I had a custom paint need for a carbon fiber hood for my C8 Corvette. I m a very particular customer and a perfectionist, so I know my ask and quality needs are challenging - especially for a paint match scenario.Well - Will, knocked it out of the park. Color matches about as close to perfect as you could imagine, and the quality is excellent. He made adjustments as needed, was honest in time frames, and competitive in pricing. I would suggest this body shop for anyone looking for custom work, or collision repair needs. Top notch operation for sure

I couldn t be more pleased with the magic Rob, Will, and the guys at Brookston Body Shop crafted with the restoration of my car after the adverse effects of a 19 year old driver. They made the experience easy, I felt confident about their abilities, and my paid-for daily driver is back on the road. Thank you, fellas, for putting my mind at ease.

Brookston body shop is the ABSOLUTE BEST and has made me a customer for life!As a woman, it can be super intimidating dealing with car issues, but not at Brookston. Rob was super patient, kind, helpful, and made the entire process easy, breezy and my car is now beautiful I was even blown away at how fast they got the job done!! 12/10 all around!Tell your kids, tell your wives, and tell your husbands cause this is THE BEST body shop in Houston.

I recently visited Brookston Body Shop BBS and was blown away by their exceptional service! I had a pesky plastic cover under my car that I couldn't remove, but the team at BBS took care of it for me in no time. Not only did they fix the issue quickly, but they also refused to accept payment because they deemed it a "minor thing"! Talk about amazing customer service! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned with ensuring I was satisfied with my visit. I highly recommend Brookston Body Shop BBS to anyone seeking top-notch auto care. They truly go above and beyond!

I had a great experience at this body shop. After unfortunately having my tires stolen, I contacted BBS after seeing it was highly rated and close by. They handled towing, getting replacement wheels with the same rims as my original one, and even provided detailing service. Robert also helped with a few quick questions I had about the car while I was there which I truly appreciated. It s hard to find reliable auto shops, so it was nice to find one that seems interested in helping their customers

This is an excellent body shop! It only took them 6 days to fix my car damage. They weren t only efficient but did an outstanding job. My car looks brand new. Had BBS repair my rear bumper on my Mqlibu after I was in a n accident and it turns out great. Brought my toys to them for body work and they didn't disappoint. Outstanding paint matching and quality of work for a great price. I'd highly recommend BBS to anyone needing body repair.

I recently was rear-ended and had enough damage to my 06 highlander for insurance to declare it a total loss. BBS turned the car around when they said they would, at a price I could not argue. When I took it to be inspected a week later, the inspector made a point to say how impressed he was with state of my car. Clearly BBS did a great job in bringing my car back to even better condition than before.

Had someone damage my front bumper while parked. Rob took the time to explain what they would do to fix it and worked with insurance to get the repairs done right. Because this was a straightforward fix, pricing was very reasonable, and turnaround time was less than a week.Overall, friendly, professional service with the customers in mind. Amazing service. Repaired my vehicle quickly and maintained an open line of clear and helpful communication. Easily sorted out insurance hiccups and made sure that I paid as little as possible. Arrived to find a beautifully repaired (and clean!) car that included all the repairs we had discussed. Great, local, and friendly shop with warm and helpful staff - will definitely be my new go to. This is the best body shop I have ever found. My daughter had an accident and we were so fortunate to find Brookston. Robert and his team did an excellent job rebuilding her car. They are honest, trustworthy and communicate well during the process. They do an outstanding job and the price is very fair. Her car looks brand new. I would give 100stars if possible. Best body shop in houston by FAR!!! They are so responsive; reliable, and most importantly : they re honest and their work speaks for itself. They did an AMAZING job fixing the back bumper of my brand new Honda Accord. It was the smallest scrape on the back- but it went down the metal of the car (deepest layer). I was worried no other car shops would be able to fix it and make it whole bumper color matched. But they fixed the entire scrape, color matched it perfectly, AND got the dent out!!! All in a couple days, well priced, and with transparent communication. I will definitely be coming back- both employees were so nice, well mannered, and honest about the repairs. 10/10 recommend and is my new go-to auto shop in Houston!

