I was in and out so quickly that my head was spinning! The manager, Solomon, understood my budget and worked with me. His team was so friendly. It was very affordable. Everything was immaculately clean. I could not recommend this place more. This was my first time. But they have a customer for life!

Came in to get new brake pads no leaks are issues. The young man backed my truck out and once I start hitting my brakes my caliber is shooting out oil. Brakes don t work and my vehicle isn t drivable.

Came in for simple brake work. My vehicle worked fine before the repair. After simple brake maintenance, my vehicle is shooting out coolant and making a grinding noise from my newly installed brakes. I notified the manager Solomon of the issues, he refused to acknowledge them stating the issues occurred off premises and he cannot look into then. The crazy thin is that he was the one driving my vehicle when it all happened.The staff is rude and aggressive, some fellow kept yelling about what he would do if it was him. The location is not very helpful and should be shut down.Please advice do not bring your vehicle to this location, you'll regret it and lose your money to untrained uncertified lower, shady mechanics.I'll will be calling corporate to share my vehicle loss. Jerks!!!

I go for the "lifetime alignment".They are most usually friendly.Unfortunately, on several occasions I've been told I need over a thousand dollars worth of work only to take it to several other mechanics who tell me otherwise.Always get a second (or third) opinion.

Great customer service as always. The waiting area is very clean. And I love the service tracker it lets you know every step of the way what s going on and when your vehicle will be ready. I always have a good experience here! Solomon is always responsive and explains everything thoroughly. Literally found them on google and needed my brakes done asap, made an appt and got in! Spoke to the manager he educated me on how my break and rotator system works (I m just girl) lol and suggested i get new rotators done instead of just my breaks so i did! They were so nice I ll be back once my breaks go bad again lol thanks again!!!

Well, I started out needing one thing that should have been done at the spring tx location, and Solomon honored that and charged a reduced cost for my work needed. And then also determined it was absolutely recommended to replace my tires and that he could offer me a tire replacement with warranties and road side. Car rides brand new and it 12 years old.. thanks Solomon

The 2 young people that serviced my car today was professional, respectful and timely. They were a breathe of fresh air that I will come back to, so that they can service my automobile needs again. Will perform service without confirmation of issue. $700 dollars later and I m still getting a vibration from my vehicle . They recommend new rotors when I did not need this service . Not thorough will waste your $$

Came in to get my brakes checked and replaced this morning. The gentleman, Solomon (according to the inspection report), was really helpful & friendly. He showed me what needed doing and explained the bits I didn t know about. The work was completed the same morning. It took maybe 30 mins longer than anticipated which was still decent compared to other places I ve been including the dealership.I didn t feel at any point that I was being upsold which I really appreciate.I would be happy to come back here again.Thank you!

I had my brakes changed here. I asked the guy if the brake pads would be ceramic. He said yeah, and I'm pretty sure they aren't. I have brake dust all over my wheels.Very shoddy brake work. They used channellock pliers to reset the brake positions. They didn't take out the caliper slide pins, didn't replace the bushings. So they definitely didn't grease the pins. They didn't grease the ears on the brake pads before putting them back on. One thing did do is change the hardware.I wasn't going to initially say anything about how lazy they were while changing the brakes. Now that I see brake dust covering all my wheels, I'm definitely feeling like I was lied to. Since I asked the guy if he was putting on ceramic brakes and he said yes. Either these guys weren't trained well or they are very lazy. They also tried to over sell. I just had my rear rotors changed the year prior, and they wanted me to get new ones on all 4 wheels. When I said no he said to get them resurfaced.Definitely would not go back.

Very professional, efficient, and great service. I had a last minute appointment and they were very welcoming to getting me taken care of even with 30 minutes into closing. Will be coming to this location again.

great experience took my car in for alignment and oil change, techs did what I asked for and didn't try to push Services or parts I didn't really need, checked everything else paid and on my way I went, definitely recommend this Brake Check

The guys at this location are very friendly and knowledgeable. I took my 4RUNNER in to be checked because I was hearing a squeaking in the morning when I back out of my driveway. They pulled all four wheels and checked everything thoroughly. They told me that everything was in excellent condition and that I had nothing to be concerned about. Apparently it s just my brakes making a little noise when their cold. Now, most shops would have tried to get me to turn my rotors or tell me that I needed a complete brake job. The guy behind the counter told me he had been doing this for eighteen years and treats people the way he expects to be treated, and that s with honesty. It s hard to find an honest shop these days. Stop by and let these guys do your brake work and feel confident at the same time!

i didn t catch the managers name, but he was so kind and friendly! he helped explain how the whole break system worked so i could evaluate what i wanted replaced.tre serviced my vehicle and my breaks have never felt better!i will be returning for my future oil changes!Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair

I was disappointed with my recent brake job. Despite paying $400, my brakes still make a grinding noise. To add to the frustration, I discovered a brake retaining clip in my tire, resulting in a flat tire and a 2.5-hour wait at the tire shop. I regret not doing the brake job myself. On the positive side, I received good customer service and my vehicle was ready when I needed it. However, my receipt displays a different vehicle type, which indicates a lack of attention to detail

As a woman I appreciate the gentlemen at this store; their customer service is amazing. They educate you when asking questions without trying to take advantage of your lack of knowledge with certain vehicle maintenance questions. Often times at other places, I always feel like their best interest comes first as opposed to mine as the customer but this location has my business!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

The service that I received was TOTALLY OUTSTANDING. The price quote I received was great. I was not waiting a lot time to get my brakes fixed. Other repair shops wanted to charge me well over a $1,300. But Break check came through with an affordable price. Thanks Break Check for your great service.
