Had a very expensive auto claim in which Chris was assigned to my case. He kept me updated the entire process and answered any and all questions. My car was returned to me on the exact date they said it would be and runs just like new! Overall Chris was very nice and I was extremely satisfied with the service!

Chris was able to provide constant and clear communication during the entire repair process. He is quick to respond and provided updates to me almost daily. The staff at Caliber Collision is very friendly as well. I would recommend Chris and his team to anyone who needs repairs to their vehicle after an accident.

I had a great experience at Caliber Collisions. My car was finished ahead of schedule and I received frequent updates as to the status of my vehicle s repairs. Chris was especially helpful! He stayed late to allow me to pick up my call and answered any questions that I had.

Chris did an amazing job! He kept me informed with every little detail and step and was very responsive. He made sure my vehicle was taken care. Chris was very polite and patient with me and I recommend him for anyone who wants to bring their vehicle here. This by far was the best customer service I ve had. He definitely deserves a promotion; this guy knows his job the best.This Caliber Collision has amazing techs. My car looked the same as if I bought it off the lot. I can t complain about anything. Paint matched perfectly and they repaired everything fast. I would definitely recommend this location.Thank you Chris and Caliber Collision.

The service representative Chad was exceptional in assisting me with getting my repairs done expeditiously. With the repairs being done, they were done appropriately where I did not have to have anything re-looked at. I am happy that I found out about caliber collision and would advise anyone that is seeking collision repairs to visit.

My entire experience was so smooth. Chris was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I hope I never have to go back but if I do, I without a doubt would go back to this Caliber Collision and specifically ask for Chris due to his diligence in keeping me informed and feeling like more than a number to him.

Dealing with this place was an unmitigated disaster. Messaging was pretty messed up, I received automated texts two days late, consistently. I was told when the repairs were finished that Caliber felt I needed a WARNING: the car was making so much noise, they felt it might be unsafe to drive. ???!!! They said it would be my call if it was safe to drive or not, and that I might better get the car towed back to my house. This is AFTER they "completed" a fully insured repair, and the warning issue coming from the same front end. I did get the car towed out of there, I took it to a second shop, they filed a supplemental with the insurance company, finally the dangerous issue is being repaired, and the second shop said two aspects of Caliber's repairs needed to be done again, including a faulty alignment, and parts of the fender that were not replaced. Never again. 5 years ago this was a good shop. I won't go back. Ever. Total nonsense.EDIT: the note from ownership appears to be all fake too, they haven't followed up with me at all, weeks after posting their fake reply. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE

Chris Flores at Caliber Collision is an absolute professional and rendered service with kindness and compassion. This was my first accident in 48 years and I was quite nervous. But Chris was very reassuring.He updated me every day as to the progress of the repairs.And delivered what he promised.I would highly recommend this establishment.Thank you Chris. Chris did an outstanding job in getting my car back to normal after a window break in. He kept tabs with me via text during the whole process from start to finish. Caliber Collision services are highly recommended!

I would give 3.5 stars if I could. Let me explain.Customer service was excellent. Every one at Caliber I dealt with was helpful and professional. I received daily updates on the progress of the repair.Repair work looks great and car runs fine as it did before. See before / after below.After I got my car back, a few items are not how they were before I left my car with Caliber.1. Damage to armrest on driver side2. Strange plastic pipe in engine bay by car battery.3. Missing cover to key hole near gear shiftI would recommend to all, before dropping off your car if you can, take a few photos of areas that are not in scope of repair. Thanks for reading.***EDIT*** Caliber reached out to me to help resolve the issues mentioned above. All were resolved in one day. Thank you to Carlos and team for a great experience. Five stars! I will recommend Caliber to family and friends.

