Service advisor was terrible. Unacceptable from a communications standpoint. Took 4.5 days to fix gas tank level indicator. Only called me twice in those 4.5, and the first time was after the dealership had my truck for 2.5 days. Also he never called me to tell me the truck was finished, then was out on Saturday and some else had to find out if it was done for me when I called to find out.As for the service, we ll see if the fix works. Only time will tell.

DON'T EVER BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!You will definitely regret it They had my vehicle for a month and a half. I could never get my service advisor on the phone and when I called and texted to get updates they could never tell me anything and my service advisor didn't even respond to my text and I you ask for a manager they always say they are busy or not there I regret buying this GMC and especially from here I will NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I brought my 2012 Buick Enclave in for service after unexpectedly driving it from Seattle to Houston. I just needed an inspection and a few sensors replaced before driving it back to Seattle. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and was told I d have an update Thursday and my car back on Saturday. I spent half the day Thursday and all day Friday trying to get ahold of these folks for an update before turning up in person on Saturday. I was told they don t have loaner cars so I had to get an outside rental. I had to extend my rental car booking from that Saturday to Monday.Then I was told my vehicle will be ready on Tuesday so I extended again until Wednesday (just in case). I called Tuesday and at first they told me my part hadn t come in. And then they told me it had. And then they told me it hadn t. When I mentioned that at this point they ve cost me over $2k in extending my hotel and my rental car I told that this location didn t have loaners available and was offered $100 off. I told them that $100 does not really help me at this point as they ve delayed my trip back home, cost me a job interview, and again, just the money I ve had to put into extending my trip (and subsequently my sister s trip) in Houston, they magically had a loaner available.I declined the loaner and opted to pick up my unfinished car instead. And when all was said and done they didn t even honor the $100 discount they said they would.My service advisor said that this location is really busy and under staffed but it seems to me that if they can t handle the volume of customers they re receiving my appointment should ve been scheduled WAY out.I went in to speak to the service manager in person and told them I was on the way, and by the time I got there 20 mins later I was informed they service manager had left for the day. The whole experience was unreal and makes me *very* hesitant to get work done on my car in Houston again.Do NOT give these people your business.

Worst place to buy or have a vehicle serviced, They really are used car salesmen and will not respond to you when your vehicle is in for service. I took a day off and drop off my truck at 8am and I have repeatedly called to see when it will be ready still no word. Just needed a window switch should be 45 min jod 4 hr approval but it 5pm now and looks like I will need to get an Uber to go to work now. Need a good place to go Sterling McCall on 69 rocks.They keep you up to date and will stay to the schedule.

No respect for peoples time. Scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 9:45 am and finally received the truck keys at 1:00 pm. What s the point of the appointment? Long time customer for truck sales, but the service department has really changed my mind to consider another dealership that has their service department at the same level as their sales department.

Have been told four times that they have ordered my parts. Each time I called on status, parts were never ordered. I'm still waiting for my retrofit on my vehicle. I was notified four months ago that I just needed to schedule my appointment.Editing my review to one star due to Service Director and being disconnected.

Prepaid for oil changes. Make appt, still given 2 hr wait estimate. Service advisors don't work as a team to get people checked in. Mathew tries, Rafael just sits there.

They take way too long to do a simple oil change. 2 hours and I m still in waiting room waiting on my vehicle. This is one of the worst dealership service center I ve ever been to. My dad came in for a simple key FOB battery change key was working just fine until he brought it here to get the battery replaced they opened up the key put a new battery and all of a sudden the key was no longer working they charged him a $100 deductible for a NEW KEY since they broke the old one trying to put a new battery. What kind of key FOB battery costs $100?!?! you guys are a joke I used to work for a service department at a different dealership and we admit to our mistakes and don t charge customers for something we brake going to the BBB about this

This is the WORST service department ever! They are not knowledgeable, hard to reach, have made mistakes repeatedly! They do not seem to care about customer satisfaction. I only go here, because I purchased my truck from here, but I wont make that mistake again!

The cost is WAY overboard, I had to pay $357 dollars just for diagnostic on the engine light for the airbags sensor. To get it fixed they wanted to charge me $900+ dollars to reset it/fix the problem and my air bags are completely fine. I went in for a transmission issue, cost would of been $1800+ dollars out of pocket, with a rebuilt transmission (no warranty) even after what my car warrenty coverage would of paid. I took it to A plus transmissions and got it rebuilt, runs great with 12 months or 12k mile warrenty only had to pay $100 deductible!!!! Will not take any vehicles to GMC North anymore!!!!

The service was horrible, the service writer George is not knowledgeable about vehicles at all. He actually told me actuators control the the oil pumping into the motor when it actually has to do with the a/c, then the service mgr. wont answer or return calls. I lost $175 on a bogus diagnostic fee. Never again!

This agency is of no use, it deceives you and every time you call they never have anything, neither Sebastian nor Tal Marian, at least they discriminate a lot against Hispanics, so they can get involved, the agency is where it fits Esta agencia no sirve te enga�a y cada vez q llamas nunca tienen nada ni Sebastian ni la Tal marian menos discriminan mucho a los hispanos por mi se pueden meter la agencia esta por donde les quepa
