Christian was very polite and professional. I was updated every step of the way on my repair. I even got my car back two days earlier than originally expected. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision on Park Row.

My GLC looks like new ..friendly professional staff they kept me informed the entire time they were honest with the time lines and as soon as changes occurred they made me aware. I'm a female so my experience with repair shop are not always pleasurable but Caliber has changed the tone!! Thanks again guys**********UPDATE**********.....Update....so we had to have the resovior for the windshield washer fluid holder changed as there was a hole from the wreck a little over two weeks ago my daughter notices there is no fluid coming out so she goes to the benz dealer to have them top it off they immediately call my daughter to look at the vehicle and there are bolts missing a shop vac rag left under my car. I called Caliber and sent then photos only for Fred to call and say its no way they did it as their technicians are trained professionals... moral of the story wait to write the review!!!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I received my vehicle back sooner than expected. Christian kept me informed on the status of my repairs and was very helpful. I would definitely use Caliber Collision again and recommend friends or family to them as well!

I loved the staff at Caliber Collision. They were friendly and helpful. Alexia kept me well informed throughout the repair process. They even finished a day early.I hope I never need their services again, but I will definitely refer all of my family and friends.

I had a wonderful experience at Caliber Collision. Christian went above and beyond to help me with an unexpected repair and gave me clear instructions for afterwards. Everyone was very patient and kind - I would definitely recommend!

plain and simple this place is the worst of all caliber collision starting with the front desk Alexia person who gave me the wrong name but thought I was dumb to not figure , she was so rude to tell me that I should have take my car to another caliber collision just because I told her I wanted to talk to one advisor,I hear her conversation on the phone while waiting for my car and I thought why to even complain clearly she knows someone there this place it's a mess the company should listen to her recordings anyway my car was there for almost 3 weeks someone hit the front side while park I took my car for small damage and end being a lot worse , I was not so happy with the job done I came back to put screws on the parts they were supposed to be fixed I took my car clean before the time they told me to wash it in one? month .While I was cleaning it I said what the hell happened to my car ,poor paint job ,old pieces use ,screws missing, parts not fix , the entire work done was poorly , I called my Insurance for inspection thanks god I have State Farm the person checking at it request for me to take my car somewhere else because this place was clearly bad I will never recommend this place to anyone if you want to save your self a headache please read the reviews. I have a custom Mazda Miata which has spoilers and a lowering kit that needs to be readjusted and centered again. I stopped by for a quote and received excellent feedback from Dylan the Parts Coordinator. Sabrina at the front was very friendly and attended to me right away. Dylan was professional and informative. I highly recommend this Caliber Collision location.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

If I could give this location (park row, specifically Fred and the General Manager) a zero rating I would. Fred is an extremely unprofessional and rude individual. I ve had issues with my vehicle and this shop could not even guarantee a rental for or loaner car for one day while they fixed the error that THEIR employees caused. The general manager offered to pick me up and drop me off to only one location, when I am currently in school and physical therapy. Fred was too busy worrying about receiving a positive rating and much less concerned about providing efficient customer service. If I would have known how I would have been treated like this at this shop I would never suggested that geico bring my vehicle there. I will tell family and friends to never come to this location. I m grateful Fred isn t going to receive compensation from my service because he doesn t deserve it. Also the General Manager, horrible customer service. Coming to me with his arms crossed and trying to contradict me is no way to earn future business. A rental car wouldn t have hurt you all. Fred even offered to fix the error the shop caused, and fix additional damage that he noticed, and return my vehicle with a full tank of gas if I give him a good review. Horrible right? When you all could have simply provided a rental car for the error YOUR SHOP caused and this could have been avoided. Fred was only concerned about the review, well I hope the review I gave shows corporate how horrible and greedy of an employee he is. Also, I hope this warms future customers to not trust this location with your vehicle if you value your vehicle. Never have I been dismissed, disrespected, and disregarded by a corporation before.

Caliber Collision did horrible work on my vehicle! They damaged my cold air intake air box, lost the cover to the box, lost most of the screws for the box, didn t align the hood or fender properly, didn t paint scratches on the passenger side A pillar, lost the radiator shroud, didn t replace the center wheel cap, broke or lost parts for the headlight filler, neglected to reattach the battery cables properly, did not properly torque lower control arm, charged for a wheel alignment, but the alignment is noticeably off. I called the service rep to have these issues resolved. After a week, he said he couldn t find the parts to fix the air intake box and I should look for the parts. After two day I was able to find the parts and had to pay out of my pocket to buy these parts (they did reimburse me $50 for the parts). I will have to fix the air box myself (I don t trust them to do it properly). I took my vehicle back and they fixed the pillar scratches, radiator shroud, fender bolt. Hood is still not properly aligned. Two of the fender extension tabs are broken, and the passenger fender extension was mounted with 3 plastic clips instead of the 4 screws that s suppose to be used. Guess I ll have to do it myself if I want it done right. Plus, they still owe me $30 for the wheel center cap (they claim they received the wrong part, even though I gave them the part # from the manufacturers).Edit to include pictures w/caption.

Given the paint flaws on the side bumper, the overall cost was excessive. The whole repair time period was excessive. The front-desk lady was rude. Caliber Collision is not a company I would recommend to friends or family.

This place works effectively and owns up to quality work . They were very good about keeping you updated . Very friendly and great customer service . My car was ready a week before the original estimated time given . My experience with this Calliber Collision team was phenomenal!Daniel DeGraffenreid delivered the best customer experience I have ever received. He is flexible, focused, responsive, trustworthy, and approachable. These qualities made a difficult situation easy for me. He explained each component of my vehicle repair with great detail and then some.Dusan was also very helpful at each step during the repair of my vehicle. He is consistent, forthcoming, personable, and thorough.I highly recommend this branch, 16337 Park Row, for high-quality work and amazing customer service.

Santiago did a wonderful job repairing my 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Alicia at front desk was so helpful and knowledgeable! The whole place was great! I will recommend Caliber Collision on Park Row to anyone and everyone

I wish I could leave no star for this place. The customer service is horrible and the techs are trash. The lady Sabrina is rude and unprofessional and the tech that worked on my truck blamed me for the damage in the hit and run accident. They told my insurance company that they think it was before the accident with no proof whatsoever. I wouldn t recommend the hwy 6 location at all. Worst experience ever. Now the Katy location was amazing and very accommodating but take my advice and stay away from the hwy 6 location. You will regret it!Service: Body & Trim

Very nice staff. Dusan is one of the most knowledgeable car repair men I've had the pleasure to meet/work with. He prepared us for the best and worst case scenario regarding our repair. I needed a body repair after being in an accident. The repair was done adequately and got finished just as promised. The car has returned to almost its original shape. The communication with the shop was outstanding, they always update me on the status of the vehicle and listen to my concerns. The staff at Caliber Collision are awesome! They did an outstanding job on fixing my son's car. Chuck kept my son up to date throughout the entire process. Their work is amazing! My son got his car back really fast. I would 100% recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. Great people, great service, easy to get to, outstanding work, and super fast

Marcus Bosley was my contact individual during the repair process. He did an excellent job keeping me updated, answering my questions/phone calls and making this process run smoothly. I know Luis Flores was involved in the repairs of my truck and I couldn t be happier with the work. Everything looks great as if the wreck never happened! Highly recommend this shop for any car needs and will be using them for any future issues I may have. I had the most wonderful experience with this Caliber Collision. Marcus Bosley updated me daily on the progress of my vehicle, and took care of everything; even extending my rental! I had no worries when working with him. My car was clean and flawless when it was returned. I will definitely use this location again if I need any more repairs.