First of all, Robert is just a great guy and treats his customers well. His work is excellent and he doesn't. charge an arm and a leg. We have used Brookston Body Shop twice in the last several years on 2 different Mercedes vehicles. Robert is professional and always does great repair work in a timely way. He works on all make and model vehicles. We will always use him and refer all our friends and family to him. Picked up our car today and it looks perfect. Let s just say I was distracted and backed my fiances beloved new Audi into a tree. I m new to Houston so I read many reviews on shops in the area but settled on Brookston. I arrived early the next morning only to find a line of other men waiting in front of me. The owner quickly made his way through all the other men, apparently guilty for committing the same crime as me (i.e. wrecking their partners cars). When my turn arrived, he was super attentious, not rushed, and answered every question I had. The price was fair. In reality, the only expensive thing about the estimate was the oem Audi parts, which was a must according to my fianc�. His labor estimate was extremely reasonable. Parts arrived quickly and his work was top notch. Definitely going back in the future if needed. Rarely do you find someone you can trust to charge you fair prices and then deliver quality work. You can t tell at all there was an accident. I give this shop a 10 out of 10 and have already recommended to friends.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

TLDR: Rob and Will are men of their word that run a solid body shop. 4.5 stars.When I brought in my modified 2002 LX470 for some rust repair on the rear hatch, Rob was a bit timid to take on the job, which is understandable as older cars are often projects and they typically work on newer vehicles. Being a lifelong car guy and wrench-turner, I totally get it. But we chopped it up a bit and Rob agreed to take on the job.It took them a few weeks to fit my LX into the schedule and a few days to complete the repairs, which turned out to be more extensive than initially believed.Initially, I was unimpressed with the work. The job seemed rushed. They missed a couple spots, cracked a mount, and didn t match the paint very well. The LX also developed an electrical issue that I discovered later.I spoke with Will about some of the issues and brought the car back a couple weeks later.It took them about 10 days to fix everything, but they did it right. They matched up the paint, covered all of the missed spots, and promised to have the brackets fixed up. The electrical issue has seemingly been resolved as well (for now).Rob and Will owned up to their mistakes and resolved them without any issues. I don t let many people touch my vehicles because I am usually disappointed with the work and further disappointed with their integrity as craftsmen, but Rob and Will are men of their word that run a solid bodyshop.

Brookston Body shop did such a great job on my Yukon, the whole side was smashed and they got it looking so good, the paint was like a mirror. I've worked in body shops estimating, I have been I-CAR certified. I'm only into cars as a hobby now, no longer in the biz, but I get asked all the time "who's a good body shop where I'm not going to get the dealership / estimator run around. Who's going to treat me right AND make my car as good as new? " Brookston body shop hands down the best I have ever done business with in Houston. I would send my Mother here, and I don't think you can top that. Thanks guys - much overdue on Google, I wrote a yelp review a long time ago and still refer people to you. Every single 5 star rating is well earned and deserved. Robert and his team did an amazing job and truly treated me like family. Although I pray Houston gets some better drivers, I m extremely thankful for the experience this location brought me. Aside from fixing the damage on my car caused from an accident, he even went as far as fixing my tail light just out of kindness and yes I absolutely cried a lot and they were even kind enough to wash and vacuum the inside and outside. I would recommend this place to literally everyone!! They ve got my business forever.

I took my 2018 Range Rover in for an estimate on some minor body damage, and I took the opportunity to ask Rob if he could address several scratches, scuffs, and scrapes which had accumulated over the past couple of years as well. Rob runs a tight ship over there, and that was evident from the moment we were assessing the damage; another team member came out and started pointing out scratches and trim issues I didn't even know existed, and marking them with a wax pen. Some of the scratches were pretty deep, so I didn't have high expectations; my mindset was that I would be happy if they just looked better. Rob wrote me an estimate, and it was extremely reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done.I was absolutely blown away when I picked up my vehicle, a day ahead of schedule. The level of care and attention that went into addressing the main damage, as well as every blemish on this car, was obvious. Most were completely undetectable. Nothing we talked about was missed, and they even caught a small scratch I forgot to show them. Rob didn't add anything to the invoice for the additional minor scratches they found and fixed, he just did it as a service. The car was fully detailed, and it looked better than it did the day I bought it. Perfect results, great prices, excellent turn-around time. These guys are quality service pros, you won't find a better body shop anywhere.Service: Body & Trim

Wow, best shop experience I ve ever had- these guys are top notch.After a girl backed into my Lexus, i needed to replace the rear lift. These guys did an amazing job in only 3 days. Let me tell you about how I came to be a client of this body shop. It's a long story but full of great information. I brought my Audi in with substantial passenger side damage and right way the owners were professional and informative. They managed my expectations and gave me a time period and off I went to resume my life without my precious car. They finished the job quicker than I thought they would and it looked better than before with not 1 sign of the toll it had taken. I will always recommend this shop to anyone and hopefully I won't have to come back anytime soon but if I do, I know where to go.Service: Body & Trim
