Office Lady was super nice and kept me updated on what my car needed. Car was ready the next day in the morning which was great! They work fast and great service! Price was good. Called another place before them and it was a much higher price. I don t regret going with them. I will definitely recommend people and will come again if anything.

Only wish I could give a 6 star! I ve visited at least 5 auto shops in Houston area in various location before. The people here are some of the nicest people I ve met. Highly recommend bringing your car needs here!

These guys are simply the best. Ive been doing business with them for over 10 years. Class act kinda guys. I would highly recommend them for your automotive needs. They have even come to my home to service my wifes car with their mobile mechanic service. Eric and saul are good Christian men. They will be honest with you to every detail.

When I walked in the owner wife greets by saying "Yes"... What happen too "How Can I Help You" The establishment did not check everything as asked. This is not my first car taken here to be dissatisfied. I had to take my vehicle to another shop Bemer Plus to have my car fixed.Hey, everyone has different experiences.

I take my vehicles here for everything! Timely repairs and they're reliable!! It's good to find a shop that you can trust. They changed the rear main seal, radiator, tie rods and flushed my transmission on my Jeep, over time of course. All the repairs were done successfully. Great staff also.

Took my truck to get shifter and indicator changed. I also told them to check out my ac because it wasn't working properly. They changed it and serviced the ac. They left my truck In great condition. I am very pleased with the service performed. Will definitely be coming back for more service on my vehicles. Rosa and the other lady with her were very helpful and courteous. Thanks again

This is the second time that I have taken my car there and had to return it. This was the absolute last time they will see my car!. Their service has gone down hill. The way I see it if you are quoted a price to have something repaired then things should be repaired!! I pay without argument and I figure I should get what I pay for.$540 for labour for what??!! And then when I take the car back they want to tack on another $150 because they misdiagnosed it!! I will NEVER take my car back there!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Only shop I know that fix a problem but wont tell u if other things needs to be fixed. Then want u to pay another diagnostic fee. However this time just had to get part but got no warranty which was really strange.

I believe that they took advantage of me. I went in for a tune up a little under 200 dollars early in the am. I was called about 2 hours before closing time and told that my water pump was cracked and it need top gaskets. Had to leave my car overnight. They replaced the water pump but not the thermostat, rookie mistake. Shortly after it began to run hot. Went back they gave me a $2800 quote for a blown head gasket. After charging 50 bucks to pressure test it. Replaced the thermostat myself, no more problems. 4 dollar thermostat not $65.10 they also had just done a tune up and water pump but tried to charge me for that too.

A reliable business, honest and fair pricing. Always many technicians on duty. The turn around time for work completion has always been reasonable. The wait area is very clean and the receptionist are friendly. I would highly recommend this auto repair shop to anyone in the area.

He's a very good place to go get your tires changed when you got nails in the tires or you just want some fresh new tires on your ride or your whip service very good guys are very nice little friendly if you want to take your car there to get checked out you can or your truck

Three years ago, one of my friends recommended me go to C & C when I needed to replace the brakes of my car. Now, C & C is the only shop I trust with my car, for the past few years whenever my car has needed maintenance or repairs I've driven 45 minutes from my house to the shop. Elsa and Rosa are so nice and welcoming at the front desk and make the whole environment very great. They are very efficient and will have your car out in no time at a fair price. I recommend C & C to anyone in need of car repairs.

My husband took our car into this place recently for an oil change. 20 minutes after the oil change my car stopped on 288 near reed, I had to be towed home, I called the place , they said that didn t do any thing but change my oil. I had to get a diagnostics test on it, and I was told they poured to much oil in my car, and they didn t drain it. I have to get a whole new car, they can t just replace the engine, because oil is leaking from every where. When we called to tell them our findings, the lady at the front desk laughed, this is no joke, you ll have ruined my car I will be filling a lawsuit!!! If I were you I wouldn t go to these ppl unless your related to them, otherwise they re going to mess over you.Service: Oil change

The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and honest. They actually called me to tell me that, a service that I already agreed to pay for, was not needed and that I would not be charged for it. That's the only time that has ever happened to me at an auto shop of any kind.Will continue to refer to this place to anyone I know.

I have done alot business with them still not understanding why my check engine light keep coming on but they take care of me everytime if you want go wrk done on your car you should go here they will not let you down awesome customer service have your car fixed in a timely matter I love this place no other place in Houston can touch my car but them they are an awesome team best believe love you guys be safe and blessed

I was familiar with C&C Tire and Auto Care being they handle my companies fleet vehicles. Now they service my personal vehicles as well.Excellent service, with core values of Honesty, Integrity, and true professionalism which is very hard to find in today's car care industryI wish Rosa and her team nothing but success in the future.

Quick and efficient! I have taken my car to two other places, both with problems and no solution. C&C had my car diagnosed and fixed in TWO days. The price was competitive as well. Will return!

Took my cousin car here and she paid $208 for a solenoid valve which they said was the reason her car was turning off they changed this and the car was still doing the same thing when she left only for them to tell her it s something else and it $600 to fix it I really believe they don t know what they are doing nor how to read the diagnostic machine readings then had the nerve to say they can t give her the money back because they put the part onService: General repairs & maintenance

I have a Lexus and I can say I haven't had a issue with my car yet... its been over a year and they guarantee their work...if something comes up you can take it back to get fix...no charge!
