Justin, the manager, was super nice and helped us with everything we needed, we were having problems with our brakes and told him that we wanted done strictly what was needed because we can t spend a lot of money right now, and he did just that, he explained everything in detail and was really kind and understanding with our situation and even gave us a discount to have a better total price, and had it done in less than an hour, honestly next level customer service and empathy from him! Thank you Justin, your good job and intention don t go unnoticed!!

The service I received was exceptional. DJ and his team were professional and courteous. This is my second visit, Something went wrong with the first fix, but DJ assured me would be taken care of with my warranty. I appreciate this Brake Check very much. I would recommend their services. Thank you.

great time. justin was super helpful explain everything that was wrong and what i really needed. Domingo was so quick to work on my truck. Great energy and environment. friendliest mechanic s i ve had dealt with. awesome work and experience definitely coming back for anything else i might need.

Unfortunately I can t give these people anything but a bad review I took my car for brakes they gave me a high price completely overcharging and then when I told them I could get it done cheaper they stated they would give me a discount of 250 dollars . Wow really ! So they told me 750 plus they could discount it to 706 but then as soon as I tell them I can go somewhere else he can now do it for 250.00 cheaper. None the less I was disappointed. Got my brake care done down the road at Firestone for 550.00 and done an a hour .

Brake Check works on my car , All four brakes (Front & Back ) In @ 7:30 am and Out by Noon (12). For only two men s (DJ & Assist.)and others customers coming in for services. They ve been working on my car and others, with great service & very polite and courtesy while giving me great services.DJ , explain everything to me before he ordered the parts , or put the parts on and why I needed the parts and he showed me the old parts that needed to be replaced.As well as what will be needs to be replaced and Costs ,soon.And I was Approved for service,Which was a good thing for me (my pocketbook)THX.Thank You For Great Services Giving!!!Ms. Sarah T. 2023

This place was amazing. We were early for a birthday party and had 40 minutes to spare. Popped in here cause one of our pads were grinding and needed to be replaced, the assistant manager (Justin I think) was super helpful and said he can get it done for $79 for the whole rear axle, over half the price of everywhere else.We were in and out in about 30 minutes and still made it to the party with time to spare.

The management and staff at this BREAK CHECK location were very professional. Everything was explained to me after the problem with my car was diagnosed. I observed that they worked together as a team very well. I felt at ease knowing that they were trained well and knew what they were doing. This was my first oil change visit to Brake Check. I want to share my quick story about how happy I am about my service. Kade and Noel were meticulous....I watched the entire process....I love my trucks and want others to take care of them as I do....and They did!!! Great place and wonderful service. Cade was very helpful and very knowledgeable of all my questions and concerns for my truck. Service to check brakes and rotors was quicker than expected, however, unfortunately, the tech advised me that my brake fluid was dirty and needed to be changed, but, I had just had the brake fluid changed only the week before at the dealer under a recall. Not sure what to make of that, so it made me lose my trust in them and I decided to go elsewhere.

If I could leave a 0 star review!! So I go into brake because my front driver side brake line was damaged. I was quoted over the phone $162 out the door. After your tech showed me that new pads were needed in the rear we put new pads. Now instead of telling me that there will be an issue if I don t buy something else. He just put the pads on and let me drive home. As soon as I left and hit the brakes there was a grinding sound coming from the rear passenger side tire that can be heard from everywhere. I paid $325 for you to replace a (not all) brake line and replace the rear brake pads. After getting in trouble with my wife I returned to the shop and explained that the brakes are grinding. Now this same tech tells me he has to replace the rotors on the rear because the brand new pads grinded a groove in the rotors $330. My car wasn t making any sounds when I drove in to brake check. Now all of a sudden my car is making this grinding noise and all I did was add new brake pads. $325 is not cheap. My first question do you treat all your customers like this? Claim to inspect their braking system only to sell a product/service knowing that it will cause more damage to their vehicle and we ll have to come back to spend more money? I will tell you now, we will NEVER go back to brake check. Poor communication between techs and customers, and customer service is lacking. For something as serious as a braking system of a car/truck and all that entails you would think your team of techs would take it as serious and would better explain in detail how/what needs to be done. Your tech stole $660.

Very busy location and I am giving this location another chance because it is close to my house. But timeliness is everything to me. I brought my truck for an alignment on Saturday, arrived at 4:15, checked in at 4:20, waited an hour for my truck to still be in the same place and then I asked if they would be able to do the alignment. They close at 6 on Saturday but are open on Sunday. YOU CANNOT COMPLETE AN ALIGNMENT IN 25 MINUTES! I leave and come back today at 7:20am, they completed the alignment but offered no discount for the inconvenience. I would recommend customer service training. Don't try to squeeze people in on an already loaded schedule, you will lose good customers and referrals.

My ABS light was on in my Chrysler 200, they were unable to help and they called another Brake Check and I took my car there and they found the problem and repaired my vehicle. I was also glad to have received a Military discount.

I got my brakes done by the dealership. I soon started feeling shaking and rattling in my front end. Took it back to the dealership and they assured me my car was fine . Fast forward to today, got a brake check- pads super thin got em replaced and as soon as I pulled away and applied brakes at the first light I knew there was a difference!
