Before coming to Bwerks, I went to another auto shop diagnose my car. The entire time I felt uneasy about the whole thing and i was sent away with the problem still existing. I decided to get my car double-checked by Bryant and through their interactions, I never felt uncomfortable or taken advantage of. Bryant and his team truly care about their customers. They won't try to upsell you, or charge you extra miscellaneous things like at a dealership. They're honest, straight up people that have your best interest in mind. If I have any future car problems (hopefully none), I'll definitely take it to Bwerks!

I was recommended to try this place when my old '96 Jeep Cherokee had transmission issues 15 years ago, and have been a customer here ever since. Customer service is great, prices are fair, but the best thing is that the owner, Bryant, is always up front with you about the costs. Hard to find a good , honest mechanic so when you're lucky enough to find one , you stick with them.

Julia and Team were awesome! I appreciated their honesty and workmanship. They are very knowledgable and experienced-- provided me with alternatives that worked with my budget and kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. Customer service was great! I had a problem with my passenger door not latching on to close anymore and Bryant took care of it very fast. I was due for an oil change a month after and went straight to him. If something else happens to my car or I need any maintenance, I ll sure be back. Definitely recommend!

These guys did an excellent job on my car for a fair price. The owner is good at what he does and pretty straightforward, no running around like whenever i go to the dealership. This shop wil be my go to mechanic shop from now on. Highly recommend.

I always go to BT Used Auto Sales, for my Honda Civic '02 (I've owned for about 8 yrs). They're straightforward, trustworthy and I find pricing to be fair. Since they started doing state inspections I now get it done here with Julia, which is convenient.

Excellent service , mom and pop shop that treated me like family and he was able to figure out an issue on my car that other shop couldn t even figure out (The Dealership). I take all my cars here now , and for state inspections too there s no wait. Oh he even programmed my truck keys which I didn t know they provided that service it was cheaper then the dealerships quote.

BT Auto has been working on my 2012 Ram 3500 Cummins 6.7 since I bought it from the dealership. Overall very knowledgeable and professional team. I would bring all my vehicles there from foreign to domestics and their staff is very helpful. You get for what you pay for! Quality over quantity. Highly recommend to anyone for automotive needs!