The entire Caliber Collision team with whom I interacted was super professional from beginning to end. I understood from the onset what my vehicle was going to have to go through to get back to its original condition - what I did not expect was to find my car in even better shape than it had been prior to my accident. Details matter, so I feel compelled to give props to everyone who worked with me, particularly Chris Flores. He kept me apprised throughout the entire process, made sure I understood my options, and answered my questions patiently. It really is refreshing to meet people who take great pride in what they do!

Overall, I had a great experience here. My vehicle was repaired before the estimated time. They even took back my rental for me which was awesome! My only concern is the location due to the increased number of crime & vehicle theft in that area. If something happened, you would still be responsible so something to keep in mind. But this place really did a great job at communicating and getting the job done.Service: Painting

When your car gets mangled, it s just a stressful situation. In moments like this, you truly appreciate courteous and efficient customer service. So I cannot possibly recommend highly enough Joey Cantu and the team at caliber collision. The work they did was simply spectacular, and Joey came up with an elegant way to make it happen without breaking the wallet. I just cannot possibly be happier. I am no expert, but for whatever s worth... 5 big stars.

Omg!!! This experience was amazing!! I mean I felt so comfortable with Chris Flores at Caliber Collision S Loop location. Chris was very impressive and professional. I received many updates regarding the status of my vehicle. I live out of town and Chris stayed late so he could make sure I could get my vehicle before they left for the day. It was very convenient to work with my insurance company and rental company to make sure I was convenienced.Things like the concern and attention to detail was phenomenal. I read the positive reviews of this place before choosing to get my car repaired there. Initially, they were able to get me in quickly and Tracey was a great help. It went downhill quickly after my car was in their possession. My service advisor never once initiated a call to me. I got text updates 3 days a week saying everything was on schedule. My car was initially completed late. When I arrived my service advisor said the car was like new when half of the damage to the car had not been addressed. This was after I d paid and returned my rental car. I was forced to take a damaged car home because of part delays without any warning, even when I arrived at the shop to pick up. Extremely poor communication from Ron which would be the undercurrent of my frustration and disappointment with caliber. Ron never called with an update on the parts and finally when I called weeks later the parts were in. I turn in my car and have to find alternative transportation on my own cost for the day. They have my car for 8 hours. When I pick it up, all of the damage is still not addressed. He said they tried to buff out something but it wasn t possible and they d need to replace the part. He d previously said this part was already ordered. Why wasn t this addressed when it was in the shop before? So now I have to wait for another part to come in. I don t hear a word from Ron over a 4 month period. I get my insurance involved since I ve gotten no response and feel I m being taken advantage of. Caliber now magically has the part they haven t responded to me on. They replace it and the people working were not helpful, again had to find transportation for a second time. Did not to a walk around with my car. Not sure how others had such a great experience here when not one part of my experience was positive. It took 5 months, 2 weeks plus 2 whole days in the shop on my own time/money and countless unanswered follow ups for my car to be fixed. Do not go here!!!

Freddie went above and beyond. Him and his team go out of their way to provide excellent service. I could not have been in better hands. Thank you for the constant communication, time, and outstanding work. If you need a place to get your services done, this place won't let you down!

Absolutely the worst repair center. They could not do a simple paint job right in 5 attempts. They are keeping my car against my will and no one is updating me on the status. They keep disconnecting my calls. Screwed up my car door alignment. Burnt the paint in the last attempt. Totally incompetent staff. I've been going back and forth to the location, wasting my time on the phone and now they're not taking any responsibility for the inconvenience they have caused. They're asking me to take ubers for my chores and not even reimbursing it. They don't call me back the entire day and keep delaying the delivery.I still have not received my car. They said my car was ready in initial 2 weeks time. I returned the rental and picked up my car and it was not ready. Ron asked me to come back again promising me that he will return it in a few hours. They took 3 days and the paint job was still not done right and completely. I had to go back and then they said they will return in 2 hours. And they did not do that either. I'm still waiting for my car to be ready. Now they're saying they will give us a call tomorrow but not sure if the car will ready even then.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
