them again, I would highly recommend them. They have excellent, highly qualified auto repair technicians with superb attention to detail, and every staff member I encountered showed the upmost respect and care of this customer s satisfaction. They coordinated efforts with my insurance and car rental. I m grateful that I chose them to fix my SUV.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Daniel Thompson and his team were excellent. Let s start with front desk, attentive quick and easy. Daniel kept me updated the whole way. They found damages I didn t even see and fixed everything back to manufacture standards. The car detail!! I mean hands down the best car detail I have seen. Better than the dealer. Yes, Ive said it.

Daniel Thompson and his Team at Caliber Collision were so far the best customer service experience of my life. Not only did they do an amazing job on my car, but they also finished it a whole week early. They were excellent at keeping me well informed throughout the whole process. I was incredibly impressed with how polite the young man handling my claim was, everybody in the customer service business should get tips on how to treat customers from this incredible young man.

Excellent job! All parts fit great and smoothly (which suggest they got the right part, as opposed to other places I've been to in the past). The part was perfectly painted with the correct shade of color, matching the rest of the car.There were several hiccups with the service at the beginning due to lack of communication on their end, but then Pedro took over and everthing was outstanding from that point forward. Even small details which were not necessarily part of the main repair, but just adjacent to it, Pedro was mora than willing to take care of it for me.They have a mobile site which helps you track the progress of their work which you will get access to via text messaging.They also returned my ride spotless clean. And did you know their customers also get free carwash there? Not just before they return your car, but even in unrelated ocassions. They really do want to keep a strong connection with their customers. Just make sure to bring a good tip for the lady/young folks taking care of it. Took my car in for damage estimate, and the customer service was just too fantastic! An advisor named Kiah was very nice, friendly and detail-oriented. She explained the whole process in a very professional and easy-to-understand way, and also helped me spot a scratch that I didn't notice. An excellent place with amazing customer service and I highly recommend!! Thanks again Kiah!
