The staff were courteous, professional and honest. They communicated everything clearly and did not pressure me into buying extra services. They repaired my car promptly and effectively, and charged me a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a dependable and honest mechanic.

Got a fair price. They got to work on my vehicle right away and finished sooner than I expected. Tyler was very friendly and easy to work with. Although my vehicle was ready, extenuating circumstances prevented me from picking it up for an extra day. Tyler said it would not be a problem. He was very considerate of my situation and the next day, he suggested that rather than me picking it up the next day, he could have it delivered to me that day. I agreed, of course. This really helped me out tremendously. Not many shops would care enough to help someone. I will surely recommend Brown's Auto Repair to everyone.

Omar Lofton:The staff was very professional and upfront about pricing & technician availability. Not in just conversations with me, but with other customers as well, the staff at Browns Auto Repair do not seem to be in the business of recommending unnecessary services. Also, the standard prices are going to beat dealerships' discounted prices.The only "Con" I can think of is: Their services are in high demand so they may not be able to address your issues immediately. The "Pro" to that is: When my 90K mile Flushes were performed - I noticed a significant difference in Response-to-Driver; Smoother Shifting and better Fuel Efficiency/Economy. I'll be returning for 'High Mileage Services' and Tune-ups.

I needed new shocks for front and back and they are not cheap at all but Brown s did quote lower price to me then what the dealership did so I did save some money. Everyone at Brown s is extremely nice and helpful. The service was done so fast too and on a holiday week. I will definitely be back and recommend others to go here as well.

I took my vehicle here to get looked at and they did a great job and very open about the process. I didn t really trust anyone to look at it because is was my late father car but they make me feel comfortable and make sure everything was correct. Will definitely use them again. Thanks guys

Brown s Auto are first class professionals, I have been using them for years for all my auto mechanic work. They are truly service oriented , and excellent auto repair specialist. If you feel somethings not right, bring it back and they ll make it right!

Thank you so much to Brown s Auto Care. Great guys. Very friendly and professionalI desperately needed a brake job and called and spoke to the owner on Friday afternoon. He was able to fit me in Saturday morning.The job was done by early afternoon.I am very pleased and impressed with my service and will definitely return in the futureThanks guys!

Transmission was having trouble switching gears. Was told by another shop it most likely needed a rebuild. Took it over to Brown s for a diagnostic and within 30 minutes they solved the issue. Also charged me a more than fair price on the quick fix. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity of this shop. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of transmission work.

I took my vehicle for one of the 8 cylinders getting misfired on a 2014 jeep grand Cherokee to several auto shops before going to Brown s.Patrick and his team could identify the issue right away and they did a tremendous job getting it fixed. I understand they took a while to get it completely fixed since they had to tear down the engine to get to the bottom of the problem and fix it. But it was worth the wait to get everything fixed. Not only the team fixed the issue, but also Patrick worked with the warranty company to get most of the work approved under the extended coverage. Hands down this is the best place to take your vehicle for any kind of mechanical/transmission failure on your vehicle.

My transmission was repaired 6 months ago with a 2 year warranty. I had to take it back to Brown s and they repaired it again for free. They do good work and they stand by their warranties. I d go back and use them anytime I need transmission service.

I ve have been taking my vehicles to Brown s for many years. I have found them to be honest and forthright. Also turnaround is usually quick and cost reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Very disappointed. Brought my pickup truck in for noise coming from the frontend. Two distinctive noises, a rattle and thumping while riding on a choppy, uneven county road. I was told the upper and lower control arms on both sides needed to be replaced along with a wheel bearing. The repair would cost thousands of dollars. I thought the repair cost seemed very excessive but I was tired of the noise and approved the repair. When I got my truck back the frontend was still making the noises. I brought my truck back and they replaced the CV axel and that solved the rattling noise but not the thumping noise. I brought my truck back several more times over the next month and the sway bar links were replaced twice but the thumping continued. During this time I crawled under my truck a dozen times to see if a could find out what was wrong. I was getting frustrated and so were they. I decided to buy sway bar bushings from O'Reily's Parts and put it on myself. The thumping STOPPED! The bushings were only $20 and easiest part to replace. I called my service adviser to let him know that the bushings were the problem and he said he would let the technician know. Did the control arms need to be replaced? Did I really need to spend thousands instead of hundreds of dollars? Very disappointed.

Wow! I highly recommend this place to ANYONE looking for honest mechanics. Their quality customer service, great communication, and fast and friendly atmosphere is TOP TIER. If you have a foreign car then LOOK NO FURTHER because they know what they re doing! They re reasonable and will have your car back good as new! Thanks again Tyler, you all are truly the best!

Took my car in for a transmission service after being recommended to do so by the VW dealership. Brown s technicians took a sample of my fluid and were very honest about it being in good condition and the fact that it is a lifetime fluid that is not recommended to be changed. They sent me on my way and didn t charge me a dime for helping me out.

Took vehicle in for Oil Pan gasket replacement and fuel injector flush. Work was completed in the time frame promised. Vehicle is running much smoother and better acceleration. Patrick and the staff will take great care of all ur maintenance needs.

These guys have did great work on my 1977 corvette so far . Replaced timing chain ,dialed in my rocker arms .Car idles good . So I proceeded to let them do some suspension work . We ll see how it s drives once the new ticket is complete so far though 5 stars.

This shop is ran by a team of really hard working, and knowledgeable guys. They've always done a really good job when working on my vehicles, and I truly can't thank them enough. Thank you everyone at Brown's. Y'all are awesome.

Never heard of browns auto but saw the reviews on google and figured I ll give it a shot.I funny enough had a very similar accident to the one I brought them and the place I brought it to that last time did a horrible job. I own a Nissan Altima and smashed the passenger side wheel into a curb ya both time sadly. Browns auto was really easy to deal with and did a fantastic job fixing my car it s driving better than it has in years since that previous similar crash. Steering wheel not shaking any more, the alignment is perfect and not drifting any more like it did for years and brakes are feeling better than ever. 10/10 would recommend all people I dealt with were super friendly and they never ignored or missed one of my calls. Also worth mentioning I had it towed there from Houston for a phenomenal price since they are partnered with the tow service.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto brake replacement

Came in with an issue with the blower on my truck s A/C. They quickly diagnosed it, treated me with respect, explained the issue and fixed the problem. I ll definitely go back for any future car issues.

It was refreshing to go to an auto shop that tries to educate vs sell you different services. I saw them on multiple occasions explain to customers why a certain service wouldn t help their vehicle vs. just completing the service to make money
