They are very honest, never over charge for any part. They really know how to work on European cars. BEST service ever. Also they have refreshment for customers.

Great place. I respect the guy, but the service they provide its way higher than the market price, $170 per hour for changing the part for $60, and they said over $500 labor also he was telling it might take longer its means more money. The guys who work there are good and friendly, but the owner stays away from him. Probably I'm not gonna come back to this place.

Been coming here since Craig and gail,for the past 10 yearsUnder new management, still great service, very upfront with pricing no pressure, manager will sit with you and explain services needed...will provide shuttle if near by.Very honest shop, mechanics have been there many years. Very knowledgeable .continue to use this shop. Trustworthy ..

Had my brakes repaired on my AMG GLE 43! Best price in town. after reaching out to two other authorized shops including the dealership!! Superb service. I called several times over the phone and they always made me feel comfortable. I felt like I was probably annoying but they were always so kind. In-person, THE customer SERVICE was still the BEST! The car was ready faster than they said it would be. They even showed me the old brakes. AND BEST OF ALL.....My vehicle was clean inside and out when I picked it up.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They just fix my Volkswagen Tiguan with an ignition issue, they send the tow truck to Tomball and got it fixed in one day. Update: I wasn't happy with the wait and the fact that they didn't offer free car wash. But the car does drive smoothier. So I will upgrade my rating.First time customer. I had a service B. They don't have shuttle service, so I had to wait for 2+ hours there. Small waiting area, no desk. Not many drink options. They don't even have regular coffee there for customer, only expresso. Yes, it was quoted cheaper than the dealer, but you got what you've paid for. From the cost breakdown it doesn't seem to be cheaper than dealership. Each item actually cost about the same or even more, just there are less items included. No free car wash either. Well at least I tried. So will be last time customer.

I've been coming here since the mid-90s.I've NEVER had any problems and have always been confident in their work.The new ownership hasn't changed the great service at all. You can count on quality work.

This was a great experience from start to finish. They were helpful and friendly. I was impressed with the maintenance they performed. I was also very impressed they communicated clearly what was done and what was needed to be done without trying to upcharge anything. I left my Mercedes GL450 with an appointment made the day before for the programming of one of the computers, they told me that the car was ready for the same day, 3 days had passed and the car still had not been fixed. I do not recommend this auto repair to anyone.

Car was having transmission problems and it was taken to 4 others shops and with each shop the bill got higher and higher. Last place quoted $8000 for just the transmission work. I was on FB and a banner ad scrolled by and I clicked on the ad and requested a call. Towed my car and a week later I'm back whole and my car has not been driven since March. Repaired transmission, mounts, motor mounts, arm, bearings, ac filters for 40% of my quoted price of the transmission alone. I'm a customer for life. Very professional and very thorough. Videos and pictures of each step in job. Honest recommendations and very reasonable labor cost. WOW. Fantastic service. I spoke to Diana and Victor a few times over two days, since I was doing a remote inspection of a car I wanted to buy. I live in San Antonio and was blown away with not only the efficiency of the inspection, but the depth of work done by Victor and his team. He sent me over a dozen pictures, and walked through the full bumper-to-bumper report with me on the phone. Thank you SO MUCH for your attention to detail and making me feel confident about buying a car remotely! Excellent service, personable, and professional.

I brought my CLS to C&G for maintenance after it was clear I was getting ripped off at the dealership. I was greeted by Victor, who did a full vehicle inspection and confirmed what I already knew - that I didn t need all those extra services the dealership was tacking on, because my vehicle is still new. I was very happy with the overall service at C&G - pricing was fair, prompt service, and the integrity and professionalism of everyone. I will definitely continue to be a customer and absolutely will recommend C&G to anyone looking for options outside their dealership.

I can not recommend C & G Auto enough! My car had wiring that had been chewed through by rodents, I had oil leaks in the computer & wire harness among other issues. I had initially taken my car to an independent auto shop who couldn t help. Then I headed to Mercedes dealership who quoted me $10k and told me my car wasn t worth fixing. Luckily, someone recommended C&G Auto to me and they handled the issue for a fraction of the previous quote. It was a tedious time consuming job but they did it and I couldn t be more pleased. They are honest and a pleasure to work with. I rarely leave reviews but this business saved my car and I couldn t be more grateful.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

My friend Sean L. told me about this place. He told me that Ms. Gail gave him an estimate over the phone. He took the car sometime later and Mr. Craig honored all the work at the estimated price. Found some other issues that he was aware of however they would do any work without contacting the owner first. I love this place. Took my CLS 550 in for struts & brakes. Save over 1090.00 by not going to the dealer. I have since drove my car to Denver twice. Not one problem.C&G is great and you can get a quick turn around on your vehicle.

Te customer service is excelent, they even call to follow up regarding your experience with them, as well as the job done on your vehicle. They are caring, and seem like they enjoy what they do.C&G prices are OK, but they are willing to help you work with your budget. Just negotiate fairly with them, and you will get out Of there wanting to go in again

First off let s start with the customer service... AMAZING! Victor & Diana were very personable; taking the time to update me of the schedule along the way including the delivery of the parts, amount of time required to complete the job, and follow up after the service was completed! Pricing was even better. I have all of my limbs, things I loose when allowing Mercedes to work on my car (Lol). I d definitely recommend C&G to other Mercedes customers and I ll be using them for future services.

Very friendly people and very upfront about the prices and service. Good work and will do my maintenance here in the future.I went a second time recently since my car fender and door needed to be fixed. They offered the best price I could find and did a very good work. Paint and part replacement looks perfect. I highly recommend this place!Services: Painting, Auto detailing

Diana and Victor are extremely professional and very helpful! Victor is knowledgeable and willing to only do what is necessary to your vehicle. I like how he tells me what I need to have repaired now and what can wait but we watch it carefully. C&G is the only mechanic I trust and am always recommending to everyone I know.

The service was great, they had drinks refreshments and a very clean bathroom as I waited. After my car was finished the explained everything they had done, and told me everything that I needed done after the work. They where also willing to work with me with prices. Great place to get your Mercedes repaired at. I would recommend this place to everyone and everybody !

I'm so thankful that a family member suggested that I bring my car here. That was 4 years ago and now this is the ONLY place that I'll take my 2011 Mercedes. It feels good knowing that when I bring my car here, I can trust that they will provide the BEST service for minimal cost. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They always thoroughly explain anything they do to my vehicle. Top notch service! I will continue coming here for as long as I own a Mercedes.

This auto repair has been taken over by a new owner/management and has taken a turn in the wrong direction.Quotes are presented prior and then once the vehicle is serviced a much higher price is being charged vs. the quote that was presented prior.

What can I say about these guys... awesome customer service experience from the front of the house to the back. Victor and his team were very transparent, professional and communicative with regards to diagnosing the electrical problems plaguing my Mercedes SUV and delivered timely results, correcting the problem and not ripping me off in the process. I was referred by a co-worker for work on my BMW 328i. I was promptly received and attended by Victor. Everything was transparent concerning the pricing and labor time. Everybody was professional and courteous. I recommend C & G for your Mercedes and BMW needs.

Excellent service. Was told before how long the service took just incase I was in a hurry. Also my car needed a part that was not in stock, they got it shipped from a nearby Mercedes Benz. Got it and installed within an hour. Was very happy about that. Highly recommend.

Place is nice and the crew is welcoming and organized. They took the time to answer all my questions, fixed my car and even sent me a follow up message. They are also cheaper than the Mercedes dealership so that s a plus
